Great stay at a very clean, comfortable, and convenient property. I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is extremely walkable. The house was spotless. My mom uses a walker and it was great that that once you are up the front steps, the house is all one level. The host communicated with us very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful positive experience and everyone was so helpful and kind. Positive: This was an amazing stay. Everything you could possibly need was offered. From blender to seasonings. Can’t think of anything you would possibly need that was not supplied. Wonderful front porch and swing. Spent many happy hours there. Exceptional and will stay there again when in town. Will recommend highly. Negative: The floor was a little uneven in spots and posed a tripping hazard. The back doors were difficult to secure. Overall a printed list of instructions and directions with tv remote would have been helpful.

We loved our stay! Our group had plenty of space. We were walking distance from Whole Foods, and from some fun little shops. The area felt safe. Would recommend if you’re visiting St. Louis!

It was a great stay, place was implacably clean when we got there. Kids loved it so much they said we should buy it. Lol. There was enough towels and linen and pillows. The Full-size bunk beds were perfect. Perfect stay. *Only compliant we had was out of your control. The upstairs tenant keep smoking weed a lot. So sometimes we could smell inside, faintly but it was noticeable for our kid to smell it.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here! The location was safe and very walkable to restaurants, groceries, Forest Park, and coffee shops. The house was clean though the plug in air freshener was too strong and we needed to unplug it and air out the home. Some noise from renters above especially in evenings and early mornings, but overall we had a great stay.

First off, great neighborhood - so safe! Walking distance to great CWE restaurants and whole foods. House is outstanding - great decor and eye level lighting. Comfy beds and linens. Back yard is lovely - not exactly as pictured with the grass but nice ivy ground cover. Such an efficient use of space with the three bedrooms and two full baths. AND love that it’s all one level and not lugging suitcases upstairs. Perfect backyard for dogs as well. We will be back for sure.

Nice location and small, but nice apartment. Had a few issues with the refrigerator and HVAC systems not being able to cool the refrigerator and house respectively. Issues were resolved by host, but did take about 48 hours for the HVAC. This understandably happens and the host was responsive, which we appreciated. Had an interesting question posed to us on checkout regarding confirming whether we had traveled with a pet (we had not), but otherwise no additional issues.

Really really nice space with lots of little things to make the stay better. Felt like we were staying at a friends house

This was the perfect space for our soccer tournament/college visit trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we need. The front porch swing was a peaceful way to drink coffee in the morning and the neighborhood was walkable to restaurants/shops/SLU/WashU. Plus it has easy access to highways. Denise was very responsive when I had a question, even at an odd hour. Will definitely be booking again for our future St. Louis needs!

Denise and the hosts for the stay were great and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Great location and easy to reach all areas of interest around the area. I often stay in rental properties when traveling, and this property is top notch! Everything exceeded our expectations. It was quiet and cozy while still offering plenty to do nearby. We loved walking to pick up groceries at Whole Foods or to grab coffee or dinner in CWE. The only note I have is that parking can be tough to find if you get home late. I wish I had known sooner as I would have planned ahead.

Great location in a cute neighborhood! The zoo and forest park were a short drive away and there was a coffee shop within walking distance.

The location was perfect for accessing all of the sightseeing and attractions around St. Louis, making it really easy to explore the city without spending a lot of time driving around. The neighborhood itself was adorable, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and local spots nearby that made the whole experience feel even more special. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities that made our stay feel easy and relaxing. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space for guests. Communication from the host was excellent throughout the stay as well: friendly, responsive, and proactive, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Overall, this was the perfect home base for our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis!

Lovely kitchen, comfortable beds, great location. This was a wonderful property for our 3 generation family stay. I thought it was too expensive as I booked it, yet in the end it could not have been better! Well worth the money.

Great hosts and beautiful space! This was one of the best outfitted kitchens I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. There was a very minor appliance issue during our stay, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. This was a perfect space for 4 adults and two kids!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and very well stocked for our home cooked meals. Area is quiet and close to Forest Park, and the amazing Cathedral Basilica. Very easy to walk to anywhere around the Central West End. We are very much looking forward to an opportunity to return!

Hosts were great; place was lovely. Well located, super clean, everything was nice. Especially appreciate the attentive service when we had questions. Great "home base" for our StL adventures. Worth noting that "Entire home in St. Louis, Missouri" does not mean entire house (condo is just the first floor) and TV doesn't get cable - just streaming (no big deal, unless like us you visit during March Madness). The above did little to detract from a great place - highly recommend!

Everything was lovely from the second we pulled up to the moment we checked out. The porch light was on and the address was easy to read as arrived late at night. The property was very pet friendly. We spend a lot of time on the front porch. We walked to the Basilica and a coffee shop. Location was key for our stay and this location in the central west end was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishes for our large family. We appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. It was quiet and warm and comfortable. The property is beautifully updated. They have thought of all the things: charges by the beds, lamps in the right spots, ample toilet paper/towels & soap. The host checked in multiple times to see how things were going or if we needed anything. Lovely hosts.

