This place is easy walking distance to a lot of east Nashville restaurants and bars and also a super quick ride to downtown. Mary was very accommodating and very responsive. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable East Nashville home! It was squeaky clean, comfy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The area was close to everything and the neighbors were friendly! We had our dog with us and there’s a great park right down the road! Mary & Willie were awesome to rent from - very responsive and clear with instructions for check in and out! They were gracious and we got in early which was a blessing as it was unbearably hot out! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here in East Nashville! The home is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organized, and super comfortable. The memory foam beds were an absolute highlight and made for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect if you want to explore the local scene; being able to walk to Five Points for coffee, breweries, and food made the trip so much easier. Mary & Willie were excellent hosts and provided clear instructions, making the whole check-in and stay process seamless. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!

I needed a place to stay with my family, when our air conditioning broke during the hottest week of summer. I live in East Nashville, so I am familiar with the area. The house is in an urban setting that was mostly quiet, was very well lit and is very convenient access to anything you need, including all the fun touristy things that out of towners like. :) The house was very clean. Beds comfortable. The space is roomy, full of windows and very bright and cheerful. There is a standard coffee machine with coffee beans, and a grinder. :) Would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! It was very clean and we appreciated all of the extra amentities like a safe to lock our valuables in, an alarm system that was easy to navigate, and fans for the bedrooms at night. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us — we felt safe, it was quiet, and not far to get downtown. Thank you for providing us a fantastic stay in Nashville! I highly recommend.

The home worked out great for our week long visit getting to know the East Raleigh area. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurants each day and there was a large park/green space area 1 block away for our dog to play in. It’s definitely in a revitalized location but it was minutes to downtown and quiet at night.

I had a great stay at this house, it felt very homey and provided a great amount of room for me and my guest for our night out in Nashville! The host is very responsive and makes sure you are happy with your stay. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future. Thank you again!

One of the best Airbnb's in East Nashville. Absolutely loved our stay. Lots to do in East Nashville. Great location. Walkable to a few good restaurants/bars. Only a 10 min ride to Broadway. We had an event at Nissan Stadium and it was easier to walk afterwards rather to catch an Uber. Super clean and well appointed home. Would highly recommend to other guest!

This house was exactly as described and impeccably clean. It’s centrally located and just a short, inexpensive Uber ride into town. I loved how everything in the home was labeled, and the host provided crystal-clear instructions. One detail future guests might want to note: there is a set of stairs leading from the street to the front door."

THIS IS THE CLEANEST AIRBNB I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!! Picked this location because we were attending a concert at Nissan Stadium. Easy access to stadium from this side of the river. Super quick drop off by a friend. Short drive into lower Broadway for tourist activities. Also walkable to breakfast places (recommend Yeast for their kolaches and other breakfast items). Short distance to other places to eat and drink in East Nashville. Host provides some nice amenities (coffee, tea, snacks). Full size washer and dryer were also an asset since we were traveling. Unit comes with an alarm system.

Great East Nashville spot, lots of room and close to everything.

Great stay in a very well situated area of Nashville. Lots of restaurants and boutiques within walking distance and downtown was a short car ride away. The house was very clean, organized, and had thoughtful amenities. Mary and Willie were very proactive and responsive in providing information throughout our trip. Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

We loved staying at Mary & Willie's. It was a beautiful home and very convenient for walking to restaurants and our daughters home was right down the road. It is close to the downtown area with a quick uber ride to reach all the fun. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and normally wake up in pain when staying away from home, I had no issues and would like that bed at my home! :) I will recommend that anyone going to Nashville or to see my daughter, needs to stay here.

We had a great stay in Nashville and are really glad we chose this place. The location was perfect for us, in a calm, relaxed area but still only about a $9 Uber ride to Broadway, so it was super easy to go out and come back without dealing with the chaos 24/7. The neighborhood itself had a Williamsburg Brooklyn type of vibe with chill breweries, coffee shops, and even spots for yoga and cold plunge right around the corner. It felt like a place you actually want to hang out in, not just sleep. The home was a well kept space with everything we needed. Having the kitchen, a small office area on the first floor, and the laundry plus bedrooms upstairs made it feel really functional and comfortable. The hosts also did a great job with clear instructions and a detailed manual, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend staying here if you want a bit more laidback Nashville stay without being too far from the craziness of Broadway.

It was an overall great experience staying here! The house was very neat and everything had clear instructions! The rooms had plenty of space and the closets were amazing. It was also in a great location for exploring around the city. This was my first time visiting Nashville and I would definitely come back to stay here again! The house was very beautiful and, Mary & Willie were very kind and accommodating!

This was our third visit to Mary & Willie's Nashville home and everything was perfect as usual. We love the well appointed kitchen, healthy snacks, comfy seating, very comfortable bed and all of the special touches that make this feel like our home away from home. I’ve had experiences of homes that have great pictures but end up letting me down. Mary & Willie’s home was near perfect and left all of us super content!

Spacious for two bedrooms! Clean house and easy parking. Very detailed owners. Perfect fit for my family with two small children.

This was really nice and clean. The neighborhood looked a little bit concerning, but we did not have any problems at all felt safe.

This was our second stay at Mary & Willie's "Epic" home in Nashville and it feels like our home away from home now. Check-in was a breeze and the home was spotless. They even included a Christmas tree for our December visit! I appreciate the well appointed kitchen, the super comfy beds & pillows and spotless bathrooms. The dining room table has 6 chairs which was perfect for hosting our Nashville family for Christmas dinner. Mary & Willie stayed in touch during our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and they are always promptly responsive when we have questions. We will be staying here again for sure! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Nice place and great proximity to downtown. I wish there was a small potty area for pets but we made it fine. Host was nice, as well.

This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend, and we enjoyed the proximity to walk to some of our favorite spots in Nashville. We would stay again!
