Great house! Worked well

We stayed at this house for a weekend with a group of 12 girls. The house is very big, and despite its size, it’s also incredibly convenient—everyone had enough space, we settled comfortably, and nothing ever felt cramped or inconvenient. Everything we needed was available in the house, and we truly had a great weekend. We were especially happy with the beautiful swimming pool. I strongly recommend this place to anyone, and it’s perfect for large groups!

The home was very nice. It was clean and spacious. There was plenty of space and lots of seating for dining or relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of counter and cabinet space. The home was very close to Asheville so it was easy to get to attractions and restaurants. The outside areas (pool area, hot tub, walkways) need some TLC. We did enjoy the fire pit and the pool. Our host was very easy to communicate with through the app.

Overall a great property, with a very responsive team who took care of some minor issues.Lots of towels, huge backyard, nice bedrooms and bathrooms all clean. One big fridge and a mini fridge in the kitchen, was enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. Pool was clean and there was plenty of seating outside.Kitchen equipment had been refreshed recently and was good for most cooking.

Kelly's place was a great home for my large family to spend a week together. The house was very clean as well as the pool and the hot tub. We had a great time and she was very responsive to our questions. This is a great place for a large group of all ages to enjoy.

A good experience overall. Some disappointing things were there was a large sink hole by the pickleball/basketball court that should have been communicated to us before arrival. Also a water feature in the back yard had a non-functioning pump and was a green pool of mosquito water. Upon check on the microwave was broken and the host got us a back up one promptly. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and a highlight.

The location and size was perfect for our group - 8 adult and 6 kids. Kelly was available online and responsive . The floors upstairs were a bit squeaky and we noticed the garden/outdoor areas could use a bit of maintainence but none of it affected us. We made great use of the pool and enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed this home and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to easily prep meals for the 15 of us. The large wrap around couch and huge tv in the basement allowed us the perfect setting to gather and watch the FIFA games. All in all a great house.

Amazing place to book! We had a great time during our trip to Asheville, this vrbo is in a perfect location. We had so much fun spending time together and enjoying all of the amenities such as the hot tub, pool, and pool table. Absolutely stunning and beautiful home. The hosts are awesome and have great commutation!

We had a great time at this house. It’s a beautiful and very large property. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the multiple king beds were quite a treat. The large backyard was also great as we had two dogs with us. Pool and hot tub were both very clean. Kitchen and dining table was large enough to accommodate our large group. Would recommend this property!

Overall, the place and amenities were great! The only issues we had were that the outdoor trash/recycling bins were never picked up from the prior booking (they were completely full) and there was a water issue with the fridge. However, neither one really impacted our stay.

We had a great stay at Kelly's property. There was no shortage of activities in the backyard and in the house. The place was exactly as described and the hosts were prompt with communications. The sleep arrangements were comfortable as well, our whole group had a pleasant stay.

Kelly was very responsive and gave plenty of detail leading up to the stay! She continued great communication and made the stay very easy. The place was very clean and was exactly how it was described. 10/10 service and experience!

Pots were very used and scratched Teflon. Kitchen faucet sprays and gets your hand wet while filling a glass. Excess amounts of fake plants taking valuable space in bathrooms and bedrooms. Yard did not look like listing. Basketball court is uneven. Pickle ball would not work. Volleyball net sagging and missing parts. Pool was not open liked promised. Cushions and umbrellas turned over and on ground. Fire pit had extra large whole tree trunk pieces making a fire impossible. Dishes don’t fit well in dishwasher bc they are too thick

My best friend celebrated her bachelorette weekend in Asheville, and we had an incredible time! The Airbnb was absolutely perfect! It fit our theme beautifully and was both spacious and stunning. Everyone in the group kept complimenting the space, and it really added to the overall experience. Kelly was an excellent host. She was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were all so impressed and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

This did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental house feels like a home away from home. This spacious house has beautiful decor, stocked bathroom & kitchen essentials. We look forward to returning this summer to enjoy the pool and huge back yard!

We spent a girls weekend at Kelly’s place. Perfect size for the 9 of us. Kitchen counter huge- great for all our meal prepping. Clean. Recommend to all.

We really enjoyed our stay! It had the right amount of amenities for both the adults and the kids, also plenty of yard for our fur babies to run. Kelly was excellent!! Very helpful, responsive and friendly. Will definitely book here again!

This listing was a perfect gathering place for my family from 3 states. There are 2 living areas, a big bunk/game room and a huge island in the kitchen which made living with 13 people not seem crowded but cozy. The bedrooms are situated so that privacy and a quiet place for all was possible. Outside amenities are great even though we didn’t really use them as much as expected due to rainy cold weather. The pool area looked awesome. Everything was clean, the supplies were more than I expected and the hosts were very quick to respond and very cordial. Any issues were minor, quickly addressed and did not affect our stay or enjoyment of our time spent there. Would definitely stay there again, especially in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor areas

The area was great, only about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The listing was accurate, and Kelly did a great job communicating back and forth and providing recommendations for the area. Highly recommend!