Clean, comfortable, close to medical appointments. Felt so safe walking through out the neighborhoods. Host more than helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Loved the cute coffee cups and the assortment of wine classes from Illinois wineries

Denise's place was by far the nicest Airbnb from others we got a chance to see where relatives were staying. The layout was nice and roomy for 6 adults. Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and master bath, all were beyond my expectations for cleanliness and aesthetics. I only wish we had more time to spend just relaxing at the Airbnb! Looking forward to next time!!

Everything was great about this property. Having stayed in many Vrbo's, this property easily rates in the top 1%. The Rooms were comfortable and Bathrooms clean. The spice rack was well equipped and the air fryer was a nice touch. While there was a great coffee bar, I am a Keurig guy and that would be a nice addition. I highly recommend this property and will be booking with them again.

We had a fantastic stay at Denise’s place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to all the great restaurants and bars in the CWE. The property was exactly as photographed, very clean, and comfortable. Denise was an outstanding host—extremely proactive, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. We’d highly recommend staying here and would happily book again!

Great experience.

It looked like the photos (kitchen was actually bigger than expected)! It was an easy walk to grab coffee and get breakfast and not a far drive from all the tourist places we wanted to visit. I would stay here again.

We chose this location because of availability and because there was a pack n play and we would go back in a heartbeat because of how incredible the space was. It was better than advertised in a beautiful part of town. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location and loved the house. Everything was clean and they had great amenities. The only issues were gnats in the kitchen and smell of pet urine on the carpet near the front door. But despite those issues it is worth the stay. Walking distance from the Cathedral Basilica. Host responded immediately and was super friendly.

This place was great! We actually booked it as our location for a commercial video shoot. Denise was very helpful and communicative even before we booked. The space was clean, well decorated and exactly what we needed.

Overall, it was ok. We couldn't lower the ac below 68 and even with the fans on high, it was HOT!! Master bed is extremely squeeky but bathroom was great! Upstairs occupants and dog were up from midnight to 3am and made it known...it sounded like they were playing fetch in the middle of the night. Neighborhood was great. We wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't completely terrible. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Great home, comfortable bed, shower is very nice. Kitchen was stocked and I felt right at home. If you need to be in the St. Louis area, this is a great place to stay.

The space was very clean and had comfy beds, hot showers, and the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb. Everything matched the photos with the exception of the furniture around the fire pit; it had plastic chairs there instead. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe staying here. I especially enjoyed the porch swing! One note: The listing states that the host requires an additional screening process and fee separate from the Airbnb booking process. I completed that process and it seemed legitimate, but I felt uncomfortable providing my personal information and a payment to a host outside of Airbnb’s system.

We loved our stay at Denise’s place. House is clean, well maintained and decorated. The location is perfect for long walks to gorgeous neighborhoods. We had our pups with us the backyard is great for pup play with a secure fence. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great stay in St Louis for a weekend with my dad and son! Denise was a great communicator and also very gracious to allow us to check in an hour early, which allowed us to stop at the house and then get to an event on time. Thanks again for a great stay - highly recommended!

Great place in a wonderful location.

Great stay overall

Our stay was good with a few relatively minor issues. The house was great and location was great but there is very little sound proofing from the upstairs neighbor. The upstairs neighbor seemed to be considerate and was more than willing to turn down music when I asked but the fact that I had to ask was frustrating. We also had a couple minor cleanliness issues. The coffee maker was pretty gross on the inside but obviously minor. There was also so much lint and debris stuck in the dryer behind the lint trap that the lint trap wouldn't even go all the way back in. That took a day and a half to coordinate with the host to get cleaned up. The last issue was the fact that the fire alarm went off at around 8pm one evening for no apparent reason. I immediately contacted the host to ask about fire safety and didn't hear back until 12:45pm the next afternoon.

STL getaway. Home was a great central point for sightseeing and dining! Beautiful historic neighborhood, lovely home with well-appointed amenities. Very comfortable. Thank you!

Forest Park Town Home The neighborhood and building were safe and beautiful and within walking and driving distance to nearby restaurants and attractions. The home itself was very clean and beautiful, as well as modern. There were plenty of towels for all of us! We brought two dogs and were happy that there was a fenced area for them when they needed outside. Communication was easy and quick when I needed information. My only constructive feedback is that the master bed was very creaky when sitting on it, so the screws may need tightened.If we're ever in St. Louis again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here a second time ck.

Amazing experience for our family! We took our 3 kids (ages 3-6) for spring break and the location was perfect! Parking was easy to find. I felt very safe and comfortable. I would stay at this same spot if we visit in the future. Clean, spacious, and comfortable for us!

