This place is beautiful. If you are looking for the true “Franklin, TN” experience - this is a great way to do it. Very quiet and peaceful. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Plenty of space. Gorgeous property.
Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful modern farmhouse!! The house is nicely decorated with all the conveniences that you need when traveling. It is just a beautiful home that you feel very comfortable and relaxed staying at. The farm is very peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoors watching the horses or walking to the pond. We look forward to coming back to this gem of a property!! Thank you Steph for being such a wonderful host!!
We had such a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. The barn, horses, and peaceful setting created the perfect Southern charm balance. We loved the one story layout. It was ideal for a family, and the cozy back room gave everyone a little extra privacy when needed. The kitchen was fantastic, especially the Wolf stove for family breakfasts. Everything felt safe, welcoming, and exactly as described in the reviews. We would absolutely stay here again! A front porch day swing would make it even more perfect.
Beautiful place to stay, very nice house
Celebrating a group of women all turning 50 years old this year and traveling from 5 different states, this place was the best place to meet everyone’s specific needs. Separate rooms, bathrooms, and beds to accommodate all the comforts needed when traveling in a large group. Host made sure we had everything we needed and if not, how to contact them. Beautiful place to stay. Thinking of staying there again with my family.

The farmhouse was absolutely stunning. As a local to Franklin, it was a getaway in my own town. Beautiful, beautiful home. Nothing was left out. The decor was incredible, immaculate cleanliness, stocked with everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of AirBnB's and often leave disappointed, this DID NOT! 5/5 recommend staying. You'll be so glad you did.

Had a great time at the Farmhouse! I each morning my 19th mouth old grandson rushed to the windows to get watch the horses! Great place to stay with family and visit Franklin,TN.

This place is incredible. Incredible layout. Incredible design. Incredibly clean. Just an amazing place. It's just as described and the host is very nice. This place is a short drive from down town so also an incredible location! Would stay here again in a heart beat.
We were looking for a Airbnb that family could stay together for a wedding. The house was beautiful and clean.
