Ryan and Carissa are very responsive host. always responded to my question in a quick and reasonable time. We had an issue with the freezer and they sent someone out first thing in the morning the moment I told them the night before. The only thing was some of the bed sizes were listed incorrectly on the listing but we made it work. Still plenty of space for our family over the Christmas holiday. The pool was perfect and the kids really enjoyed it.
Place was Perfect, beautiful home and great for big family vacations, definitely will recommend this place to family and friends.
Planned a last minute 14th birthday weekend for my daughter and it turned out to be everything imagined . Thank you so much to our host Ryan and Carissa for an amazing stay . The home was absolutely beautiful and clean , the communication was on point , Ryan even accommodated my late check out request which I’m greatful. I will definitely be booking this home again in the near future!
Great home for our spring break trip and in a great location. Very clean, spacious, and was equipment with all the things we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook and eat all week. Host was quick to communicate/respond. Would book again!Feedback: Hand towels were provided, but we would have preferred washcloths instead. Had an issue with the internet the 1st day & it affected our phone service as well. We were unable to use the smart TVs, make phone calls or send text. The internet was addressed the next morning and there were no other issues!
No major complaints, house was as listed. Big with plenty of room for everyone. Second floor carpet is in rough shape and washing machine is incredibly loud but not a deal breaker for the price we paid. We didn’t spend much time at the home so I can’t speak to the additional amenities like the pool or garage game room. We did spend a little time at the clubhouse pool and the kids loved the slides. Overall good experience.

Place was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Carpets weren’t in the best shape.
Our stay was wonderful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

If I could have got another house I would have. Positive: The location Negative: The game room the games were broke,the sink in the kitchen faucet was broken. There were no wash clothes.I wouldn’t rent there again

Big , spacious, comfortable property with pool, great stay - thanks Positive: Big , spacious, comfortable property with pool as advertised. Very Clean and well presented. A good standard of property for the Kissimmee area but in this case there is an additional communal pool area, shop , bar etc. Communication with host was professional, easy and was met with quick responses. Raised two issues which were resolved within 24 hours. Located in gated community with access code to community. so felt safe. Negative: Not an issue with the property itself, but worth noting that despite its proximity to Disney/Universal it is still a 30-40 min drive at peak time due to heavy traffic. That said we were there at peak time, but maybe useful for people to factor into their decision. Not sure the is avoidable other than to stay in the Parks themselves, but maybe useful info. Games room great facility but gets a little warm during the day.
