Wonderful place to stay with a group of friends! Location was perfect, house was clear and really nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms wonderful. We loved our stay!

**Loved our stay!** Our group of couples spent three nights at this home, and it was absolute perfection! The rehab is gorgeous, and the stylish decor made us feel right at home. Home is incredibly spacious and the back deck was the ultimate spot for laughing and hanging out. We loved the safe, quiet neighborhood for peaceful morning walks. To top it off, when we had a quick question, the host responded instantly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

good stay, beautiful home, 4 bedrooms each having a bathroom for the 4 couples with an extra one available.close to nashville, uber cost low. trip was great. we all had fun during the short time were here. we all decided we would return and stay here again.

Wow!!! Comfortable king beds in all bedrooms, great, quiet location which was an inexpensive Uber to Broadway and Nissan. We actually walked home after game at Nissan at 10:30 pm and never felt unsafe. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!!

Amazing place. Even more beautiful in person. Huge rooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet but near everything you need including places to have a great time. I won’t stay anywhere else in Nashville.

This place is a DREAM! Beautiful bedrooms, open kitchen, lots of space for a group to work, eat, rest and recharge as needed. The one hiccup we ran into while we were there was rapidly handled by the hosts and squared away. The area is amazing, great bars, eateries, grocery stores, shops and parks. And for a large group, having not one, but TWO washer dryer sets made getting laundry done for our team fast and easy. The social media post perfect rooms, gorgeous backyard and top tier area made this a home my group is excited to book again for our next trip!

This place was fantastic for our family get away. The house was spacious and clean. Loved having bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, we all had plenty of space to relax. Beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Location was great. We were in walking distance to shopping and food. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would book again if we travel to Nashville.

This place was fabulous! Perfect for a couples trip!

Great house, huge bedrooms and loved that each room had their own renovated bathroom. However the gas was out when we arrived on a Thursday, and they wouldn’t have anyone come to fix it until Monday. The stove, oven and hot water were not working. We had to scramble last minute to get a new airbnb and communication wasn’t very responsive on the matter.

When I say this was one of the best locations i’ve stayed in, I meant it. Neighborhood was beautiful, plenty of things to do in the area. House was absolutely stunning, everything worked properly. Had two washer and dryers. A few minutes away from downtown nashville, this property is somewhere I will look to book every time I visit!

This place was amazing to stay at for so many reasons. First, the hosts were quick to respond to any messages and answer any questions we had during our stay. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had individual styles that created a unique environment for each of our friends. One of the biggest perks was that each bedroom had a bathroom. It made getting ready for events a breeze and quick. Another perk about staying was how close it was to everything, we were minutes from being downtown, local eateries, and wonderful coffee shops. We would love to stay again anytime we’re in the Nashville area.

This place was perfect! We brought our elderly parents and sister. The space was well thought out and beautifully decorated. The location could not have been better. We highly recommend it!

The location was easy to find and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group of 10, and everyone was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! Everything was perfect, and anything we needed was there. We were in town for a wedding, and this was the best place to enjoy our family, grandchildren, and the race.

A fabulous property that had more than enough room for us to enjoy. Each bedroom spotless with its own shower room and beautiful decor. The walk to broadway took approx 45mins but we enjoy walking so it wasn’t a problem. If you dont want to walk the uber only cost us $20. Would definitely recommend for many reasons but if you want to stay in a nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city it’s perfect too

We've stayed in too many AirBNBs to count. This was the best--comfortable, clean, great location. Every single room was great. Every single person in our group had a comfortable room to retreat at the end of the day. Nobody felt guilty for getting the "good bed." AND did I mention they even had a coffee grinder. I would absolutely return to this AirBNB without hesitation.

We would definitely stay here again! Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to other Nashville spots. The house was excellent, loved that every room had a king bed and personal bathroom. Great kitchen and living space as well! The host was easy to communicate with, even when we realized the washing machine had an issue when we arrived. They were quick to address the problem and having two washer and dryers is definitely a bonus! Small note that the outside cushions were quite dirty (even when stored in their storage container) so the seating outside was not as comfortable as it could have been. But the outside space has a lot of potential and the backyard was great!

