Great location and perfect spot for the two kids we were traveling with. We'd stay again next time we visit the area!

The dwelling was exceptional and beautifully appointed! Kyle and Nicole certainly have provided their guests with all the comforts of home. We wanted for nothing. In addition to the amazing place to rest our heads, Kyle and Nicole were the perfect hosts. Any inquiry was met with promptness and courtesy. They never treated a question tritely. My immediate and extended family won’t hesitate to stay there again. Strongly recommend!

Pros: Great area, clean and modern space inside, and beds were very comfortable. It appears the unit has been pretty recently remodeled. The bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was useful. We ended up not using the spa area but it was cute. Cons: The hosts seem to use AI to answer the questions that come through, which can be frustrating and not directly answer the question. Even though the listing stated parking for 2 vehicles, they told us we could only have 1. They suggested we park a 2nd car at the Italian American club across the street, but it was closed down and had a fence up around their entire parking lot. After pointing out that the listing clearly stated 2 cars and the alternate parking was illegal, we were allowed to park in the 2nd spot available. The property management company they use will also spam your phone with ads for other properties. Lastly, they want the A/C set at 78 in the summer and heat at 65 in the winter & the thermostat is locked down.

Great space, well decorated. Nearby tons of excellent restaurants, coffee shops shops, and stores you can walk to. Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle but you can fit two cars. Kitchen stock is low so if you plan to cook at the house a lot, bring your staples.

We had the best time staying here in Rhode Island! The house was beautifully decorated and felt so cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It had all the necessary appliances and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. One of the sweetest touches was the robes provided for us to use while enjoying the hot tub—it made the experience feel extra special! The location was also perfect, with so many places within walking distance. There were plenty of great options nearby for restaurants, shopping, and exploring. We truly had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. If I’m ever back in Rhode Island, I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

Great place, walkable town with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Check in and out was a breeze and Kyle/Nicole were very attentive to ensure our stay was perfect.

Kyle and Nicole's place in Warren, RI was truly amazing! I rented it for a few days to celebrate my birthday and enjoy a peaceful getaway with my family. I would definitely stay here again and am looking forward to returning in the future. I am from Rhode Island but do not visit East Bay much. It was so nice to explore a new area, enjoy the beautiful views near the water, as well as indulge in the delicious food from local gems. The stay was perfect, with more space than anticipated, very clean and tons of games/toys for my son and I to play with. I could not recommend this place more to anyone looking to visit RI and/or someone that may be local but never been to the East Bay Area.

This was one of the most thoughtfully designed places we've stayed in. The apartment is filled with curated artwork, comfortable furnishings, and unique details that create a space that feels both stylish and restorative. The chef's kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed, and we appreciated having plenty of games available for a fun night in. The complimentary snack basket was a nice surprise and made us feel welcome right away. The beds were very comfortable, and the enclosed steam shower was an unexpected luxury that quickly became one of our favorite features. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. It felt like a low-key, authentic way to experience coastal New England while also providing a space to slow down and recharge. We'd happily return the next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. One of the highlights of the trip was the shared spa area. We spent time enjoying the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit and ended up meeting another couple staying on the property. After chatting in the spa, we walked into town together for drinks. It was one of those unexpected travel moments that doesn't happen very often and made the experience feel especially memorable. The property had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the combination of thoughtful amenities, comfortable accommodations, and a walkable location made for a relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed having the nearby bike path for scenic walks with water views, sailboats, and classic New England charm. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay and would happily return.

Batteries were needed in two important components.. auto door lock and thermostat.

It’s a few feet from a busy road and every time the guests on the second or third floor close the door the entire house shakes. The water pressure in the shower is pretty low. On the other hand, the apartment looked exactly like the photos, the hosts were responsive and seemed to care very much. There was plenty of room and very clean.

The apartment its self is quite nice - it was updated and clean. We had rented for a girls' weekend and were excited for the hot tub. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hot tub was empty. Maintenance was there cleaning and fixing it but said it would not be ready until the following day. We were there for 2 nights but the hot tub was never usable. We had also brought coffee for the drip coffee maker that was listed on the amenities but was not there. The shower in the master bedroom leaks and makes quite a mess. Kyle and Nicole were communicative but nothing was fixed or replaced.

My group had a wonderful stay here. A very nice home in a very nice location.

Great place, very well decorated and comfortable. The host had excellent communication throughout the stay. Even when a few normal, minor issues came up, they were handled promptly and in a fair, professional manner. Overall, a very positive experience.

There were a few problems that weren’t able to be resolved during my stay which impacted my valentine’s day weekend. Kyle and Nichole communicated well and were responsive. If you want a private stay, book somewhere else because you can hear the surrounding units through the walls. Hot tub and sauna are shared. We weren’t able to use either due to low water and not being able to figure out the sauna. There is parking for the unit, but it is a small lot for all 4 units. You will most likely have to use off street parking. Not too far from the unit. Beautiful interior with updated bathrooms that include bidets.
