We had a group of 10 that included 6 adults & 4 children between 2-5yrs. We all enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out, or all hang together in either the living room or finished basement area for a movie night. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything. We only wished it had either a regular coffee pot or a good supply of the coffee pods. The fire pit area & creek across the road were added pluses. It was a very comfortable stay and all of our grandchildren loved it!
