The Hoodview House is located on a private road with a front security gate. The road is shared with a one other home/property owner. The surrounding area is very peaceful and remote, yet the main highway is a quick five minute drive.

A vehicle is recommended for nearby recreation and access. There is ample parking at the property with room for up to six vehicles plus RV and trailer parking.

• For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the driveway and entry points. There are no cameras inside the home.
• The home is equipped with a backup generator. Please note that during a power outage, the generator will automatically provide electricity to the house. However, the well pump requires grid power, so there will be no running water until the main power is restored.
• The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay to ensure pristine conditions for your arrival.
• A pack n' play is available for those traveling with little ones.
• Home is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pet will results in a $500 fine.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be present during your stay but are always available via the Airbnb app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.
