Our family was excited for our annual getaway, especially for “the house with the soccer field in the backyard,” as my kids called it for months.
Unfortunately, the field was unusable: overgrown, uneven, trashy, and nothing like the listing photos.
I contacted the host multiple times. He apologized and promised updates after checking with maintenance, but despite repeated assurances, nothing was done.
During our four-day stay, no one showed up, the field was never serviced, and our kids never got to play soccer.
The pool was the saving grace, but overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Listing photos should reflect reality, especially when families spend their hard-earned money on vacation. AI can be useful, but using it to misrepresent amenities is a serious problem.
Combined with the host’s lack of follow-through, this fell far short of expectations.
I encourage future guests to request current, non-AI-enhanced photos and verify amenities before booking.
Property was fabulous! Great entertainment areas, pool is amazing! Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
We had a great stay! The house was perfect for a larger group and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a lot of fun. The host was also very responsive Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for groups!
Super great, I loved it one day would've been good but it was booked
I can't say enough good things about our stay, it was so wonderful! The location was peaceful and beautiful, especially seeing all the wildlife. As for the house itself, seldom times are properties "just like the photos" but this home was way above and beyond our expectations, photos don't do it justice. Everyone in our group had an amazing time from 5 years old to 65 years old :)
This house is awesome - super clean, epic pool, and great for families. David was so easy to communicate with and our family had the best time in the game room, by the fire pit, and playing mini golf. We also loved the lake view and how fully stocked the kitchen was. We will definitely be back!
We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 15. The location was great—very close to the lake, with several grocery stores nearby for picking up any supplies we needed.
The house was incredibly clean and well prepared with plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and pretty much everything we could think of to accommodate a large group. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights of our trip, and we spent most of our time enjoying them!
The host was attentive and responsive, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions quickly. Overall, everyone in our group had a wonderful time and loved the house. We would definitely stay here again!
Great getaway for our girls weekend! The backyard and the sunset views were incredible!
A very clean and pleasant place! Excellent communication with the owner! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Perfect getaway especially for families with kids. The pool and backyard are awesome.
