I stayed a week with my family and we really enjoyed the property. The home was very spacious, bed rooms were large, and no one felt on top of each other including the kids. Having the extra bathrooms was a bonus. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well as the playroom. With a large group of us, having the two refrigerators was a great help. Thalia and Rob's response to any issues was very prompt and their efficiency in registration was also another bonus. The customer service given and attention to detail was top-notch as well. I would highly recommend their home as a rental property.

Positive: My family really enjoyed the private pool and the comfortable beds! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the family! Negative: Upon arrival, we had to wait an additional hour and a half to access the property, which was super inconvenient coming off of a 9-hour drive with a restless 3-year-old in the hot Florida sun. The check-in instructions on the app were not accessible initially (app malfunction) so we had to call the customer support number for assistance, which prompted us to leave a message and wait for a call back (it took an hour for anyone to call back). When an agent finally called me back, she gave us the wrong code so we had to wait an additional 30 mins to leave another message and then wait for the agent to return my call to get the correct code. There were no wash cloths provided at the property so after taking a dip in the pool to cool off, we unexpectedly needed to go out and purchase wash cloths for everyone, which was another inconvenience. On the last night of our stay. We returned from a graduation celebration that evening to find that we had no working lights in the kitchen or outside (not sure what happened there) so we ended up having to pack everything in the kitchen in the dark using the lights from the refrigerator. The check out instructions says to place all garage bags in the trash bins on the side of the house, but there were no trash bins located on either side of the house so we just sat the trash inside of a container that looked like a bench in the driveway. I hate to leave bad reviews, but there was just too much that went wrong with this booking. Hopefully, the next family will have a better experience.

We were a group of 15, including a baby, and this stay turned out far more stressful than expected. Check-in was delayed until 6pm after issues with entry codes and delayed cleaning, my uncle had to wait outside with the baby for over an hour. The BBQ didn’t work, and despite notifying management early, no replacement was brought, we had to buy one ourselves. Upstairs bathroom drains were clogged. One rental car was towed within 10 minutes while unloading groceries, with a diaper bag and car seat inside. Only the rental company could retrieve it, on a Sunday, costing us $185 and several stressful hours. The headboard in the Frozen bedroom fell off, the other bed was broken, and raccoons got into the trash due to no proper bin. The house is spacious and close to Walmart, but these issues made our stay incredibly frustrating. We expected a relaxing family weekend and instead had to deal with constant problems. I would not stay here again.

Family Christmas Family met us there from Dubai and California. House was large and very nice , plenty of space, especially the kitchen dining tv area. Kitchen had two refrigerators and two dishwasher which was great but needed a lot more dish soap and washer fluid for9 people and a lot more trash bags!!! Only other minor issue was the large screen tv in the theater room did not work. All in all the family had a great time and the house was as advertised!!

Spacious Place for Family Very spacious place to enjoy time with family. Pet friendly and a serene pond right in the backyard. Host was great and was available to answer questions promptly. Even made our extension very easy and smooth. Rooms were clean and nicely done. Kitchen was huge and made it fun to hang out. A few things that would add to the experience is a few more trash bags, toilet papers etc. One of the bathroom drains really slow. Overall a great place.

Family vacation Stay was good, a couple of missing and damaged items but overall family enjoyed themselves. 8/10

It is a good place to stay. The pricing is not what it says on Airbnb because it is a vacation place with a different management and after you pay your non refundable reservation on Airbnb, there are other charges and you do not have more than pay. We paid for going with pets on Airbnb and then hosts asked for a payment of $129 per each pet, so We decided not going with pets and lost the money We paid for them on Airbnb. The theater sound was not working, so no movie for kids there. We paid to use the grill and it was super dirty. Bathrooms not that clean. Beautiful neighborhood, nice pool and excellent location.

Vacation getaway It is a vacation spot that has its surroundings of all the different places you would like to go in Orlando, including beaches and if you still would like to go to Daytona, Tampa, Disney World, and malls. A lot of things for young and older kids to do you can have a great vacation and you still think that you home away from home.

Nice getaway House was big, more than enough rooms for our family. Loved the pool! We used it pretty much everyday and we enjoyed that the theme parks were not that far away from the house. Short drives to get to them . Overall a really great place to vacation and spend with our family.

We loved it!! The home was beautiful and spacious! It offered something for everyone! From the Disney characters on the wall; the game room; the pool; and the upstairs media room, everyone was pleased. Our only complaint that was the consensus of the group is that we did not have enough time to thoroughly benefit from all the home and resort had to offer. We would definitely recommend this home and hosts ! I

Great vacation rental in Kissimmee area This was a rental for a group family trip. The home was in a convenient area located near less than a mile from a Super Walmart and many restaurant choices. The pool area was nice and looked out onto the neighborhood pond so we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds, etc. The home was stocked with the basic necessities like enough towels, cookware and dishes for our entire group to get started. We really appreciated that the kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! For anyone with mobility concerns, there are 2 king bedrooms on the first floor of the home along with 2 full bathrooms.

