I can’t say enough great stuff about this Airbnb. It was everything we hoped for and much more. We are looking for Kelly’s listings wherever we travel next ☺️

After a week at this beautiful home, my husband and three teen boys had the absolute best time and all wished we could stay longer. The home not only had everything we needed, but became our oasis for relaxation, entertainment, and time together. The boys loved the game room, and we were constantly floating in the pool or sitting out on the dock in the morning with coffee, enjoying the tranquillity and peaceful surroundings. The bed was so comfortable- which is always something that is a necessity at the top of my list. Our boys were so happy with the 24h gym that was in close proximity, as well as the other amenities close by and the ice cream shop was incredible as well. The hosts were so responsive, friendly, and made our stay absolutely seamless. We truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and we had so much fun fishing off the dock. The pool was great, the location was convenient, and communication with the host was easy throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Took the two grandsons for 5 days and when we were leaving today my one grandson said it only seemed like 2 or 3 days. They had so much fun in the great big pool, game room, fishing off the dock and loved the game room and playing Sorry and Connect Four. The home was very clean. Enjoyed the American Honey ice cream right down the road. Lots of restaurants nearby also. We all had a great time!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was amazing and always willing to help. All the amenities with this property were great. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. We will stay at this property again if we visit Apollo Beach area again.

This home was beautiful and just as it was described. Kelly was wonderful with checking on us. I could not locate iron and she offered to makes sure I had one. ( I later located). Home was fully stocked from teh kitchen, towels, starter packets of dish soap ect. I would rent from her again and refer others there.

Kelly's place was the perfect stay for our team which was in town for a convention. Away from the business of downtown, the home was the perfect retreat after every long, busy day. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home for our stay! The backyard views and pool area were the highlights of our stay! We definitely will stay here again in the future!

This house was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable for myself and my family. We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Kelly and the co-hosts were proactive, communicative, and the check-in process was extremely easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub, the game room was a plus as well. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is there were just a few small updates that could be made to this house, being at the price-point that it's at, to get to 5 stars: the master bathroom faucet water pressure is only at a trickle at best and master bathroom toilet ran constantly (along with the shower head trickling in the middle of the night). Some of the pots and pans could be replaced, and outside landscaping (front of the house and outside of the lanai out back) could be maintained better. All of these were mentioned to the host and they were responsive. Even with the few small updates that could be made - our stay was wonderful and relaxing!

Beautiful place to stay. We had plenty to do at the house and found nice places around Apollo Beach. Very clean and very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone. We had fun in the game room, pool, hot tub and fishing. Great place to keep kids entertained!

Overall, our stay was nice. Managers were responsive. The house was clean, updated, and stayed cool during hot days. Easy drive from the airport and stores were under 5 min. away. The neighborhood was clean and pleasant. Nearby there is a walkable-only beach and good restaurants. Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, but you’ll need to bring basics like spices, storage items, and cleaning supplies. Bedrooms were comfortable, especially the master. They have simple but sufficient bedding (extra blankets would help). Bathrooms were decent but need improvement: limited towels (more provided on request), basic soap/shampoo. The master toilet ran non-stop, which should be addressed. Game room was a winner. The outdoor area was the highlight—mini golf, fishing (bring rods), kayaks, and the bar area was especially great. The pool heater didn’t work all week despite maintenance visits (refund given). The pool guard was very restrictive, so we temporarily removed it and it was so much better.

We had a blast at the house! My kids loved the pool. Looovvveed it. The basketball hoop in the pool was a huge plus. The outdoor bar area and hot tub were perfection. There were board games but we never needed them. It was a safe neighborhood. We walked to dollar general a few times because we wanted some snacks and treats. It was close to some great restaurants and shopping. Would go back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious house with lots of great amenities.

The house had so many fun amenities. The view was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful -we enjoyed the outdoor grill area, pool & games the most! Shopping, etc were convenient. The negatives were that the kitchen was poorly stocked, & there were a number of maintenance issues: dryer vent was full of lent and flashed warnings all week. The primary bathroom’s sink had next to zero pressure and the water was a trickle while the toilet “ran.” The guest shower wouldn’t drain so we snaked it to get hair out of it. The kitchen sink didn’t want to drain and the dishwasher didn’t function correctly (given the types of issues, we assumed there was a larger plumbing/venting issue). Those issues were inconvenient to manage for the week, & we had to purchase basic things to be able to cook in the kitchen, but overall, it was clean, beautiful & had wonderful amenities.

