This was a great house for a group of 8 girls on a bachelorette trip! Very spacious and was about 10 min drive from all of our activities we planned. Would definitely stay here again!

This has the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I loved it so much. We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. It was beautiful, comfortable and so much fun. The views were amazing. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. Would absolutely stay here again with a large group!! I can’t recommend it more.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great spot that was super convenient to Belmont for move in, near all the Nashville highlights and super easy freeway access without feeling near the freeway.

The townhouse was exactly as pictured and every detail was well thought-out. The design was super-cool without being tacky--and everything was comfortable, with plenty of spaces for our group of three couples to hang out together and alone. We had a great stay and will be back!

The AirBnB was beautiful and clean, everything was exactly as it was stated. The decor was amazing and everyone felt comfortable with their designated rooms. The fact that every room has its own en-suite bathroom was a huge plus. The host was extremely responsive and was flexible with our check-in time. The area felt safe and was quiet, we had a blast!

Very clean, spacious, turnkey for our family of 6. Only 5-10 mins from pretty much everywhere in downtown Nashville. Terry was very responsive, & we definitely recommend this property to others!

My group of 10 had a great time in this house! We loved the decor and that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the garage door on the top floor! The hosts were very responsive and made check-in and check-out very easy.

We had an amazing stay! The home was even bigger and more spacious than the photos made it seem, and it was spotless and beautifully maintained. The personal welcome card and bottle of wine were such thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was wonderful, and everything exceeded our expectations. My friends and I stayed here for an extended weekend and it was so nice! We were close to everything that we wanted to do! It was super spacious and we had plenty of space to spread out! All of the bathrooms were a plus! Very clean also! Would definitely stay again when coming to visit Nashville!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! They had everything we needed, everything was clearly labeled, great communication, and even had a welcome card with gift! We hope to be back!

Terry’s place was perfect for our stay. We were celebrating my bday and it had a good amount of rooms and space for each person and the private bathrooms for each room was a big bonus as well. The stairs were a little bit of an inconvenience for a couple older family members but that wouldn’t make me not book again - just something to consider if there’s someone in your group that isn’t great with lots of stairs. The location was also perfect! 8ish minutes for uber to 12 South - we actually walked back one time and it was about a 20 minute walk or so. Super close to broadway as well - 7-10ish minutes. Can be a little noisy with traffic right off the main road on 8th but nothing to lose sleep over. Overall it was a great place and would definitely recommend and consider booking again in the future!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville and this was the perfect place to stay with our group of 8 adults and a toddler. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which provided privacy. The home is decorated beautifully. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Terry’s place is absolutely perfect. The decor is amazing. The place is super spacious great for our party of 6. Location is centrally located to everything. Terry always replied within minutes. If I ever make it back to Nashville I will look for terry’s place first

This place is exactly what I needed for my family visit to Nashville. We come three or four times per year to this area—and this might very well be my favorite house that I’ve used in Nashville. It is new, clean, and had everything we needed. My only minor complaint is that the garage is very tight. If you have two large vehicles—good luck. An SUV and car will fit if you park it just right.

Excellent location and aviance, very clean and updated. The only issue we wr4stled with was balancing the bedroom temperatures. Bottom floor too cold, top room too hot. Its forced air so not sure how to fix without wall units in each room though. We would stay here again! Plenty of space and privacy!

Great place to stay near the Gulch & Broadway, my brother and I enjoyed a nice 4 mile run around the block and it was a great atmosphere to walk and get to know the town. The amenities the home offered were great, highly recommend this home for a large group.

We had the best time in Nashville and our stay here was perfect! It was beautiful, clean and so spacious. Everyone was really happy When I return to Nashville, I will definitely be staying again.