Beautiful home. My family and myself had an amazing time. The location was very convenient to all things fun and memorable. Outstanding layout and very tranquil setting.

Booking, checkin and checkout were all a breeze. We arrived and had some concerns, the owner was very prompt and made appropriate accommodations for our family to feel at home. A few things could have been a little more cleanly for us but it was overall a great clean place and very spacious. It was near a shopping center and local food vendors. Just a short ride away from main attractions and shopping. The owners were very attentive to our needs and very committed to resolving any issues that came up no matter how small. My family would definitely visit again. It was a great house to stay in and relax.

The house is exactly what it looked like. But it could’ve been cleaner, there was a pile of garbage in one of the room behind the bed. One of the beds in the Frozen room were broken upon arrival & so was the ladder in the Marvel room. The communication between the host was pretty good.

Great stay I enjoyed my stay here at this property for weekend. The house is nice, neat, spacious and clean. My family which was a total of 13 was all comfortable for the weekend. Checking in was a breeze and the owners responded in a timely manner when needed. I will rent this property anytime.

Response time and communication is excellent!! We came here to surprise our daughter with a trip to Disney and it was a lot of us .. we had more than enough space .. and the home is also kid friendly.. close to everything.. quite neighborhood.. close to Disney..

My family and I all enjoyed our stay. The house was clean the area was quiet and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or if there is anything you may need. The beds were very comfortable all the bedding sets were all like new. Everything in the house is up to date and modern.Also having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers are a plus for your groceries and dishes after your meals. Will definitely recommend to others and will be visiting again.

Thalita’s place was spacious enough for our family trip and everyone slept extremely comfortably and had their own bathrooms! The heated pool was a great add on and we took advantage of it everyday! The location is near an Aldi’s , a Walmart and other restaurants and stores making is super convenient to drive out for anything! We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the home but we reached out to Thalita and she responded promptly every time. Overall it was a very beautiful home and I would recommend to anyone :)

From the moment our family walked through the door of this home, we were impressed by the stylish decor and provided amenities. The home looks just as it is featured in the pictures - clean and well kept! The kitchen has all necessary amenities and more - coffee pot, toaster, microwave as well as 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers for those larger families who like to cook at home. The knife set and other utensils provided are excellent quality which is essential for those home cooked meals! There is also a full size washer and dryer if needed. The entire home is spotless. The bathrooms and bedrooms looked, smelled and felt clean which allowed us to feel at home right away! The linens and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The pool area and game room were also clean and tidy and provided hours of fun. The hosts, Thalita and Rob, were kind and responsive when we had questions about our stay. We look forward to staying with Thalita and Rob in the future!

Amazing place to stay! The home was very clean and had an ample amount of linens and pool towels, which made everything super convenient. The house itself is beautiful, with very spacious bedrooms and a great amount of living space—perfect for a large family. The screened-in pool was a huge plus—no insects at all, which made it even more enjoyable. Thalita was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to give the sofa a deep clean. Since it’s a cream color, the wear and tear over time is a bit noticeable. Other than that, our stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially larger groups or families!

Labor intensive unsatisfactory stay I spent way too much time in conversation with the management company! All adult guest information was provided so that everyone could be given a QR code to enter the complex. Instead we had to use one between all of us.We started out with10 bath towels for 17 people and NO washcloths! I was informed that they do not provide them because people take them. Not my problem! I am traveling from out of state and should bring my own?For 7 days and 17 people we began the week with 3 trash bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 oz of dish soap and 3 packs of dishwasher soap. When I called to request sufficient supplies, they asked me how many I wanted. This is their business, and they should know what supplies are normally needed. I would understand if we needed to request additional supplies on day 5 but day one was ridiculous! As it was, I estimated incorrectly and had to contact the management company again for additional supplies.We had a child being dropped off about 9 pm at the house and were aggressively threatened by a tow truck driver! While the car was stopped and running in front of the house with the doors open the tow truck zoomed backing up to the car, dropped the hoist to pick up the vehicle. We ran up to the driver’s window and knocked to stop him from taking the car. He drove off without acknowledging us. This was completely uncalled for and very uncomfortable!I need more space to complete the review. please contact me

Quick 3 Day Stay Quick 3 day stay. Property was large and accommodated 15 people comfortably. Rooms are spacious. Host communicated well.

Great host, made you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Always received a prompt response. They were very acomadating with last-minute changes. House was clean and spacious for the large group that we were.

