House was great, very clean. Quick Uber drive to downtown Nashville. House gas very spacious, great for accommodating a big group. Would definitely rent again.

Our family, ranging from seniors to toddler, enjoyed our stay the home. Excellent location, easy to get in and out of downtown. Close to restaurants. Walking distance to coffee shops. Ample slace for gathering. Having 4 bedrooms in the ground floor was incredibly helpful for the older folks with us - almost impossible to find in Nashville. The house was impeccably stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay. Check in/out was easy. Neighborhood felt safe walking around. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect home for a long weekend exploring Nashville with large group! Nancy and Roger were highly assessable both before and all throughout our stay. Our group of 8 adults found their home to be beautiful, spacious, inviting, spotless and incredibly comfortable. It’s a quick car ride to Broadway and tons of restaurants, shopping and attractions in the Nashville area.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for us. We had a slight maintenance issue, but the after hours phone line worked perfectly. The maintenance team was there within an hour and took care of everything very nicely. Will definitely look at staying there again the next time we’re in Nashville.

The house is fantastic. We had way more than enough room for the 8 people in our group. The place is big and super comfortable. The weather was extremely hot while we were there so we didn’t get to use the fire pit or hot tub but they look great. Very comfortable beds and furniture. All the beds on the first floor are king size. Getting anywhere downtown/Broadway is a less than 10 minute Uber. The neighborhood is not the greatest but we weren’t there much and it seems to be changing. There is a very nice coffee shop a block and a half away. Getting a ride share never took more than 5 minutes at the house. A little more than 10 minutes to the airport. Finally, Nancy and Rodger were very responsive and helpful. They clearly take great pride in their home and make it very accommodating for their guests. We would stay there again if we are back in Nashville.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, clean and very spacious. It was perfect for our group of 9 friends... with enough beds/bedrooms and a great gathering space in the living room and kitchen. Lots of thoughtful amenities. The hosts were pleasant and quick with communication. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance we could have asked for, which made our stay even more convenient. The hosts were incredible—they responded to every question within seconds and were so helpful throughout our stay. We loved the area, and when we decided to extend our trip by a few days, they approved our request within minutes with no hassle at all. Thank you so much for your hospitality! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This house was everything and more. Spacious, super clean, absolutely beautiful and a great location. A quick 10 minute Uber to Broadway and close to lots of great restaurants. Nancy and Roger responded immediately to a question I had and encouraged us to contact them if we needed anything. This house and hosts are 100 out of 10. I will rent this house every time we visit Nashville.

Easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They had great communication and the place was beautiful.

My friends and I recently stayed here for a long weekend and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own bed and the common area was great size for everyone to hang out together. Nancy and Roger’s communication was great throughout the process and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The neighborhood is very chill and quiet, and there’s a great coffee shop and taco place within walking distance. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The home was gorgeous and way bigger than expected! We were all able to have some privacy but also be able to all come together in the kitchen and living room areas. Nancy and Roger were super accommodating with an early check in/late checkout due to our delayed flights. The house provided an easy access location for uber to pick us up to take us to all our planned activities. We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful experience!

The house is exceptional! Very close to the city yet quiet neighborhood! Very spacious and detail oriented. The hot tub is perfect at the end of a long day! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is gorgeous!! We absolutely loved it!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Rodger and Nancy’s place. It was just like the pictures, with great amenities. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed or stay. Communication was always quick and helpful. We’ll stay there again if we are visiting Nashville.

This house was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, own privacy with bathrooms. All very clean. I loved the brightness, the openness of the house. The back yard a great touch, with the hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of utensils to use when making meals. I felt the location was perfect, just outside of the city. Uber rides really no waits and very short ride downtown. Thank you so much for the hospitality. You have a beautiful home.

Great stay with an excellent host! Communication was outstanding—our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even during a state of emergency. They answered our questions quickly and went above and beyond to help us out, even having a shovel delivered in case we needed it. We really appreciated the care and attention and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at Roger and Nancy’s place. They were very kind and responsive to any and all questions or concerns. It was a super convenient location and under a 10 minute drive everywhere we went. By far one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen, to bathrooms, to outdoor amenities. It was perfect all the way around! Plenty of space for our large group. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Roger and Nancy’s place to anyone traveling to Nashville with a large group. You will not be disappointed.

This house is very nice. All rooms are very large, the living spaces are very large! The backyard was great with a very clean jacuzzi. They communicate everything very well. I would definitely rent from them again

Our stay was excellent! Very responsive host with clear instructions outlined. Walkable to 2 coffee shops and a short uber from downtown. The beds were comfortable and we loved that all 9 of us had our own bed and plenty of bathroom options. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend.
