The home's open great room is filled with natural light from soaring windows overlooking the surrounding pines. Whether you're preparing breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, sharing a meal around the large dining table, or unwinding by the fireplace after a day exploring the coast, every space feels bright, comfortable, and connected.

The kitchen features a large island with seating, stainless steel appliances, generous workspace, and everything needed for preparing meals together. Just beyond, folding glass doors open to a quiet patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or grill dinner beneath the trees.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while a full bathroom plus a half bath are shared with between the other bedrooms. Several upstairs rooms also enjoy views toward Haystack Rock, offering a reminder that the beach is only a short walk away.

One of the home's biggest advantages is its location. Nestled within the Dory Pointe community, you'll have easy access to Cape Kiwanda, miles of sandy beach, hiking trails, Pelican Brewing, restaurants, and Pacific City's charming village atmosphere without needing to drive.

This home is currently limited to 4 registered overnight guests, despite offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We are actively working with the appropriate agencies to increase the approved occupancy.

The home includes driveway and garage parking. Please park only in designated spaces as street parking is not allowed.

Dory Pointe is a quiet residential community. We ask all guests to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially during the evening.
