We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy Nashville. The house was very clean, and the yard was such a nice bonus, especially with kids. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches for families. The kids loved having toys to play with, and having kid-friendly dishes available was so convenient. It made travelling with little ones feel much easier and more comfortable. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to other families visiting Nashville and would happily stay here again!

Despite the train behind the house (which you don’t hear very often and with the white noise machine in the room you really don’t hear it at all) this home is a hidden gem!! We felt right at home and exactly how it was described! It was in a safe location and not a bad drive to Broadway (10mins give or take)! Uber was able to locate the house fine! The decorations were such a neat touch, made you really feel like you were in music city! Honestly such a great experience and perfect for a family of 6! Would stay here again no doubt!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Felt right at home! Wonderful home it was clean with plenty of room for my family of 6. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed help with door key pad. It was a great stay.

This house in East Nashville was perfect for me and my family. The fenced in backyard gave my kids and dog a chance to run around when we werent exploring the area. Paige and Epic BNB were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had throughout our time. Would easily recommend this house to anyone and would love to stay here again if given the chance.

The location was perfect between downtown and the Opry. The house was so homey to include the very comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We came with our pets and the fenced back yard was perfect and our dogs loved it! The washer and dryer came in handy as we are traveling for a couple weeks and needed to wash a load. I would definitely choose this house again my next trip to Nashville❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Paige’s air bnb. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The black out shades were also a plus. We felt safe with the alarm system as well. The neighborhood was cute and an easy drive from everything we wanted to explore. Would definitely recommend!

Paige and the Epic BnB Team were very responsive and helpful! The house looked just like the photos and very clean with all of the essential amenities provided. The area is gorgeous and very safe to walk around. And easy for ride-shares to pick-up and drop-off. It was super convenient being near BNA and Downtown. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Home was great, clean, and well stocked. First time I’ve seen fresh coffee beans which was ever so nice. Cookware was amazing which is oftentimes rare to see in an Airbnb. Excellent communication with our hosts.

This was our second time staying here & it didn’t disappoint. It’s a private area, yet convenient to get to your nearest grocery store & quickly jump on the road to get to the mall or convention center. A definite recommend for your Nashville stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Paige provided detailed check in and check out instructions. The house was very clean and fit our group of 6 adults comfortably. It was a short Uber drive downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There is a big fenced in backyard which we didn’t use since we spent most of our time sight seeing. I would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed as a family with littles! I didn't have to worry one bit about packing toys, books, dishes, or safety gear for my two and four year old. Comfortable space for our family plus one grandparent - perfect home base.

Paige was great! very responsive. Also very informative! There had been storms where we were and tress were being cut she let us know ahead of time, warning is about possible noise. The workers were annoying constantly blocking the driveway. The area i pretty decent it's not 5 star Beverly hills but it was very quiet . The area seemed a bit sketchy but was cool for the most part. The place was clean some wear and tear here and there but it was great. The place provided everything you need. I would totally book again

We had a wonderful stay at Paige’s home in East Nashville and would absolutely recommend this home, especially for families with young children. Paige truly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. There were plenty of toys and books for our kids, which meant we didn’t need to pack anything extra to keep them entertained. The backyard was another highlight. It was spacious and perfect for kids to run around in the morning while we enjoyed our cup of coffee outside. The location was also ideal: a walkable neighborhood with great local restaurants nearby, and just a quick 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Our only minor issue was that the Internet was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. My boys were just bummed that the movies they wanted to watch in the evening didn’t work on the TV. We would definitely stay here again!

Un detalle importante,la cocina cuenta con todo tipo de sazones, y utensilios .El laundry tiene todos los productos para lavar. El lugar es muy bueno y seguro. Es céntrico.Tiene todo muy cerca,Walgreens,urgent care,restaurants,a solo 4 o 5 minutos.Incluso la estación de bomberos está súper cerca también. La casa está muy bien preparada y completa.Tiene todo tipo de comodidades para tener una gran estancia.Muchos juegos y juguetes para los niños. Los cuartos tiene ventiladores extras en los clóset por si lo quieres usar,aunque no es necesario porque el aire de la casa está espectacular.un gran patio.Cuenta con un corral de cuña para bebé ,silla de bebé y utensilios de bebé .Hasta pamper de bebé por si los tuyos no alcanzan,y tienes que usar de emergencia.Sinceramente es el primer Airbnb en el que nos hospedamos y cuentan con tantos detalles .Nos hizo sentir como en casa.El downtown es hermoso, está cerca como a 13 o 14 minutos,estuvimos como 6 horas fueron como $35.

everything was how ot was described and host went above and beyond. loved the surprise snacks when we walked in from a 8 hour drive.

My family very much enjoyed their stay. They were in town to see a Christmas concert and were able to explore downtown Nashville for a long weekend. They said the house itself was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything that they needed. The house was just as described and pictured online . My husband said the neighborhood was nice and they felt very safe. The house was in a great location. The drive to downtown was 13 minutes very close and convenient. They loved the large parking area as we had three vehicle. Paige was great to communicate with and she was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely recommend this home to stay in the future for family and friends.
