Great experience, wonderful stay and host was good to work with.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt very safe and Steph was quick to respond from booking through check out. Check in and check out was also a breeze and very well detailed. I would definitely recommend staying at Steph’s place, you won’t be disappointed!!

This place was perfect for our group of 7! Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked and the place was very clean! I would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and gave a great restaurant recommendation!

Amazing! From the beginning all the way to the end, we had no issues what so ever. The decorations to the cleanness everything was perfect! Trully will be coming back to book when I come back to Nashville !

Overall, it was great. Plenty of space esp for a group of girls. Very clean. Beautiful apartment. Walkable to Germantown. The immediate surrounding area didn’t feel the safest though. We had a few issues but the host was very responsive.

Everything was perfect and exactly as stated on the site

The location was terrific, within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Beautifully appointed, well kept and very clean. There was a guide for the unit sent beforehand that had all the info we needed, organized and easy to understand. The only issue was parking wasn’t great. The carport said it was suited for two cars but it was impossible tight. With both cars there everyone had to get out before the driver pulled in because then they would have to squeeze out with the door just being able to open a few inches. The turnaround space is pretty limited as well which made it difficult to just pull in and out. We made it work and we’re happy to have parking on site but just know it’s tight. There is free street parking to help but we wanted to be able to park in the carport. Having said that, we would stay here again even with the parking.

Steph and her team were fantastic! Our family of 8 loved the karaoke stage and the rooftop patio. The place was super clean, and they were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. I would only say that walking to Broadway or Printers Alley isn’t an option at night. We took an Uber everywhere, and it was super cheap. Another note….just know the mattresses are firm. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 7 and really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfy and perfect for everyone to have enough space and privacy. We loved the common area with karaoke at the top floor! The living room was also very cosy! Rooms were clean and had all amenities listed. The whole house was beautifully decorated and great for big groups.
