- Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a $125 fee per stay. No cats, please. We kindly ask that dogs be crate-trained and that guests clean up after their pets.
- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- For the security of our guests and property, 1 exterior Ring camera is installed — at the top of the driveway on the right side of the garage. No interior cameras are present.
- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to approximately 20–25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please keep in mind that during cooler weather, the pool may not be as warm as expected. For example, if the nighttime temperature is 55°F, the pool may only reach 75–80°F. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. Please provide at least 3 days' notice before arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool heating must be purchased for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
