We loved Callum and Mila’s rental! We were travelling to Toronto with two adult children and their partners for our son’s wedding. Their space was PERFECT for our needs! The location being SO close to the UP station, subway and streetcars AND our son’s home was fantastic!! Three bedrooms including a washer/dryer, two bathrooms with showers, and a balcony to take in the ambiance of the Bloor/Dundas area was outstanding. We would highly recommend this rental and thank them for the use of this space for our holiday!!!

We had a great stay here. We did encounter an issue, which they did address promptly. The place is fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. However, the listing does mention “ single level- no stairs,” which is not accurate as there are 4 flights of stairs to the flat. I would definitely confirm with the host the exact flat and floor number you are booking if you have any concern about mobility issues.

Immaculate apartments and great location! Positive: The apartment was immaculate. The location right next to Bloor / Dundas West, which made getting from Pearson to the apartment, and then into Union, an absolute breeze! They were accommodating in getting the apartment cleaned ahead of schedule so that I could check in a few hours earlier, and the platform that they use which contains entry instructions was very thoughtful. Beautiful surroundings too! Negative: I don’t think I have anything I didn’t like!

I will Be staying here again with friends for sure !!!!! Had such a good time and loved the space.

Positive: Was confortable, clean just like in the pictures perfect. Negative: Neighbour's making noise all night Saturday to Sunday, Friday to Saturday perfect night.

Relaxation, connectivity, and fun all in one place. Positive: First of all, I want to express my deep appreciation for the quality of service. The hosts were excellent—attentive to our needs and quick to respond. The place is very well-equipped, and its proximity to public transport, shops, restaurants, and more is fantastic. I’d also like to highlight that the address listed in the ad is accurate; this is incredibly important, especially if you aren't familiar with the city. An excellent place. I recommend it 100%. Negative: I wouldn't say I didn't like it; I think it's an area for improvement. The beds are very soft. I think a happy medium would be ideal.

Positive: Booked this for my parents and brother, and they enjoyed the property a lot. The location was very convenient, there were ample room for 3 people, and they appreciated being able to prepare food and do laundry. Negative: No complaints from our end, everything went smoothly and the staff were always helpful when we had questions. Maybe one suggestion we would make is adding some sort of privacy window film on the living room window, because it looks directly to the street so it became a choice of privacy OR light, whereas if there's some sort of film, guests can enjoy both.

Magnifique comme endroit

Four adults and a child stayed here for four nights as we visited Toronto for a wedding. Location is 20 minutes away from everything, a few minutes to the train station to get to the airport and downtown and next to the underground. Great location where it is not too busy. Apartment was clean and functional. We requested a child cot, when we arrived but it was not there. I messaged the host and they replied instantly and resolved it very quickly. Great apartment, location and host!

Great apartment definitely a walk up 4 flights. The store across the street has great options for gluten free and specialty food. Thanks for a great landing spot!

Very nice apartment in a great location. The complimentary earplugs to keep the city noise away were very helpful and nice!

We stayed at Callum and Mia’s place for a girls weekend and it was fantastic. The hosts were super responsive and always kind. The place was lovely, just as described. Do be noted that there is quite a few stairs to get up to enter the unit, which we didn’t mind at all, but for older groups or groups with strollers/heavy luggage it may be harder. For our 2 checked bags it was definitely do able. Check in and check out we’re super easy, and the location is great. Definitely recommend!

The stay was great. Easy clear instructions on how to get in the building and the apartment was beautiful. The water pressure for one of the showers was weak but other than that no other issues. I was offered parking but then was denied the offer by host and had to find city parking which I was disappointed and was a hustle but wasn’t a big issue. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!

There were a few things of note, primarily the property was on the 4rth floor without an elevator. I have mobility constraints and I found it distressing, in that was not clearly noted on the description. But Calum and Mila were apologetic and promised to update the listing. In general place was very well located to public transit, I got a temporary overnight parking permit online which worked well.

Callum and Mila were extremely kind and very responsive. While the space wasn’t exactly what we were looking for they still ensured we had an amazing time.

Perfect location if you are traveling from the airport, close to both ttc and the up express. Easy for traveling in downtown as well. And there’s supermarkets next to it.

Hosts were very friendly and flexible with check- in times and very responsive overall. Perfect home for a bigger group of people, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The location was perfect and walkable for public transportation and there were many activities/ food spots around.

Callum and Mila's place was as described and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and the train! They were very responsive and kind/helpful. Only thing to note is that there are many stairs up to the top suite where we were staying and no elevator. Otherwise very easy!

Callum and Mia are awesome hosts. Definitely recommend this Airbnb stay if you’re in the area. The Airbnb was very clean with modern decor and plenty of natural lighting. This space had 3 comfortable and clean beds which is what most travelers look out for. It’s located around many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly & quick with communicating. 10/10 will be returning back.

Amazing location! Very comfortable place to stay for a family 5 (2 adults, 1 senior and 2 toddlers). This place is very close to subway and up train stations which was very convenient. Host were very responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect place for our family of 6 Positive: Convenient, modern and well placed Negative: During the night, we had a hard time sleeping cuz of the outside noises. (Cars, trucks and upstairs neighbours that were loud)

Great location in a walkable neighborhood with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Beautiful High Park only blocks away. Easy access to public transportation. One of my favorite neighborhoods is just a 10 min walk away - Roncesvalles! Also check out Bandit Brewery around the corner - great beer and food! Beds were a little hard for me, but everything was clean and comfortable. We had a 4 story walk up to our unit which we didn’t expect - but very able for it. Communication was excellent with hosts who were lovely and responsive!