My girlfriends and i loved staying here! The bedrooms were spacious with all king beds and the bathrooms were awesome. It’s not often girlfriends get to travel and have their own bathrooms. Living space was great between the living room, dining room, and kitchen, it was easy for a bigger group to mix and mingle. Everything was thought of here (and properly labeled!) air conditioner worked great and back up fans, etc for rooms that wanted it on top of the ceiling fans. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, appreciated the space, and the kids enjoyed many rooms to enjoy watching tv! The layout was simply charming, and the up-to-date decor and remodeled bathrooms/kitchen were a perfect juxtaposition to the obvious historical charm. Everyone in the family was happy.

Luke and Jacob’s Airbnb was all we needed and more! A beautiful space that was clean, spacious, well decorated and appointed. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms had everything we needed. We all loved the space. Luke and Jacob were communicative and helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our large family. Love that each bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Additionally each room had spacious walk in closet that worked great to setup my baby’s pack n play. We ended up getting to Nashville a little early and the host quickly responded when I reached out to see if we could get in at 3pm. Would definitely recommend this house and stay here again!

I rent in Nashville a few times an year in this area and this is the nicest air b and b that I have stayed in yet. A lovely welcoming home and nice beds. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Luke and Jacob’s home worked beautifully as a spacious, pristine, well maintained spot for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for her wedding. Everyone had a comfortable and private place to sleep, negotiating the oftentimes tricky Nashville parking situation went well and overall it was the most relaxing Airbnb experience we have ever had. Having great lighting in each bathroom is a rarity and it was so appreciated!! Thank you for an amazing experience and we would love to stay again.

Beautifully decorated home, more space than expected. Loved the location, very easy to get around and plenty of parking. Communication with host was fantastic, almost real-time. Would highly recommend, we will be staying there again soon!

Everything is fabulous at Luke and Jacob’s place. The house is perfectly up to date and spotless. We love that every bedroom has its own bathroom and all were clean and well equipped with supplies. The closets are big and they provide plenty of clothes hangars, which is something many places fail to do. Each bedroom has a large television and big comfortable king beds. There is plenty of lounging room in the house and we especially loved the big farm table in the dining area. It was our central convening spot for food and family games. The kitchen is very well stocked and they have marked the contents of all the cabinets for their guests to make everything easy. We had everything we needed. The home includes the use of a garage and we loved the easy access. The location is fantastic and is close to all the places we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this house and our family commented that it was one of the BEST Airbnb’s we have ever visited. 5 stars on every front. We are fans!!

Luke and Jacob were excellent hosts—kind, communicative, and genuinely welcoming. The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our group. The location was ideal, surrounded by great Nashville restaurants and extremely walkable. Access to the airport and downtown was quick and convenient. We also loved the spacious indoor and outdoor areas, which made the stay even better.

This place was absolutely perfect. We traveled with 5 couples and we each had our own beautiful room with king beds and en suite bathrooms. We could have even brought one more couple because there was a Murphy queen bed in a flex room. Spacious and beautiful with an amazing outdoor deck space to hang out in. We were so happy with this house and would go back in a heart beat. There were amazing restaurants, bars and shops that were walkable nestled in this adorable East Nashville neighborhood. We were also only a 10 min uber ride to downtown and the gulch. The hosts were super responsive always and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Don’t look any further. Book this one immediately! You won’t regret it!

Super awesome home sweet home away from home with plenty of space and super cool vibes!

The property was fantastic. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures conveyed! Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed. The location was ideal for us and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. As an added note, even though the property is not advertised as handicap accessible (there are two large steps out front, we were able to host my dad, who is 91 and mostly wheelchair bound. The main floor bedroom and walk in shower were super helpful.

I lived in East Nashville for 10 years. The hosts offer all of the old East Nashville hospitality combined with state of the art appliances, a clean and comfortable space, and an extremely convenient location — near some of my favorite areas (5 points, fatherland, Shelby Park, Inglewood, etc).

Luke and Jacob's place was the perfect spot for our big family gathering. We had a large group staying and they were all very impressed by the space. Luke and Jacob were incredibly patient in answering our many (MANY) questions about the property. When inquiries came up during our stay they were very responsive and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The property is stunning, super comfy beds, incredibly well located and with great amenities. We were very sad to be checking out! Can not recommend them enough - best hosts we've ever had! Big thank you for going the extra mile and being so accommodating.
