“Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had an extremely bad experience with an Airbnb listing and had to vacate. Eden Crest was extremely sympathetic to the situation and helped us get our family situated quickly. I needed some kitchen items and they delivered quickly. The staff was amazing and the cabin was absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay again!!”