3/5 stars The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we arrived, the floors had crumbs, hair, dust and grime and clearly had not been properly swept, vacuumed or mopped. We also found a fake eyelash on the nightstand, hair on the shower walls, trash from previous guests under the sofa, and a completely full dryer lint trap. We ended up cleaning some of this ourselves. The hosts offered to send cleaners during our stay, but since we were already unpacked, we weren't comfortable having them enter. They did provide a vacuum, which we appreciated. We also experienced about two hours of unannounced fire-alarm testing that required workers to enter the unit. The noise woke our three young children. The hosts acknowledged we should have been notified. To their credit, the hosts were responsive, acknowledged the issues, waived the high-chair fee, and offered a $200 CAD partial refund which we appreciated, but the cleanliness and unexpected disruption significantly affected our stay.

It was the perfect place for our one night stay! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We were traveling with the kids, and the location was perfect especially being so close to High Park, which was great for the kids to enjoy. The place itself was so nice and cozy. It had such a warm, homey feeling while still feeling luxurious and beautifully put together. We felt so comfortable during our stay, and honestly, I really wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much, Callum and Mila, for making our stay such a lovely experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again! 🫶🏻

Amazing stay from start to finish! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming, communicative, and made everything easy. Great location and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

All was very nice as advertised. Support from cohost was very responsive and helpful. Nothing to complain about but just to note: Building doesn’t have elevators or parking, none are offered. Also the neighbours don’t seem to like this being an AirBnb, a couple of them approached me asking if I had rented this through Airbnb, they seemed to be renters concerned they were going to be asked to leave to convert the entire building apartments in Airbnbs.

Lovely home, made our 4 day stay so much more! We would definitely recommend, and will be first on our list when we are back in town.

Increíble lugar para quedarte si vas de vacaciones a Toronto. El departamento está en condiciones excelentes, muy limpio y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Incluso se me hizo muy amigable para niños pequeños, llevamos a nuestra bebe de 1 año y medio y todo fue perfecto, la sillita alta para bebe funcionó de maravilla. En cuanto la ubicación no puede ser mejor! La estación de metro/streetcar está a 200 metros caminando, la estación del tren UP (tren directo al aeropuerto Pearson!) está a 300 metros caminando, hay un pequeño supermercado casi enfrente del edificio que cierra a las 11 pm y algunos restaurantes también. En cuanto a lugares de estacionamiento todos los días vimos lugares disponibles con parquímetro frente al edificio o muy cerca. Con respecto Shameza, Mila y Callum, la comunicación fue super buena, siempre estuvieron atentos y con respuesta casi inmediata. Definitivamente volveremos a quedarnos en este lugar en nuestra próxima visita!

STAY AWAY, expensive for an awful experience. Unprepared staff who should not be hospitality Positive: Probably better than sleeping on the streets :-( Negative: We would arrive very late at the property and I asked for a late checkout. The person answering messages said they couldn't promise it but we should be ok. We arrived around 1am, and followed instructions to get it. I woke up around 6am and waited until 7am to pay for street parking and also check if the staff would have gotten back to me about the late checkout. As they didn't say anything, I thought it would be fine and went back to bed. I got up again at 10am and party of 5 was already taking turns to use the bathroom and shower. 11am the housekeeper knocks on my door expecting to clean the rooms. I explained I asked for a late checkout and was told I could. She said she wasn't told anything and would check. I checked my phone and I had received a message saying I could not have a late checkout and had to leave. I replied that was too short notice and could try to leave earlier than 1pm as I requested but not immediately as some of my party was still in the shower. At this moment, the housekeeper knocks on the door again handing me her phone to speak to her manager. I said "Hello" and the person on the other side started yelling at me: "You have to leave right now". I was honestly very shocked and tried to explain what happened. This person, whose name is Nidia, started saying things I didn't even understand: "I don't know how you got the access codes, you are not supposed to even be there." I said I received the checkin instructions by email and I had the my credit card charged by booking.com for my stay. She was very aggressive and rude all along and I simply replied: "I'm not arguing with you, I'll leave as soon as possible but you should learn how to treat better your paying guests. I'm waking up from a short night of sleep with screams and yells over the phone" She then started screaming non stop "you have to leave right now" until I hang up.

Nice apartment with good mass transit options, but poor wifi. Positive: The apartment was conveniently located near two train stations. Getting around the city via mass transit was very easy. The apartment was clean and in a decent neighborhood. Some places seemed a little sketchy, but as a super paranoid over 60 year old woman, I never felt unsafe. There was a parking lot around 200 feet from the apartment which was super convenient. The address was 15 Dorval Rd.. It did not have security or cameras, but none of the parking areas in the neighborhood did, so at least this one was close. There was not good communication regarding the apartment door lock. It has an electronic lock. To lock it upon leaving, you put in your digits, twist the deadbolt, and wait for the green light to go off. Then it's locked. Overall it was a good stay. Just one huge proviso. Negative: The wifi was useless. We could not watch the Grand Prix. We could not watch a movie. Neither my husband nor I could appear at work conferences unless it was calling in through our phones. Just checking my email, I would get booted off multiple times. There were two wifi addresses to be used and we would have to cycle through them, as only one was available at any given time. If yo are looking to do any work over vacation, or watch any movies, this apartment is not an option. Wifi this unreliable is not acceptable in 2026.
