This place is AMAZING! Fairfax and his wife are hands down some of the best Airbnb hosts we have come across, and we travel ALOT! We rented this beautiful establishment for our wedding weekend (including our entire wedding party). We hiked - used the lake - and tons of pickle ball. Mind you they provided the life jackets - paddles/ balls - and even kayaks! Would 100% stay again! Thank you guys so much!
Saying all I want to say in 1,000 characters will be a challenge, but here goes: Buckhorn Hollow was AMAZING! The grounds are gorgeous, and the cottages are phenomenal. I brought a large group of friends and family to celebrate my birthday, and we all left saying that we HAD to come back another time. I am SO glad we came. Truly, no matter what your 'vacation vibe' is, you can find it at Buckhorn Hollow. Peaceful early morning walks? They've got 'em. Spending time in/on the water? Done. Sitting around the campfire? I mean, obviously. Late-night stargazing? Tons of it. Just want to cozy up in bed and relax? Sold! Beyond the accommodations, the hosts were also incredible. It's clear that the cottages are well thought out, and virtually no detail was missed. One of the hosts even gave us a tour of the farm on the property (thanks, Fairfax!). I can't say enough--you NEED to visit Buckhorn Hollow. I can't wait to come back time and time again!