Spacious and Fun We took advantage of the space of the eight bedrooms and the games during our down time in the game room. There were some fierce basketball and pool competitions and plenty of space to dine, snack and talk. This was a great find!

READ THIS FIRST.... The pool was very cloudy and the filter was not working properly. It was the worse! Yes a maintenance guy came and put some chemicals in the pool but it was still cloudy. A pool should be clear and it was not! The upstairs area was hot. The host will only allow the temperature of the house to be set at 72 degrees. It was so hot upstairs. We had to investigate ourselves. We pulled the filter out and it was so dirty and filthy. Pictures were sent to host and they know this is the truth. They sent a maintenance guy but he didn't even know where the filter came from or where it should go. We had to show him. The internet code we were given was not available as an option for the internet service. Very few towels were available. We received pool towels 2 days later. We had to go to the pool on the resort, which was very nice. But the resort pool should not have been an option if we paid for a pool at the house. The kitchen was not well stock with dishes and other kitchen gadgets. The parking sucks if you have more than 3 cars. The only good thing I can say is that it was spacious. You have the 8 bedrooms and all the bath. If you want to spend your vacation sending messages to the host, this is the place for you. Very disappointing!

Place was great, very easy to get in gate and find. Pool was nice and warm for us when we arrived. Clean sheets, clean kitchen. All the essentials. Nothing bad to say about this place worth the money.

This property was just as described. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in showers and actual hot water anytime of the day. The cohost was very quick with responding. We couldn’t figure out the projector for the movie area and they responded within minutes to give us detailed instructions. The communication was great! For anyone staying long term keep in mind that this is a self catering home so you will have to purchase certain things on your own. They start you off with the basics. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Business trip Went to Orlando for a trade show with 9 guys. It worked really well. It was nice to have a place to hangout after a long day!

Great stay for a big group! Plenty of clean beds and space in the house to hang out. Felt right at home. I would love to come stay again. One note is that there is only bare minimum in the kitchen. Just pots/pans and some utensils, no seasonings etc., which is understandable, but a nice heads up if you plan to cook there. Beside that, it was a fantastic stay. Host is very responsive and it was a good experience.

While the host was very nice she was very quick to charge fees for everything but unwilling to return fees for broken bbq or dirty house. The house needs to be updated and maintained better. The house was not cleaned before we entered the property. I don’t believe it is correct to have to lose my vacation time on Thanksgiving day to have a cleaning service come in. We also had to clean the house the night we checked in because host did not reply for several hours on a resolution.

Thalita & Rob's place was bright , gorgeous, open, & full of so much peace & calm .. What you see in the pictures here on airbnb is definitely what you get. My children loved all the added bonuses like the the game room which features a pool table , dual basketball hoop , ride on toys and other little plus items to keep the younger children busy . Their is also an amazing theater space my baby girl was so disappointed she could not make use of due to their being no DVD' s nor cable or Netflix connection. Once that can be sorted out what a wow factor and added plus it would add to this beautiful home. I have so many wonderful things to say and could go on & on . This place is literally 5 minutes from everything lo Yup walmart , target , out let stores and so much more. Other then some minor cleaning issues that Thalita had no control over and stayed in consistent contact with me about I would have rated everything 5 star . In closing housekeepers need do their jobs which is clearly to " Up keep the house " especially when they are being paid to do so !! These short comings are not fair to the guest or the host !

Very spacious house! The neighborhood was quiet/still being developed. Pool can be heated. House is dog-friendly. Path to walk around a little lake. It was a little confusing to get to, but host provides instructions. Drive to community entrance, not house address. Google Maps will not take you the right way. They only provide a starter toiletries kit (i.e. toilet paper) so you may need to bring extra. The keyless lock for the door got stuck, but host was very responsive! Enjoyed our stay.

Great property, the host was very helpful and responsive, but the parking rules are absolutely ridiculous. Despite following the instructions provided, our car was still towed. This was incredibly frustrating, costly, and completely unnecessary. This turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful and expensive experience. Future guests should be aware that parking here is not straightforward and can lead to serious issues.

Very disappointing. Positive: The location was great Negative: Power was out 2 days the couch was broke in the living room the pool table was broke in the game room there was no preparation when we got there food on the counter from the last visitors sheets and pillows were disgusting pool had no chlorine in it had to call a pool man. Worst experience I’ve had coming to Florida and I do this 4 times a year.

Last minute cancellation had us scrambling. We found this spot and booked immediately. Host was very communicative and saved our weekend!

Not what they said it was Game room was garage, theater room was foyer upstairs. Pictures are misleading, kitchen was great the two fridges and dishwasher is brilliant.

