Right in the heart of Honky Tonk Highway, this place made going out and walking the town so easy. Came on a girls trip while on my first trimester of pregnancy and this Airbnb made it easy to call it a night early when I needed to because we were just a walk away from all of the best spots. It’s walking distance from shops and so many good options! Though there’s lots of noise in the evening (probably until 2-3am) that can be heard in the apartment, Cal and Steph make sure there are eye masks and ear plugs available for a restful night of sleep. It was so helpful! The Airbnb itself is comfortable, comes with a washer/dryer, and multiple beds great for groups of 6-7. It was clean and comfortable and kept cool throughout the day. I will say that a caveat is 2 long flights of stairs but we really paid for the location and it was worth it in my opinion! The stairs prepare you for the rest of the walking you’ll do within the city, promise! We loved our stay! Highly recommend!
Amazing place!!! When you leave the loft you are right in the middle of everything on Broadway. Hosts were very responsive and have a very helpful guide to the loft. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!!!
The place was great and location is awesome! Got to experience many places being right there on Broadway. Steph and Cal were great hosts with easy to follow instructions and always responsive to questions and messages. First time in Nashville and won’t be our last!
We had a few hiccups with the door lock which were immediately addressed. The hosts were so kind and gracious. We loved the location, walk outside and poof! You’re on Broadway. It was the most perfect convenient location. We would return. Great honest hosts. Much appreciated.
I combed through so many hotel and airbnb options for this trip. I was so surprised this place was everything the listing said it was. Yes, there are a lot of stairs but if you’re enjoying broadway you’re probably used to that. It was so nice to be able to drop off things, quick change, get a quick nap in. Saving money on Ubers, food/ coffee because the place is right there. Parking garage is close. Best place to stay for a small group on Broadway!

Cal and Steph’s place was phenomenal. Staying right on Broadway even though all the reviews said it wasn’t noisy had us a little nervous. The place was outstanding and if you listened closely you might hear a little bit of the music, we can honestly say noise wasn’t a problem at all. The place was great, very spacious, had everything we needed, and the hosts were great. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Bonus, you literally are right on Broadway in the middle of all the fun.
This was our first time in Nashville. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for all the action! You will have to climb so stairs to get to the apartment, but you can’t beat the location and it’s cleanliness is top notch. We would stay here again and would recommend it if you came for all the vibes!

Cannot say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is literally perfect if you are looking to enjoy downtown Nashville. The instructions and communication were great. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Nashville. This is the place to be!
Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a residence ON BROADWAY! Walk out the door and you are in the heart of the action! Very large, comfortable, fully stocked apartment! If you have mobility issues this place might not be for you as it is on the third floor with no elevator. Otherwise, do not hesitate to book this perfectly located spacious apartment!

The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. We felt safe, the place was clean, the washer and dryer was an added bonus! They thought of everything and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
