Beautiful place and accurate description. Walkable location. Very comfortable

The house is just as the pictures show. It was the perfect place for us and our small wedding party to call home for an extended weekend. Walkable to The Gulch and a short Waymo ride away from all the Nashville attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

This space was above what I expected. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to just how large this space is. We were able to comfortably fit 9 of us in this home with room to spare. The common areas were especially wonderful for our large gathering. Everything was beautiful, clean, and meant to be in enjoyed. I will definitely be hoping this home is available again for our next meet up in Nashville.

Excellent property and an excellent host! The house was clean, spacious, and a perfect fit for our team event and planning session. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Rachel & Ke were very responsive. The pictures don’t do this home justice - it was so much bigger and spacious. Beautifully decorated! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and a great location made for just a short drive/ride to Broadway, restaurants and shopping. The rooftop patio with hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after several long days of site seeing and shopping! We would definitely stay here again!

What else can I say, but WOW! This place was exactly as advertised; perfectly clean, lots of space, and the amenities were spectacular! The hot tub was fresh, and the media room was super comfy! No noisy neighbors in the area, and beautiful sunset views made this a spot we’ll definitely return to.

We loved our stay! Beautiful place! Nice area and not far from The Gulch. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and using the hot tub. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Gorgeous kitchen and dining room/living room area! There were even some snacks for us.

Our family of six, which includes four kids in their twenties, loved every aspect of the property. The next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely stay here again. Beautiful property and close to everything!

Had a great stay in Nashville. The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Host was very responsive. Lots of great photo opportunities in the home and great location. Home did not disappointment.

The house is absolutely brilliant! Lovely big rooms, beautifully decorated in a great location. The bedrooms were large with great bathrooms. The roof terrace was a great place to relax with a drink and enjoy the view. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

This home was absolutely amazing. The hosts were super responsive, and made check in super clear and easy. The space Itself was perfect four our group of 8. Super clean and each bedroom has access to its in bathroom, so it made getting ready super easy. The kitchen was huge and perfect for hanging out. Quick walk to the gulch or a 5 minute uber to downtown. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was completely in line with what we believed we were getting. The property was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures and descriptions. Rachael and Ke were spot on with their communication through out our stay. We would definitely go back again! Thanks for supporting this being a great family trip!

Our stay could not have been better! The space is gorgeous- and perfect for a bougie getaway. It is so close to every major go-to spot and easy to get to and from. Rachel and Ke have a great setup for all info regarding check-in and check-out, and are great communicators. We will always choose this for our Nashville spot from now on!

Rachel and Ke's house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The house was well stocked with everything our group needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. After a long day of pickleball we really enjoyed the outdoor patio and hot tub. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nashville.

The house was beautiful… Very clean. It is three levels so know that there are quite a few stairs to go up and down with luggage… Really enjoyed the home and its location.

Wonderful home and host! Everything you would need is provided, I didn’t even have to get into my Airbnb tub that I take with me (things I have needed in previous stays) truly everything is there and I truly appreciated that! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at this luxury Gulch home over Thanksgiving weekend, and we could not have been more pleased. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of Nashville with easy access to everything—yet the home felt private, cozy, and perfect for gathering together. The space itself is stunning. Between the spacious living areas, modern décor, and the rooftop deck with amazing views, it was ideal for entertaining our family. We had plenty of room to relax, play games, and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen was a huge highlight—it was fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and serving items we needed to prepare our full Thanksgiving meal. Communication with the host was excellent.

The house is great for large groups with different seating areas. The hot tub is a nice touch.

Amazing! As beautiful as the photos, beds as comfortable as they look, hot tub as relaxing as you could ask for. Actually, I’d say it was MORE beautiful than the photos. The ceiling heights are so large - just a beautiful property. I really didn’t want a cheap party pad and this sure wasn’t that. Fancy, beautiful. It was on a quiet back street so you definitely couldn’t have a rowdy or loud outdoor crowd there, but having a few drinks talking and laughing on the upper deck was comfortable. I was very nervous we’d be too far from Broadway to scooter but it was PERFECT! Under 10 mins which was long enough to enjoy the fun of riding but not too long to be a nuisance. Would 100% stay here again!! We had a smaller than planned group of 35-45 year olds but we could’ve had SO many more people there and no one would feel like they were encroaching on others space. If in doubt, book it!

If this Nashville property is available when you try to come to Nashville BOOK IT ASAP!! This house is top tier. The rules were easy to follow. The house was pulled fresh out of a magazine. The extremely high ceilings, the decor, the furniture, the up to date stove and fridge. this property made it easy not to leave. it was a very cozy and stunning house. We didn't use the hottub but it was made available to us. We wanted to chill inside instead of running the streets. this made staying in easy to do. I would definitely stay again if you'd have us.

Great spot with great amenities and decor. Location is a quick walk to the gulch. One of the beds downstairs had a bent middle cross beam causing the mattress to sag. Recently a large apartment building was built across the street so the deck no longer overlooks downtown Nashville as it does in the pictures. Lastly the baby pack and play was worn and dirty. Otherwise the hosts were responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

The moment we saw the listing, location and reviews we immediately booked this house and it not only met, but exceeded our expectations! We loved the neighborhood and spacious accommodations. The hosts provided helpful information before we arrived and checked on us throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville and would definitely book again for myself.

This is a beautiful place! I only wish I had understood two of the couples would have to go out of their bedroom to their bath and that one of the baths was very small.
