Our party of 7 had a great stay. The place is listed as 3 bedrooms but it functions more like 4 (3 upstairs and 1 on the first floor). There was plenty of room for everyone. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful but the beach is rocky and not great for swimming. The host was easy to communicate with. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
Hosts were awesome. People from Wisconsin are nice. Beautiful area. House is comfortable. Will come again.
This is a wonderfully well-made home right on the water. The view in the backyard is amazing. The house has personality, and has most everything that you need. Our family of five, with three young adult kids, really enjoyed our time there. It would be great if they had some comfy outdoor seating, and the bedrooms are nice and spacious, but the beds are a little too firm. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us, and she loved it too. It’s a good location for Sturgeon Bay, and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!
The lake front view was so stunning . The house felt so loved with so many family momentous . Beautiful. !
We had a wonderful trip! The house is spacious and comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches, including extra sheets, blankets, and pillows, a tub of "guest sweatshirts," a cozy little sitting nook under the staircase that quickly became a favorite spot for both kids and adults to relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the bay, a piano, and a kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals.The large living room windows offered beautiful views of Sturgeon Bay. We loved watching the water change throughout the day from both the living room and kitchen, as well as while spending time outside in the spacious backyard.The backyard opens directly onto the bay with a dock, making it easy to walk out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The shoreline was quite rocky and slippery, so we didn't spend time swimming, but it didn't take away from how scenic and relaxing the property was.The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning walks, and the property management team was fantastic with prompt, friendly communication from start to finish. We definitely recommend this lovely, peaceful, spacious home in Door County!