On initial arrival, the house looks great. But the more you look around, the more you notice there are some issues with it. The house had a lot of pet hair on the couch on arrival. The smoke detector was missing batteries, some windows cannot lock or are missing the locking mechanism, very low water pressure in master bathroom sink. Questionable work on some of the appliance installation (dishwasher and kitchen sink both move freely). Trash was not picked up during our week stay and it began to overflow outside. The dock had a broken chair back, causing us to almost fall off the dock. The back birdcage screen has holes in it, but pests still stayed out. The team was responsive, but none of the aforementioned issues were necessarily a “make it or break it” for the trip. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pool and outside back area is very nice and relaxing. Overall, this place is good, but you’ll see a ton of small things (that I haven’t even listed here) that kind of make you raise an eyebrow.

The home was as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive. Great location, wonderful outdoor area and worth what we paid!

The house was easy to find, beautiful inside. Very comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked with any equipment you would need. Dining room table was large enough for eight. Outdoor pool area was comfortable, with fire pit and grill. Area around the house is quiet. There are two very good restaurants close to the house. I would definitely recommend this house, and I will be going back again.

Le logement de Kelly correspondait à la description et les photos étaient très représentatives de la réalité. Elle était aussi facile d’accès si nous avions des informations à lui demander et c’était très clair. Autant l’intérieur que l’extérieur est invitant. Nous avons pas un très beau séjour.

The house accommodated our family well and had all the amenities desired for our vacation.

Beautiful home! Clean, lots to do, you don’t have to leave the home and can still be entertained all day. My family really enjoyed their stay and felt right at home. The host was very responsive. We would stay again.

The house was lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms were great. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and sitting on the dock was beautiful. It was a great rental and we would stay there again.

What an AWESOME home for families with kids! There was not one second my kids didn’t have something to do. My 6 year old got pretty good at ping pong, lol, and my 5 year old was smoking us all at the connect 4 board game! We swam, we played games, we mini-golfed, we fished off the dock, it was just so wonderful. Kelly, our host, was with us every step of the way and was so helpful and knowledgeable and responsive from start to finish. I give 10,000 stars. I’m so thankful for this house and the memories it gave my family.

The house was in a great location, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and stores. Loved the pool and other amenities. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning, well kept villa in a great location villa had everything you need and the host Kelly was so nice and did not take long to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Overall a lovely experience and we would definitely return 😃

Great place! Loved the game room, helped us keep entertained while waiting for everyone to get ready for an outing. The pool and hot tub were great, and enjoyed using the kayaks as well. Kelly was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall recommend this place a lot!

The house was beautiful and well appointed. The game room was a lot of fun and the kids spent so much time in the pool! The location was close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants and everything we needed!

This home left no stone unturned. The beauty and amenities were far more superior than shown or written about. We would stay here over and over again.

We enjoyed our stay and the house and outside space were great! Kelly was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was going well! If traveling with kids who are sleeping in the room with two beds, I’d highly recommend bringing travel blackout curtains as the blinds do not block the sunlight. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house!

This house in Apollo Beach is wonderful! It's fully remodeled from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Theres nice new features all over the house that make the stay so wonderful. Great for families of all ages to hang out. The pool area is so nice and has some water games and floaties to use. Also the outside area with the roof over it is clutch. Hot tub / TV / Coach / Bar / Grill / safety fence /makes it a perfect hang out spot anytime of the day. The house is on canal with a dock and kayaks to use. So take the yachts out on the water and paddle all over you might get lucky and see some dolphins or sea cows. 1 more thing that makes the house a fun place to stay is all of its games that is has from ping pong to an arcade games. Cant for get the outside putting green. The location is a good 35mins form the Tampa bay airport and many other beaches and amusement parks. It was a lovely time and we would recommend this place to stay at. We will return. Mick
