Traveled from Nashville,TN and arrived earlier than expected. The host arranged the time for our families to check in early. Pet friendly for sure and plenty of space for 10 people to chill. Pool was clean. We had an issue with HVAC but the host tried the best to meet the expectation. Trash was taken out accordingly. Routine maintenance for the pool every weekend, just wish they announce their stop before hand. Bathrooms are clean but master bathroom water flow is weaker than the one in a hall. Our overall experience was excellent and recommend any families with kids and pets.
Great stay for us. Small issue when we first got to town but it was handled without the hour with great communication. 10/10 would stay again at any of their properties

We absolutely LOVED this place! Definitely splurge and get the pool heated - it's completely worth it! We loved the location - close to restaurants but tucked nicely in a a quiet neighborhood on the water. There was an ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood everyday and was a nice surprise. We would definitely consider staying at this Airbnb again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kyle and Nicole’s place and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
The house is beautiful, incredibly spacious and offers plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook for ourselves during our stay.
The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and feels very safe.
The location right on the canal is gorgeous and the outdoor area is outstanding. There are multiple seating areas to choose from, creating so many options to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic, and of course the pool was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

Kyle and Nicole were amazing hosts: very responsive, friendly, and always quick to help with any questions we had. We felt very well taken care of throughout our visit.

Overall we had a great stay. Unfortunately the pool heater did not work, so that was a big bummer. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive and allowed us an early check-in which was great! They didn't provide any checkout instructions.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and very private—perfect for relaxing. The backyard and patio right on the water were a highlight and made the stay feel extra special. It was also very dog-friendly, which we truly appreciated. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed, yet still felt peaceful and secluded. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Can down with a group of 8 for a few night in tampa, was a really fun stay
This place was awesome! Location was great, house was clean, kitchen was stocked with every utensil you need. The backyard was a great spot to hangout and relax. The pool was clean. Towels and face cloths were on each bed when we arrived. The bathrooms were beautiful and felt like a hotel. We will definitely be back. Kyle and Nicole were very communicative and helpful. Overall great stay!
