Waterfront retreat Location is five stars for proximity to harbor, beach, ferry to Balboa island, restaurants. Property ideal for a family group w multiple rooms and levels to spread out. Property wasn’t quite ready for check-in at 5 PM w cleaners still working, but owner and property manager prompt communicating to rectify the situation

Amazing home It was a beautiful property and our family had a wonderful vacation. The property manager was very responsive. I recommend this home to anyone reading these reviews

Window to Paradise We had an amazing 7 night stay at this beautiful property. LOCATION is the BEST. Steps away from the Balboa Pier. Steps away from Newport Beach. Steps away from our own pier and beach. Truly magical stay and one that my family and I will remember for the rest of our days.

Marina family vacay We loved the view and convenience to the ferry, shops, restaurants, and ocean.

Beautiful Bayfront This beautiful bayfront property has just about everything you will need for your vacation. The house is very clean, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the decor is very nice. Being just a few steps from the bay is great for young children. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home Very comfortable and beautiful home. Perfect location. Very good communication with owners. I brought my family for dad's 80th birthday celebration. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Absolutely loved everything about the space! We came for a company offsite and the house immediately felt like home. Everyone had their own space, very peaceful and beautiful being right on the boardwalk. Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome stay! Our work team stayed here during a convention in the area and it was perfect for 6 of us- everyone had their own space for privacy, but the main area was spacious enough for us to hang out as well. Loved that there were 5 bathrooms and you really can't beat the view. Our host was very communicative and checked in several times to make sure all was going great. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful place! We came with a group of friends for a football game. We absolutely loved this house. The location was perfect and we loved being right on the water.

This is a nice home in a great location. The overall decor was nice, but I do feel that they need to rethink their furniture. Beds up too high, which isn't good for getting in and out of in the middle of the night, especially for children. Also, not good being up so close to ceiling and ceiling fans. Easy fix. The one sofa is a love seat and is very uncomfortable (hard metal part in the middle, ouch). I think more sofa space and less individual chairs. Fridge ice maker in main house didn't work and ice maker in bar is rusty, missing parts and doesn't work either. They were nice enough to bring us a bag of ice. The kitchenware was great. Pots and pans were not scratched, dish sets and glasses were complete and nice. They even had cocktail glasses and martini shaker! Although, the two piece toaster only toasted one side. Good on toiletries and towels in bathrooms! Overall, nice house, but not terribly comfortable.