This place is a real gem! Spacious, comfortable, fantastic location. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. The fireplaces create a cozy vibe and the fenced-in backyard is private and convenient. We had an extended stay for home renovations and it was perfect. I highly recommend.

We come from Kansas City to visit relatives and very much like the Central West End. We usually stay at The Chase but had more family with us this time. Denise’s place was the perfect location and the perfect layout for us. It was extremely comfortable and wonderfully updated. We enjoyed walking daily to the Cathedral and to the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there in the future!! Excellent value.

This was my third time at this house and it has remained consistent with nice amenities, snacks, great location, comfortable furniture. The living room TV doesn’t have a lot of options for streaming but sufficient for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Relatively quiet and was another good choice for me and family.

Great place to stay for our family. Very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Saint Louis, and just a short walk to Forest Park! We enjoyed the front porch, the patio, games for the whole family, and cozy rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Haley was a great host. She was communicative when I booked and gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. The place not only looks like the photos, but has nice moments of delight (like the mug designs, posters around the house and even board games!). It’s just around the corner from the Chess museum and very close to Forest Park, which means art museum and the zoo! It has everything you might need if you want to cook a family dinner. Overall it was a super nice place to spend time with family and I highly recommend it!

Our family and our dogs enjoyed the place. We also enjoyed the great places to eat in the Central West End and took in the great art museum in Forrest Park - walked to many of these places. Highly recommend!

St. Louis Good experience

Great location and all the conveniences Terrific location, close to everything. On street parking much easier than expected. Well laid out and appointed. Would definitely book again.

Haley's place is beautiful and is just as described. The neighborhood is picturesque with eye catching architecture all around. The Historic District is very well maintained. We felt safe going and coming at all times of the day. The house is fully stocked and you'll have everything that you need, spices and cleaup items included. We were able to comfortably make breakfast for 4 ppl both days of the stay and she has aluminum foil, guys. Nobody ever thinks of leaving aluminum foil! I was tickled pink about it. I love that the ceiling fan and the lights are separate switches for bedtime. The showers have half doors so you'll have water on the floor. I really didn't want to lay her fluffy white towels down but there was no choice. Keep your immature younger teenagers away from the Cards Against Humanity game on the living room table. Lol! This place is truly a gem and there is an added bonus of a friendly beautiful cat that lounges around for pets that my boys took to.

Texted on our way in to see if we could check in early the host stayed no. Arrived to the house at 4:00pm and did not have the code or any instructions to get in. Called the host no response. Messaged the host and she responded 10 minutes later. Had to call the emergency line to get the code to enter the house and by this time it was passed check in time.

The place was fine but the experience was atypical. Ad warned about her requirement to complete security check application but not about the $50 application fee nor the level of detail required. Cybersecurity sensitive folks should beware. We asked if there was a secure place that we could set our bags an hour before check in since we would arrive by plane early and didn't want to drag them around with us. (We didn't rent a car because this location has access to public transportation.) We were told no, that it would hinder the goal of spotless cleaning. However, the day before our check out we were told of the cleaning tasks she expected from us, since the cleaners "only cover the surface areas." We were exhorted to post our good times on social media, and asked a few times to give a five-star review. So given the expense and the efforts required of us, it didn't feel like an even exchange much less the vacation we desired.

Great location, comfy beds, a lot of light The location is fabulous. The house is great, clean, and stocked very well. The beds were comfy and having a play pen and high chair was very helpful. Nice area in the back yard. Parking was great. Bathtub was awesome. There was confusion regarding checkout but that was cleared up. I asked about early check in and was not given an answer back….not a huge deal for us. A couple of complaints for our group: the amount of light in the bedrooms were frustrating. There were thin blinds and if you like to wake up early, you will love it. If you need it darker to sleep in, bring a mask or you are out of luck. The front bedroom was hotter than the house and the ceiling fan made a noisy. Last issue was the window on the front door is clear glass and anyone can see in. We didn’t care for that for safety reasons.

Awesome place and proximity to absolutely everything. Only negative was the air conditioning was stuck at a high temp and wouldn’t cool on a super hot weekend. Everything else was perfect!

Love the Central West End having lived there for years. This is a good location to enjoy the neighborhood. One caution though with the listing, as "on premise parking" is noted. There is ONLY street parking available.

June stay Overall very good. Fruit flies invaded the kitchen upon our arrival. There was something sticky on a lazy Susan on the island. We killed lots…. Didn’t want to spray as we had an infant w us. That was the only negative. And wished the tv had local networks

This was my second stay and the experience was comparably very good. Great location and updated amenities were great for our small group. A few small issues with supplies and appliances were quickly addressed. Would definitely stay again.
