Really enjoyed the house. Our group of 10 had plenty of room and enjoyed the property.

Perfect location and accommodation for a small trip , rooms and interior were beautiful and well equipped. Check in was easy, very quiet location , and host were quick to respond. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place was PERFECT for our group of 4 couples. We had plenty of room, everything was super clean, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable Nashville getaway. The location was great too! Publix was only about a 1/2-mile walk away, and there’s a liquor store just a little farther down, which was definitely convenient for our group. 😂🍹 We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for the 8 of us. It was comfortable, convenient, clean, and a great home base for our Nashville trip. We would absolutely stay here again! 🤠🎶

This house is perfect for large groups needing their own space . I loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom . It’s just 1.7 miles from downtown Nashville and a very cheap uber ride . Greet communication with host and was offered an early check in by 8 am for only an extra $60, definitely worth it for early flights .

Great home base for spending a few days exploring Nashville! Central, safe location. Garage parking is a bit awkward in this unit and the top floor isn’t the best as a guest sleeping area in the summer due to the beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the garage door (pretty hot area and bright morning sunlight), but it worked well for our group! The top floor room also had some sugar ants in the bathroom. However, the host does everything they can to make your stay comfortable and was willing to help with anything we needed! Would highly recommend this place for your stay!

We had the best time at 8th and Argyle! The pictures were a perfect match to the property, and there was plenty of space for our group. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, we were close to everything we wanted to do, and Lyfts were always readily available. The host was extremely responsive and provided a helpful guide with answers to any questions we had. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend 8th and Argyle!

This place was exactly as expected, more than worth the amount we paid for it! All four bedrooms had full bathrooms which was extremely helpful. They let us check out 2 hours late which was a huge help. It felt very safe in that area and was a short uber or walk to where we wanted to go. The kitchen was full of supplies that we needed and there was a dishwasher which made reusing the cups easy. Thank you for hosting us 😊

Fabulous stay. Easy to walk to coffee shops, easy access to downtown. I rarely drive further than 15 minutes for a full week. We cook a lot during our stays and their kitchen was gorgeous and fully stocked so we could enjoy meals at the table. Incredible guidebook to the house and all information needed. I referred to it often. It was big enough for everyone to have space, but cozy enough for us to still enjoy time as a family. Highly recommend.

Beautifully designed interior space, comfortable beds, great layout with bedrooms on different levels all with own bathroom and a very cozy living area for catching up and visiting. We ubered frequently to downtown and that worked well. Ideally this amazing set up would be in a more walkable neighborhood because we really enjoy walking to places. Even though the location is on a somewhat busy street, we did not notice any noise and neighbors were all very quiet. Very enjoyable stay!

Great place!

This property was exactly what we needed it to be. It was spacious, clean, and just slightly away from the noise of downtown. Great for a good night sleep, a quick cooked meal, and a place to call ours for the weekend.

This is the best air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Unreal house, had everything and more. Already thinking about a trip back here! Host was responsive and kindly let us check out a bit later.

8th and Argyle was a great find! We were 5 traveling and the house had plenty of room for everyone. Having a bathroom in each bedroom, as well as a half bath was perfect. The pictures didn't do it justice - it looked the same, but the space was much nicer. Clean, cozy, quiet and safe. Loved having a garage with direct access to the space - peace of mind and convenient! The area was very nice, and was close to other neighborhoods and events we planned for. Our host was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a group of 7 Adults for the Rock & Roll Marathon and Birthday weekend and this place was perfect. Everything we needed and more! You won’t be disappointed.

We had such a wonderful stay! They truly accommodated us in a huge pinch after our prior accommodations turned out to be less than ideal, and we were so grateful. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everything was well thought out and made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication was quick and friendly, which made the entire experience even smoother during what could have been a stressful situation. We had a great trip to Nashville recently and this AirBNB exceeded expectations! It was close to downtown and The Gulch which is where we spent a lot of our time. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was very communicative and the “guide” they created was extremely helpful to access and read through for check-in, check-out, and local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

8th and Argyle was absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtful, purposeful, clean, and convenient. I could say more but in short we had a great stay!

Super easy to find, very clean, easy and prompt communication, and a beautifully decorated condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when we visit Nashville.

Immaculate and beautiful home! It was an $8 uber to broadway/downtown. Private garage parking, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful spa like bathroom. 10/10 recommend.
