Amazing and beautiful place to stay, absolutely love it!!! The place was clean, comfortable and was exactly as it was in the pictures. Jennifer was responsive and made check in super easy! We would love to stay here again.. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was so peaceful and away from any/all noise but also conveniently close, less than 10 mins from all the fun Nashville has to offer. The four story Airbnb was spotless—especially bathrooms & kitchen. Also nicely decorated to match the Nashville vibe, which was very cool for all our picture taking! The rooftop was perfect for morning coffee, the basement was such a fun bonus! This space was perfection for our group. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and so easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for our group of 9 to come celebrate my son’s birthday in Nashville. All the beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. Everything was exactly as pictured in app. Jennifer was always quick to respond to any questions i had. Thank you!

Great time at this BnB, came in for a bachelor party and there were plenty of space for all of us to sleep and hang out. Close to downtown for Ubers and easy enough to get around on the East side as well. We came on the hottest weekend of the year so we didn’t use the hottub which was unfortunate. I think we would have appreciated more shade on the rooftop to enjoy it fully. Otherwise, I highly recommend this as a group trip option if you want closeness to the action but still quiet.

This is a great place to stay. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Inspiring decor. Excellent location for all of the places we visited during our stay (Opry Mills, downtown, Berry Hill). The rooftop hot tub is very nice and in good working order.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Nashville trip! The home was beautiful and very clean. We loved the hot tub and game room! It was in a great location—just a short drive to all of our Nashville adventures. Would definitely stay here again, and absolutely recommend Jennifer’s place to anyone booking a trip to Nash!

The house was fantastic, The host has fantastic customer service. I would recommend this house to anyone. Close enough to downtown were an uber only cost a few dollars.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was really nice. Beds were all very comfortable even the pull out ones. Nice bathrooms and showers. Nice and clean. Beautiful view of the city at sunset.

This place was amazing! The beds were so comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The outside area was great also. The furniture cushions were clean and not worn from being outside. We would highly stay here again.

This proved perfect for our business trip with a group of ladies who needed a safe place to stay and with relaxing amenities. Having close proximity to Nashville made our trips back and forth to our meetings very easy. We felt extremely pampered with the furnishings, extra goodies in the kitchen, and relaxing hot tub! Thank you for your hospitality. We'll remember this special place for future times in this great city of Nashville!

This place was really nice and matched the photos. Jennifer sent us many messages to check on us and make sure the stay was going well. It’s in a quiet area just a short car ride to many of the things we wanted to do. It was very clean and lots of towels and other amenities provided. Lots of stairs but we learned very quickly that’s all of Nashville. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Nashville home on Spurgeon Avenue! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown, Broadway, and all the major attractions Nashville has to offer. The layout of the home was great for our group, with plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was an added bonus. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Music City!

Great great place. Lotta of stairs but worth the rooftop view

We rented Jennifer's home for a company owners retreat and the space was great. With 3 couples, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the rooftop as well as the social space in the lower level for hanging out. We never felt short on space to hang out while at home and there were lots of dishes and glassware. It seemed like a 10 minute, affordable cab ride to most of the destinations we checked out. There are lots of stairs as noted in the description, but other than noteworthy we didn't find it inconvenient. I'd highly recommend and would stay again in the future; even with a couple of extra guests.

A family group of 6 traveled to Nashville for a 40th bday party. We elected to stay out of the downtown to have more quiet recharge nights with a hot tub (we never used ha) and each group has their own bedroom and bathroom space. The uber rides for 6 of us ran around $13-15 each way. The area is a bit odd when you first arrive since it sits in the middle of an industrial area that said the house was fantastic. Great decorations, very clean and comfortable beds, pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom items. We had a private chef come make dinner in our space and she commented on how great the kitchen space was. If you are looking outside of DT Nashville this is a spot to consider.
