Great, cozy location. The views at sunset are phenomenal!

Nice and relaxing. Positive: The place is small but it was really clean and feels like your home. I like that they have their fire pit and the there is free and available firewoods. I like also that they have charger available for phones and WiFi. Overall it’s a good place to stay. I recommend this place specially for families. Negative: Maybe they need offer or put some water adventures, like a jet ski or a boat, fishing boat. Since it’s right next to lake. But other than that everything is perfect!

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was perfect and stunning with it being right on the water!

It was with a mixed mood we arrived in Door County. We have stayed thruout the county for 45 years, my husband for 60 years. My younger brother came along to golf, hike, eat and just spend time together. The deck looking out on Kangaroo Lake was wonderful - for morning coffee, late afternoon relaxation and star gazing at night. This is an older cabin and it has the charm and comfort as such. The kitchen is bright and new appliances, coffee maker and grinder as well as things one needs to have light meal preparation. It was peaceful and we received the sad news of a death in the family we were expecting and the peace of this place really helped. We would come back.

Perfect Location! Peaceful & Beautiful! Open up the windows and embrace the lake breeze! We loved our stay. It was perfect for my husband and I, and our 2 small dogs, and worth the money to rent the waterfront cottage for the lake views and breeze. We didnt want to leave! It was also the perfect location to explore Bailey's Harbor, and then drive north to hit Sister Bay (about 15 mins) and then work our way down through Fish Creek and Egg Harbor and then back across (only 10 mins) to catch beautiful end of the day sunsets from the patio. We will definitely stay again! Also, to note, the hosts were very responsive anytime I messaged them, checkin was seamless, the other cabins on the property were very quiet and had ample space between, the firepit area was great, and overall just a really pretty place! Bed was comfy too! We'll be back!

Great spot for the Midwest.

The location on the lake was awesome. The space was much smaller than appeared in photos, No extra blanket for the sofa sleeper, only sheets. Only one small kitchen towel and not enough toilet paper for a 2 day stay for 5 people.

Overpriced and misleading Sleeping six people, but you need a traffic light to regulate the movement. Very dirty. They change just the bedding sheets.

Nice Location prime as far as view and water. Cottage a little musty. Pricey.
