Rented this house for our Vandy Reunion and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The house is well-appointed and very clean. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two share a bathroom - important info to know if you are a larger group!

We loved our stay at Meredith’s home! It was a perfect home base to explore Nashville for our group of 5 women. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was exactly as described and better. We could walk to Vanderbilt and Centennial park for a great start to the morning and get coffee and shop along the main street in West End. Loved the location away from touristy Broadway but also super close to 12 South. Highly recommend this great home.

We chose this property as our Nashville “home” for our annual siblings’ get-together~ every year, a different city. it was perfect for the seven of us! Well appointed, beautifully decorated, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very easy to get Ubers as well. Added bonus: The beds were super comfortable! Meredith was great~very responsive and all instructions were clearly communicated. We would highly recommend this property.

We just had an incredible long weekend experience staying at this home! We, along with out of town family and framily, all loved it. Was awesome to have 3 king size beds and 3 en suite bathrooms plus use one other bedroom as a dressing room. The magnificent kitchen was the main gathering place and we shared many a drink, nosh, story and laugh there. Thanks for creating such a warm, friendly, stylish and chic environment to enjoy! We loved our stay! This place is incredibly clean, very spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. We travelled to the area for surgery at Vanderbilt and this Airbnb was only a 5 minute drive from the hospital. We liked that it also had reserved parking right out front so no long walks after surgery. Our son loved the huge park and playground that was a 5 minute walk down the road and we loved being able to walk to Kroger too. Meredith was a wonderful host, we’ll be back I’m sure!

Cool older place near Vanderbilt and Belmont. Great shops and restaurants close by an 10 minutes to Broadway. Charmingly decorated and very well stocked with thoughtful amenities.

Great location and beautiful historic home. Great coffee bar and kitchen well organized and clean. Nice touch of having a basket full of packaged snacks available . Other than one comforter with stains the rest of the house and all other bedding was very clean. Unfortunately we were unable to get early check in or an 11 Am check out. The refrigerator ice maker does not work and would suggest ice cube trays at least as there was no ice.

Very spacious and homey. The rooms worked well for our family. We really missed having a working icemaker and my husband and I were sorry the front porch had been neglected. It's a nice space for morning coffee but appeared it hadn't been swept or the windows cleaned for at least a year. The interior of the house, on the other hand, was sparkling. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and Meredith was great.

We loved the unique character of the old house with the updates. It was a great location for us since our daughter attends Belmont University.

We were there with four generations - Great grandparents to great grandchildren, and the place fit perfectly! The front room was a perfect place to set out the pack and play, the dining room and adjacent kitchen were excellent for our meals and the beds and bedrooms were comfortable. A convenient location - near the historic district with extra street parking.

Beautiful home on the heart of Hillsboro Village. Walkable to Vanderbilt, Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Yummy restaurants around the corner. We so enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! The house was a perfect mix of old charm with modern upgrades like the kitchen and bathrooms. It is honestly bigger and prettier in person. The beds were super comfortable, there was plenty of natural light, ample space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and 4 comfy chairs on the porch! (our favorite spot) We had an issue with the door code and since we arrived late, we called the service number provided and they were helpful/ gave us a new code to try. We found the house to be in a walkable location for restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee. it is even super close to Nashville iconic spots like Pancake Pantry and Biscuit Love. We love the Hillsboro area and the house is in a quieter, more peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for the great stay!

Meredith’s place was perfect for our family. Our son got married and the venue was within walking distance. Beautiful house and lots of room for all of us to have our own space. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores.

This home has a lot going for it, and we appreciated many aspects of our stay. The location is excellent, the bedroom and bathroom layout is well designed, and the large dining area made gathering easy and enjoyable. The pool table/ping-pong setup was a fun bonus, and overall the house has a great comfortable vibe. During our stay, we did encounter several maintenance-related issues, including lightbulbs needing replacement, TVs not working properly, a front door lock battery needing attention, Wi-Fi outages for several days, and one day without water. While none of these issues alone were major, they kept coming and together they required more hands-on time and management than we expected. The host did offer a small compensation but with more consistent maintenance, this could be a standout rental. We hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Beautiful home! Beautiful, spacious home with so much historic charm and fun decor. Very comfortable beds. Great location- Walkable to restaurants and to Vandy’s campus. Love the lock system and the detailed instructions to the home. Meredith even had a few bags of chips and cracker jacks to welcome us and is a very responsive host. Would love to stay here again, may even try to rent in October!

CHARMING and FUN! We had a group of 8 for our son’s 21st birthday. This house is ADORABLE! The design detail is on point! The house had great space for all of us to gather in the kitchen and living/dining spaces. At the same time, each person had plenty of alone time space where we could each regroup and rest before heading back to broadway. We had about a 10 min Uber ride to broadway each night. Multiple restaurants and bars very accessible. Meredith was extremely responsive. Anything we had questions about or needed, we had an answer within 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. It was very spacious, well maintained, fully stocked and easy to find. Meredith was very communicative when we had some issues with the heat. We figured it out together!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay recently in Nashville start your house. The house was great...clean,spacious, well supplied, and perfect layout for our family. It's in a very convenient location, especially since you can walk to the shops and boutiques in Hillsboro Village. We had a wonderful stay and rate it a 5 star place to stay!

Everyone in our party said their beds were comfortable. The house was beautiful. After a long day of sightseeing it was nice to be able to come back and walking to dinner.

A great place near Vanderbilt and a short drive to many popular destinations in Nashville. The house has character and it’s layout is very convenient for a large family with older kids.

Need to repair the ice maker on the refrigerator. Not good that you have to buy a bag of ice

This is a beautifully decorated, historic home, with 4 legitimate bedrooms. Hardwood floors, pocket doors, bold wallpaper patterns, a large kitchen for people to gather in, a large dining table to eat at, and comfortable places to sit and relax. It really is a stunning home, even though you'll spend most of your time out and about seeing the city, it's a great place to wake up in and return home to. It's in a quiet, but still walkable part of Nashville (Hillsboro Village). Restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, lovely dive bar (The Villager) are all a short walk, with Vanderbilt campus not too much further. The only thing to consider with a historic home like this with hard wood floors and high ceilings, is that sound travels. If you have that relative or friend who insists on unloading the dishwasher first thing in the morning, have a chat with them before bed.
