Great location, walkable to 12 south to grab coffee at LaLaLand and felt safe doing it alone. Short drive to Broadway which made using the Uber perfect! Other reviews noted about being behind the Publix and early morning noise from the trucks going in and out, it wasn’t an issue for us. We were worried about having 2 large vehicles, it would have been a tight squeeze under the garage but we used one under and the pad in front of the house for the other vehicle. Would definitely stay here again on some of my next visits if I have a large group !
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our entire family including 3 young children and the grandparents. We would recommend to others.
Great location and beautiful home.
This was a perfect place for our group! We had 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also plenty of room in the open concept kitchen/dining/living room for all of us to gather and hang out! Super easy to grab an Uber to Broadway in less than 10 minutes. We loved it and will be back!!
