Great apartment in a central Warren location, with a quick drive to RWU. Mostly as described, and the host was very responsive and flexible on check-in / check-out times. The hot tub was a bonus! Great spot for a single person or couple to stay.

Dejlig sted som kan anbefales. Positive: Dejlig lejlighed. Hyggelig område med masser af spisesteder. Tæt på vandet og med gode stier tæt på som man kan gå, løbe og cykle på. Negative: Meget støj fra trafik da lejligheden ligger lige ud til meget trafikeret vej. Ingen opvaskemaskine i lejligheden.

I had a great stay at Kyle and Nicole’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nicole and Kyle were very responsive before and during the stay. The location is very close to the east bay bike path as well as a short walk from Water Street and Main Street. A great place to stay when visiting Warren, RI

Kyle and Nicole were wonderful hosts and promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. The place was just as described and was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location to the main area in Warren couldn’t have been better. Away from the busy area but close enough for a short walk. The shared spa area was beautiful and very relaxing. Make sure you take advantage of the hot tub during your stay! We will definitely stay here again in the future should we find ourselves up in the area again.

Kyle and Nicole are excellent hosts and the space was immaculately clean and well-appointed. It is next to a noisy intersection which may bother some guests but was totally fine for us. Would stay again.

Very great area to walk to local restaurants and the water. The hot tub and sauna were awesome amenities and the bed was very comfortable! The staircase leading to the Airbnb is a bit narrow so keep this in mind when packing!

Loved the place only stayed one night but they had everything we needed. The area was so nice. Will be staying here again

Fantastic stay at the beautiful oasis. The location was perfect walking distance to great restaurants, but also peaceful. The amenities were wonderful. Felt right at home!

Its ok. Its been modeled yet the floor is very noticeably & completely uneven through out the entire place. Theres no shower curtain, just a single pane of glass covering the front half of the tub. Water gets all over the floor. You have to be fully in the shower to turn it on. No privacy as the blinds are unadjustable. The bedroom has adjustable blinds but dont block light. We woke up at 5/6am while on vacation. Cant open windows cus no screen. There are some minor problen details but I don't want to leave a longer review. It wasnt all bad, we did like the location, the bike path right there, the hot tub was amazing (didnt use the sauna and fire pit), & the host was very responsive. I messaged them at 2am about a noise disturbance that I didn't expect for them to get until the morning. They responded quickly. We were comfy enough to not say it was a completely bad experience. We still enjoyed most of our vacationn. Side note, in the check out instructions they push you to give 5 stars

I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night.In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found a used lotion bottle under the furniture from a previous guest, and there was long dark hair all over the carpet that wasn't ours, some of the furniture was also damaged and in poor condition. The host forgot to send me the check in info and I had to reach out for it. There's a mandatory 60 fee in addition to the VRBO cost. You have to pay it through a separate portal and upload a pic of your gov ID, which I thought I had data security concerns about. They say it's a non refundable damage deposit - which doesn't make any sense. Why pay an additional fee for damages if you don't damage the unit?Also, the stairs up to the unit are VERY steep, and carrying a suitcase up them is a little treacherous.Anyways, if you have other hotel or vacation rental options I recommend staying elsewhere.

Very clear check in and entry instructions, very cozy and private area, and very friendly throughout our stay! I cannot recommend them enough!