The overall experience was very nice and homely. The neighborhood and space available were very nice and the pool was very fun. All of the rooms were well furnished and complete. Only complaints were the initial issue of getting into the BNB once we arrived and the fact that some pipes were clogged upon arrival.

Everything was great for the most part! Place is pretty clean and is close to places like Disney or Sea world! Pool was pretty cool! Definitely recommend adding the heating as the water can get pretty cold. Only complain I have is it’s not an actual homeowner home it’s like a third party soo it can be a little hard to communicate with them but for the most part they helped and communication was fairly easy.

The hostess was very responsive, and the kitchen setup—with two refrigerators and two dishwashers—was a great convenience. However, the home had major cleanliness and maintenance issues. The main floor tile, carpets, and white sofa were extremely dirty, and the entire home had a strong marijuana smell. Several fixtures needed repairs, including a broken window, a shower door that wouldn’t close properly, and a clogged tub that made showers difficult. Outside, the pool deck screen was broken, leading to excessive bugs, making the area unpleasant. Additionally, a used condom near the entrance and a neighboring home with a strong odor from dog waste made the exterior uninviting. While the home has potential, it needs significant improvements in cleanliness and upkeep to provide a better guest experience.

The host were very welcoming! Probably the most welcoming of any airbnb I’ve ever been in, the area is great. It was a really enjoyable stay!

Orlando living with 5 star support First I want to give a big thank you to the support staff. They made the experience seemless and very on top of all my questions and concerns. The house was great and much larger than the listing seems so we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and nicely supplied from cleaning gear to cooking pots. Highly recommend this house for your future vacation.

Florida 2024 Overall stay was good! The screen door and sliding door to the pool needs to be repaired they do not lock! Also the lock to the garage inside of the house does not lock! The carpet throughout the house needs to be cleaned. Also the check in process needs to be clear I was given a code and the instructions does not indicate that you need to hit the check mark on the lower left corner of the keypad to unlock the door!

Cleanliness The carpets are very nasty. All stained. The blue nda to pool were broken and there were NO washcloths in the entire home!!! Not even a dish cloth. The property was nice and roomy and large. Plenty of room for us. The pool was very nice.

This place needs some major updates. The carpet is stained & smells like pet urine, that's something that you wouldn't know from photos. There are stains on every fabric surface in this house...couches, chairs etc. Dirty baseboards, walls have food on them, toilets weren't cleaned. The location is sketchy too. There were neighbors that are permanent residents smoking (not cigarettes) & the odor was so strong. We pulled up to see a shopping cart in the yard of the house across the street & that was the first clue as to the neighborhood. The smell of pet urine is so strong that we ended our stay here early & booked another Airbnb in another area, since the area was also questionable. They really should change out the carpets & upholstered items at this place. Towels seemed dirty with stains & were crunchy. We washed towels ourselves before we used them. Positives: the hosts were very communicative & responsive. The house is in need of some care & I wouldn't stay here again even if free.

Fun in the Sun We enjoyed our stay in this house which had great bedrooms for all! All the beds were comfortable. One bed had an issue and the staff had it fixed within an hour. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer since we had some rain. The biggest issue was the carpet on stairs and upstairs area. It REALLY needs to be replaced!!! Close to everything, 2 full sized fridges and 2 dishwashers!

We had to leave earlier than we anticipated. We paid $70 dollars to use the grill and it wasn’t working, tried to contact the owner and told her that the grill wasn’t working and never heard back from her. Also the sheets were dirty in almost all the beds with a yellow/ brownish stain( God knows what it was) towels fells like it was only put on dryer and that’s it ( didn’t smell like it was washed) the tubes from bathrooms upstairs were all clogged ( just think about sharing bathroom) Asked owner for QR code never received, was a pain because the security wouldn’t let us in without it. We were supposed to leave on January 2nd but decided to leave on the 1st because of all the inconvenience. House needs moreTLC and owner needs to pay more attention to her guests.

Great home in a nice gated community. lots of room and we loved how almost each room had a large bed instead of a bunch of smaller ones. Great locationas well, walking distance to Mideval Times!

IN GENERAL THE HOUSE IS COMFORTABLE. NEEDS MORE KITCHEN UTENSILS AND THE TOWERS ARE VERY BAD AND LOW QUALITY. THE BEDDING COMFORTER ARE OLD.

The pictures do not look like the house and the word “Mansion” should not be used when describing this house and the pool was dirty. We chose the house for the pool and could not use it our entire vacation. The refrigerator made a humming noise and the carpets were a little spotty w dirt. Please do not go by what is seen in the pictures because they need to update them.

Great Experience Our trip to Orlando was made an even better experience by the great hospitality and professionalism of the host. We request of the pool heater last minute and they were extremely quick to come to the house and accommodate our request, I would definitely recommend this property and I will definitely be coming back to it should the need arise in the future.
