Great place! Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Also, a very nice private beach.

La casa es exactamente igual que en las fotos. Se nota que ha sido renovada hace poco y es muy bien cuidada. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita para unas vacaciones increíbles! Todos los espacios de la casa son muy cómodos y perfectamente decorados y equipados. Kylie siempre fue extremadamente atento y respondió nuestras consultas inmediatamente, la comunicación fue perfecta. Sin dudas vamos a regresar el año próximo!

You will not be disappointed staying here! You are right on the ocean, the location can not be beat! It was so peaceful to be able to step out onto one of the two balconies and see and hear the ocean.

Beautiful home! We loved our week on the beach and the house was perfect for our family! We travelled with our children and grandchild. The house was very accommodating for a baby! Thank you to Kylie for sharing your home with us!

We were disappointed in our stay due to inaccurate listing details. The house itself is beautiful but very poorly advertised. It is listed as a 4 bedroom home, but it is not. It is a 3 bedroom home with a completely detached guest house that is a shack right on the main road. They don’t include photos of this in the listing. Our family had to split up for the trip. Prior to booking, I had asked the host if the “guesthouse” was detached or in the main home. We were told it was in the home itself. We would not have booked a detached guest house for our family vacation. Not only was the guest house detached, but we were not provided a code for the door to the guesthouse. We also experienced cold water in all the showers for the 1st night of the stay, however the host was responsive on how to get it fixed. It was just an inconvenience. Other than that, the house is beautifully located on the beach if you don’t mind the 4th bedroom being at the end of the driveway in a tiny building.

Location was perfect. The house was great with plenty of room for our whole family with ample parking. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved the fact that we could play in the oven and then go across the street and ride our paddle boards on the bay side. Just a perfect vacation rental. We loved it and hope to go back soon.

House was beautiful! Check-in was so easy and Kylie was very accommodating. The location was perfect. Everything you needed, the house had. It was a great first trip for my 1 year old. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here with our family of six and we love it. It’s not close to any public beach access so it’s private and quiet. We use the large master closet as a bedroom for our youngest in that helps us with spacing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The garage has ping-pong, dumb bells, and beach toys for the kids… and adult kids! The separate living space is great when my in-laws, who live in the Tampa area, come to visit. The grill had propane that was full plus extra propane bottles in the garage. And I must say, after coming off one of my worst Airbnb experiences lately, I am so thankful for how clean the house was. it’s easy to take for granted you truly clean house. Sadly, we had to leave and go back home because all good things must come to an end. Oh, and it’s snowing… And so until next time, Florida…

Beautiful beachfront home. Property was exactly as described and had very simple and easy to follow check out instructions with no unexpected or extra requirements. The property management was extremely responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic home on the beach with a beautiful sunset. Plenty of parking for guests and comfortable rooms. Watching the sunset each night was incredible. We hope we can stay here again.

The 3-bedroom main house and the location are amazing. I would absolutely rent it again. The house was very spacious and comfortable (beds and furniture). The kitchen was large and well stocked. You can't beat the views from the deck or the access to the beach. Stunning sunsets. They also provided most of what you would need to enjoy the beach (chairs, cooler, games, etc). The garage also had a great workout space. We loved it. The hosts are top notch! Great neighborhood as well. Only critical feedback is related to the 4th bedroom. It resides in a renovated completely detached building that sits adjacent to the road. The bed was comfortable, but it generally wasn't as comfortable a stay as the main house (and noisy). The guest who stays out there will feel like they are getting a different experience from those in the main house, so plan accordingly. I would 100% rent the main house again! If you're using the 4th bedroom, make sure to set good expectations with your party.
