Very enjoyable stay at Navin's. Listing was as described. Felt comfortable and that Navin was available should we need anything (we did not). Location was removed from the downtown scene, requiring car, rideshare was always available. Neighborhood is up and coming. Parking was not an issue. Because you can't access the interior of the house from the garage on arrival, I suggest dropping your bags inside the front of the house first, then parking in the garage. Saves you a trip walking up and around a block of homes with your luggage upon arrival (fencing forces you to walk around a row of townhomes for this end unit).
We really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room and everything you need to be comfortable. The location is good and the roof top deck is nice! We loved the decor and it feels like Nashville!
This place was gorgeous, only a short distance from the gulch and music row, and a 10 minute uber to broadway. Communication was great from the host, the townhouse was really clean, very cute how it was decorated, and wonderful for all our purposes! I think the neighborhood is in the midst of being gentrified so I wouldn't walk around there at night but in the daytime it's got some cute new shops and restaurants going in! All in all, was perfect for what we needed and our stay! Love the rooftop with the lights and view of the downtown skyline!

We had 3 couples on this trip and this place was perfect because we each had our own floor! It was very clean and decorated nicely. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown and to nearby restaurants that we went to. We took an uber downtown which costed $30. This townhome was in a safe location and parking was easy for 2 vehicles, a Tahoe and truck. The host was very quick to respond and so nice! We’ll be staying here again!
Navin is a great host! The place is great! I love Johnny Cash and was able to view his pictures while there. You just have to try it for yourself!
My group and I thought this was the perfect house for our vacation. It was clean and affordable. Also, not far from downtown. We also used the bus service they advertised at the house which was super convenient!

Great place. We fit two SUVs in the garage. Beds were comfy. Clean large bathrooms. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. My only small issue is bedrooms are divided on three floors. I didn’t realize there would be a lot of stairs, but it really wasn’t a big deal. Just make sure there are no mobility issues if you stay here.
My family and I had a great stay at Navin’s place. It was comfortable and offered all the necessary amenities for preparing meals. Beds and linens were super comfy! The 3 bedroom, 3 bath setup provided additional convenience and privacy too! All around great stay for us!

Navin’s place was perfect! It looked just like the pictures of not better. It is a huge home and very clean. The neighborhood was extremely quiet with friendly neighbors when we saw them outside. It’s only about 8 minutes from Broadway which was very convenient. We door dashed and did insta cart and it was delivered very quickly. We would definitely stay at Navin’s again. He was very prompt with any question I had. We felt safe and had a great time!
The property was beautiful and exaclty as described and shown via the pictures advertised. Great for our teens sleepover. They loved the outdoor space and rooftop!!
What a beautiful, clean, and well decorated place! Was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Really appreciated all of the details down to having snacks available upon arrival, toiletries in the bathrooms, etc.
Everything was amazing inside of the house, my only warnings would be that it’s pretty far away from the downtown and the neighborhood felt a little unsafe at times, although nothing crazy ever happened. There’s also not much food that is walkable from the Airbnb.
We had an amazing stay. The house was exactly like the pictures if not better. It was very close to downtown Nashville and walking distance from a nice cafe.
