It was a pleasure hosting Ashley! We hope to host them in the future! This house was just as described. Well decorated and plenty of space. Kitchen and eat in nook is ideal for people traveling with littles. There was a stool (for kids) found in a closet which was very helpful. The pool and lounge area was great. Only concerns would be the deck is aged with weak spots and screws that poke up on the stairs. There was also construction happening right next door which was loud. Overall great stay and good location. Walking distance to a nice restaurant , ice-cream, and shopping.

Cheyenne was a pleasure to host! We had a wonderful stay! Clear instructions getting in and out- easy to find. Lots of close restaurants and shops and close to the beach. We rented a golf cart which made it much easier getting around- they provided tons of info for the island! The bedrooms were as described- however the double bunk room is pretty tight and the mattresses are very thin. No other complaints or issues from the other bedrooms or areas of the house.

We tried hard to check in earlier than 4pm since no on had the house before us and we had been up since 4am. Another company we've gone with previously let us check in earlier. The house was nice and clean. However, had beds for 10 people/children but only 2 bathrooms, one of which is located inside the king room. Living area and sofas couldn't hold us all at once.

Overall, amazing location on the island and the house is a good value. I found the property management company not hospitable. We had to text and call several times a day about a toilet with a broken handle and debris all over the pool deck - it was finally handled after contacting them 5 or so times during our stay. Our reservation was one day after Hurricane Idalia. The island was not open to anyone other than residents and business owners, and without Airbnb insurance they would not honor a refund in any way. Thankfully we were able to come. My advice is that you should absolutely buy the insurance because this company will not make an exception, even if the island is not open for business due to a hurricane. We loved this house’s location and will look for a house in the future near here.
