Kylie was beyond kind, allowed early check in and was always responsive when we had a couple questions. The beds were all so comfortable(huge plus) and the outdoor space felt like a little piece of heaven. I would recommend this home 10x’s over to anyone. Lots to do within walking distance, not that you need to leave since the space was perfect for our little group outing. Thank you again for having us!

Kylie was a super host and responded immediately when we reached out. The house was perfect for our family and there are so many fun things there! Golden Tee, the pool, and the putting green definitely got the most use, but the quiet evenings on the dock with a cocktail sealed the deal. Definitely consider this property if you are heading to IRB!
We had a fabulous time and the place was set up great for our teens. The outdoor space offered so much to do when we were all done with beach time. The pool with views was amazing. Relaxing sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins. Great place!
The house was very nice and very clean. We had some issues that had happened from the previous guests and communicated those with the host. She was responsive and made the situation right! I appreciated the care!

These were great hosts and a nice place for the family. I brought 3 teenagers and the pool , volleyball, and other games kept them Occupied. Beach 5 min away. And peaceful doc to have coffee on in the morning. The hosts were really responsive and proactive. We enjoyed our stay. We would recomend these hosts and the venue.
Great property and priceless memories! The hardest part of the trip was convincing everyone that check out time was not negotiable. Crunch time, gotta move!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a great time. The dock was our favorite place to sit and drink our coffee in the morning! We saw lots of wildlife from the dock. Sting rays, manatees, dolphins, lizards, birds. It was nice to come home from the beach and jump into the pool. We took advantage of the paddle boards and had some great experiences. Plenty of room for the 10 people we had staying. Only complaint was the bicycles were un operable. I spent about an hour trying to use brake free on the rusted chains, but no luck..

This house was perfect for our group of 9 college friends celebrating more than 35 years of friendship. The gathering areas inside and out were comfortable for preparing food, eating meals, hanging at the pool and late night laughs. Proximity to the beach was great and very walkable. It was nice to have a car to drop off gear, but not required. Kylie and team were responsive to questions. We're looking to return next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The house is beautiful and had so many fun things to do! The house looked exactly like the pictures and matched the detailed description that Kylie provided. Everything was modern, comfortable, and clean. We had 4 teenagers with us and they loved everything about the house. They used it all...the pool, mini golf, hot tub, foosball, bikes, etc. They also loved hanging out in the bunk bed room and playing arcade games. We particularly loved the beautiful view and colorful sunsets from the backyard. The paddle boards were such a nice addition. We went out on them often and even saw manatees from our deck! The kitchen is modern and had everything we needed to make any meal (including the fresh fish caught that day while deep sea fishing). Kylie was such a great host. She provided detailed info before we arrived, checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, and offered ideas for the area. Amazing Stay!

Wow! So many options to do at the house! Pool/hot tub (but weather too cool to enjoy), fire pit, putting green, foose ball, pool table, many lawn games, Pac-Man and golfing in the game room. Monopoly game that lasted All day! We cooked out, great grill. Great place to stay and enjoy!
We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is gorgeous, with lots to enjoy outdoors and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was spacious and extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a crock pot, which was such a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and made it easy to unwind after full days. We loved being just a 10 minute walk to the beach too! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would absolutely return and recommend it to others.

Negative: Respectfully, I will never book with you guys again. And I will advise people not to if they ever consider it. After multiple issues with the house, people in our group leaving because of it, and on top of that, you guys are still trying to charge me for heating the pool at the 2nd address. In my opinion, you guys shouldn't be charging me any money for heating the pool. This was a disaster and an embarrassment on my end with everyone dealing with it! I am ok with paying our original price for the house, im not happy about paying full price after all that has happened, but im fine with it. What im not ok with, is you guys still trying to charge a pool heating fee. That is ridiculous and shouldn't even be in question right now. 1) no hot water for a day and half 2) bloody sheets in our bed) no heat in the pool or hot tub, was promised someone would be there that day to look at it, it took them 3 days to get there, 3 days wasted of no swimming or no hot tub. 4) get woken up at midnight to garbage bins being rolled by and knocked over next to our windows. 5) the water pressure in both houses SUCK! YOU CAN BARELY TAKE A SHOWER IM BOTH HOUSES. Barely any water comes out of the shower heads. What a joke. 5) we get moved to another location and have no oven and no microwave. There was 0 discussion about a discount or refund. This managing and hosting company is a complete joke.
