It was a perfect little spot to hang out with friends. Smaller place than expected but perfect!

Cabin was cute, especially the decor. We really just used this cabin as a place to sleep after exploring door county everyday. We never swam in the lake or used the firepit, or chairs. We chose this rental for the close proximity to Cave Point Park & because it had a washer and dryer. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness, when we arrived there was musty wet towels and clothes in the washer and there was something splattered on the bathroom wall around the sink and mirror that had been there for awhile. Beware that the shower is very small, my husband who is 6 foot and 330 lbs could not physically fit in it and had to shower with the door open. Water was hot, cabin was well stocked with bedding and towels. The welcome kits with toiletries was nice. Definitely a nice little cabin on the water.

Start with the good - very pretty location right on Clark Lake and a cozy situation with two bedrooms (one with several bunk beds). It was nice that they provided a paddle boat and kayaks. It has all the ingredients for a good vacation rental.Unfortunately this property was not managed well. Most importantly, the first night there we found bedbugs (!! first time I've ever dealt with them in a reputable rental). We had to leave immediately and basically spent the rest of our trip trying to disinfect our stuff. Vrbo was helpful in relocating us, but this was a terrible way to start a trip.There were also smaller but important issues. Management seemed totally confused - our first door code didn't work, the instructions said to send emails to the host but listed a blank email address, and when we called about the bedbugs they transferred us to some random hotel that had no idea why we were calling them. (Management said they'd call back and never did.) Mold in bathroom too.Overall, could be an ok place with better management. But not a good experience.

Wonderful cabin in Door County! Positive: We had a great stay here! The house was clean and stocked full of blankets, towels, kitchenware, books, etc. There were kayaks and life jackets available, along with ample outdoor seating and all the grill supplies necessary for a cookout. There were a handful of bikes as well, though only a few had aired up tires. We did not get a chance to use the bikes anyways as there was so much to do. The cabin is in a great location, just south of Jacksonport and close enough to both Sturgeon Bay and the more northern bays. Negative: We did not get any check in instructions (key, or code for the front door) but found the backdoor unlocked. The neighbors were closer than expected but very personable and friendly (they also seemed to be renting the place). Overall everything was great!

Nice little cabin with a beautiful location right on the lake. The Cabin worked really well for our family. It was well furnished with all the odds and ends to make the vacation easy and enjoyable. The cabin is close to the water. The deck and fire pit were great places to relax and enjoy the calming waves of the lake. The cabin has a great set of kayaks and a canoe, so we were able to get out onto the water easily. The fire pit has a nice set of Adirondack chairs and plenty of lighters long forks for roasting marshmallows. A lot of nice touches throughout. Great location close to Cave Point Park, Whitefish Dunes, and Jacksonport.

Beautiful, scenic and quiet property. Enjoyed the wildlife, kayaking and swimming in the clear warm lake. Great spot!

Stay was a perfect getaway, quiet and peaceful with a fire pit placed right by the lake. Positive: The property is set up perfect on Clark Lake. The kayaks and paddleboat is an amazing add on to the already perfect cabin!

The kayaks, canoe and paddle board made this cottage an excellent deal for my family. We loved being right on Clark Lake and so close to Cave Point.

Had such an amazing weekend! It was the perfect get away before me and my now husband got married! Very serene, peaceful, and lovely! Would come again!!

Door County is one of my favorite places to visit. The Cabin on Clark Lake was perfect for my daughter and me. It was cozy and had a great view of Clark Lake. Everything was clean and tidy. Linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. Thankfully it had a great WI-FI connection so I could deal with an emergency at work one evening. It was close to our favorite biking and hiking destinations: Cave Point, Whitefish Dunes State Park and the Town Hall Bakery and Cafe in Jacksonport! We had a lovely time even though we couldn't enjoy a swim in the lake due to cooler weather.

The lake is amazing! Super clear and perfect for swimming, fishing and going around on a canoe or kayak. The beds were comfortable and check in was easy. Some thing’s to note is that the hot water smelled very bad, I am not sure if that is normal or it needs to be flushed. The only other thing is that the front yard and dock are shared spaces with other cabins and we were unsure of what was for our use or not. When I reached out to ask about it to make sure we weren’t using things that we weren’t supposed to, I didn’t get a clear answer. We were mostly there during the week, so not many others around, which was nice. Overall, we had a nice stay, and enjoyed our time in Door County!

The cabin on Clark Lake is perfectly situated! It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the yard and the lake. We did have some challenges while we were there mostly due to strong storms. For planning purposes, the cell service was very spotty. The cabin is pretty rustic and could use some maintainence but was a beautiful location.

Our cottage on Clark Lake was a perfect getaway! The area is simply beautiful and the cottage is right on the lake, great for relaxing and listening to the gentle lapping of water on the shore. We enjoy the fire pit in the evening as well. The cottage was clean, and small. While there were no closets in the rooms, we were able to work through our temporary storage issues. Beware the shower is tiny! But all was worth it for the view and the quiet solitude. The wifi was perfect as well--the teen in our family was satisfied. Looking forward to our next visit!

Family Vacation 2024 Very peaceful and relaxing. However I was disappointed that goose was not picked up prior to arrival.....it was a huge turn off as it was in grass before getting into lake. Also, way too many rocks in the shallow. in lske

Some improvement needed. Classic Door County cottage, clean and attractive inside and out. Several issues however. The dock picture which was our number one is not what we had. There were 4 boats on it pretty much blocking the lake and sunset view. The kitchen needs some improvement. No liquid measure cups or tablespoon. First place we stayed that had no shot glass. The skillets were awful, everything we cooked stuck All the dishes are plastic and quite cheap. The only way to turn on the light and fan in the main bedroom is to kneel on the bed. A little awkward for a 70 year old. Probably would come again but with some more kitchenware.

Amazing beauty This home and experience was incredible and gave my family the most positive long lasting memories. Both my elder parents and teen kids loved it. We never needed to leave our space because this home itself gave us everything we needed for bonding and enjoyment. The most relaxing and fun vacation ever. Thank you for making this available.

Celebration We absolutely loved this property. The view of the lake couldn't have been more beautiful. It was a wonderful getaway weekend with our adult kids celebrating birthdays and mother's day.
