The house was really great. It was very clean and it was a good location and very spacious. We were able to fit my family of nine in their comfortably. The showers were really nice. The water was nice and hot. The garage was really nice and the check-in and checkout instructions were very easy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying with a bunch of people. The only thing I want to change is the squeak on the doors other than that everything was great. The rooftop was also very nice.

Our group of 9 loved Navin’s home! Super close to broadway and there’s an amazing coffee shop directly next to it! Parking was available for all of cars and the garage fit two 4dr sedans. Kitchen was a great communal space! Living room was stocked with fun games.
This house was beautiful! It was perfect for a larger group, each room having its own bathroom. Everything was clean and looked just like the listing. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
Our group had an incredible stay. Doing downtown was a quick drive and we liked that there was still things to do and eat around the area. The coffee shop next door was my favorite. The house was perfect and exactly as show. In the listing. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here overall! The location of the Airbnb was perfect for everything that we had planned; everything was no more than 10 minutes away. The Airbnb itself was very nice.. I wasn’t mentally prepared for the amount of stairs in the house, so be prepared. My biggest and only qualm was the lack of flexibility of the host for early/late check out. I arrived in the city two hours earlier than the check in time. I reached out to ask about checking in earlier. He responded that it wasn’t possible due to “maintenance” being performed and that he would advise if we could come once it was done. He never said anything and upon arrival, which was still earlier than check in, there was not anyone there doing maintenance. On check out, I asked for additional time because of our late departure. He said no again, blaming cleaning scheduled promptly at 10. Again, no one was there. It just came off that he wasn’t trying to be accommodating. Never had this with a host.
Loved the place. It is 4 stories and I was on the 1st floor. Just in case you have people with limited mobility. Living room and kitchen are on 2nd floor. 4th floor has one bedroom and rooftop patio. There is a coffee/matcha shop 2 doors down. Nice!
This home is so beautiful! Everything was so clean and comfortable! It is in a location that is close to downtown and stores. I would definitely stay here again.
This was a great place for three couples traveling together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect for breakfasts at home before leaving for downtown. Navin was the perfect host. He was very prompt with replies when we had questions and kept us informed on things we needed to know.

This was the perfect stay. Navin was amazing with all of the little details. The house was gorgeous and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was a girls trip so having enough bathroom space was important and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Truly a home away from home!
My sorority sisters and I booked Navin for our 15 year anniversary trip! When I say we raved about this place our whole 4 days in Nashville! It was nestled in a community with a coffee shop right next to it. From the start of booking Navin was extremely responsive! The instructions were clear to enter and exit! The place was very clean and well kept! The water remained hot despite 10 women taking up to 2 showers daily! All bedding and linens were clean and comfortable! We also loved that we had a 2 car garage so we didn’t have to think twice about parking! Thank you Navin for an amazing stay and please keep doing what you do!
Our stay in Nashville was amazing! The home was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the downtown area, which made it easy for us to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. It was spacious and comfortable, making it a great fit for my family and me. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! Navin was very quick to respond with any questions or problems we had. We would recommend this rental because of its very beautiful and has a great location. If there was anything I could’ve told my party before staying it would be: pack light, that four floor walk up in no joke! Overall, an amazing place to stay, and priced so well!

We recently vacationed in Nashville for thanksgiving weekend. The home was just as the pictures portrayed. The house has a parking garage for two vehicles and plenty of party in the neighborhood for additional vehicles. Navin was responsive to any needs or concerns we had. I would not only stay at this location again but I would recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nashville.
