Michael was great! We enjoyed our stay

Michael's place was just as described. Plenty of room with everything you'll need for a great Nashville stay. It was a quick 10 minute walk to Broadway to restaurants and nightlife. Worth every penny!

Nice proximity to the Music City Center

We had the best time & loved the easy walks to Broadway and all the restaurants in downtown. Easy drive to 12 South. Place was perfect for our group!

We came in for a girls weekend and had the best time. Very easy to get to and a nice walk to Broadway. We prefer getting off the beaten path, and this allowed us to walk to Broadway while going through the side streets and seeing some stores and shops we would have missed. Close enough to be in the action but not too loud that we don't sleep. :) Fantastic sleep set up and the host was very communicative. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying here. The townhouse was great! Gated parking was available, which was nice. We walked to a great restaurant that had a bowling alley inside! If you don't want to pay for parking downtown, it is walkable. The location was close to downtown without the hustle and bustle. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. During our stay, we got treated with a view of the downtown firework show from the townhouse. Checkout was easy. We would stay here again.

Host was communicative with clear check in and check out instructions. The location was good with a great coffee shop about a block away and a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Fairly quiet location away from the wild music scene. The home was laid out well. The only minor negative was the shower water temperature was on the low end of hot. Not a deal breaker but may be important to some guests.

Staying with this group is a great decision for anyone looking for a convenient, well-priced, and comfortable place to stay. The house was just as advertised and provided plenty of space for my group. The property-owners were incredibly informative and easy to get in touch with throughout. If I return to the area, I will definitely be looking at their properties again.

Michael’s place was the perfect spot for our Nashville stay! Easy walk to restaurants, Bridgestone, and broadway. It was a perfect spot for a midday rest and wind down.

Lovely townhouse. Very comfortable beds and clean Positive: Clean, convenient and safe. Great communication from manager. Beds were so comfortable. Negative: Only 1 full bathroom so had only one shower for everyone. Photos and description indicated 2 full bathrooms. Bathroom is so roomy possible remodel to create 2 full bathrooms would make this unit perfect. Only one large bath towel. There were enough towels-just small ones.

The unit was very comfortable and well stocked and the host was extremely responsive to all our inquiries. The location was within walking distance of Broadway, the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and many great restaurants. We'd certainly stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

The host was very responsive and the space itself is large, which we appreciated. However, some aspects could use improvement. The furniture/furnishing feels dated, the shampoo in the wall container has residual liquids (though the host provided extra travel sized bottles), and the pull-out bed was not sturdy—this listing is realistically suited for four people maximum. There is also street/car noise at night (next to fire-station). Good communication, but a few upgrades would make a big difference!

Host are super friendly and replied back to any questions very quickly. Great location and house had plenty of space and well decorated. Loved the mural. I would high recommend if you looking to stay close to Broadway!

Nice property - some deferred maintenance needed

It has a great location almost unbeatable. It’s not the most comfortable unit I’ve been in. The beds are a little stiff and the two pull outs are very uncomfortable for anyone with more than 4 people staying. There were things in the unit that seemed left behind by previous guests as well.

Great location, good for 4 people but not more. Positive: Great location, 10 minutes walk to Broadway. Private parking. Negative: Property says it fits 8 people, couldn’t fit 6. We had to buy extra matrices to accommodate everybody. The convertible couches are way too small and uncomfortable for anybody to sleep on.

Great place to stay in Nashville. You are just blocks away from restaurants, pubs, without the noise. The fire station to the side was no problem at all. Beds are super confy. Best thing for us was who were driving and had stuff in the car was gated parking right behind back door. Very secure and easy access.

Good location. The location was definitely convenient — just a 15-minute walk to Broadway with a cute coffee shop only a block away. We also enjoyed using scooters to get around; the downhill walk to Broadway made it easy to explore the city.Guests should be aware that there’s quite a bit of road noise, which might be a factor for light sleepers.

Michael and Jill’s house was perfect for our stay! The extra beds in the living room made sleeping accommodations flexible. They left lots of good food recommendation in the Airbnb itself. They were great at communicating and check in was easy. We loved that it was a short and easy walk to Broadway. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was nice and location near the city was as described. We walked back and forth each evening. Gated parking was a nice plus for our car. Hosts were great with providing instructions and responding to any questions we may have had. Would recommend staying there when visiting Nashville.

We needed a place last minute due to a concert being postponed and Michael and Jill were quick to respond and very helpful! It was an easy walk to Nissan Stadium!

Great Location/Easy to Do Business This location was perfect for a concert downtown just a few blocks away to all the action. Response from owner was quick and the description and process laid out for the rental was detailed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and fun things to do around Nashville. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly communicative and made the whole experience smooth and easy. For the price, it was an absolute steal. Business Trip to Nashville We were visiting Nashville for a weeklong business function. This property was conveniently located near the office and has easy walkable access to downtown. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our visit, including a place for evening socializing with our colleagues.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was top tier and was within walking distance to several restaurants. I will say that there is a Fire Station across the street, which could sometimes be loud, but it never bothered me personally. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and I only heard the fire trucks twice. I hope you choose to book this AMAZING place! :)

Nashville Everything within 10 min walking

Positive: Proximity to downtown. Negative: While it was clean and conveniently located close to downtown, there were some issues that impacted my stay. The front door had a significant draft, letting in cold air, which made the space, especially the kitchen, uncomfortably cold. The windows also had noticeable drafts, adding to the issue. Additionally, the shower pressure was very low, making it less enjoyable. If these concerns were addressed, it would be a much more comfortable stay.

Very cute and clean home I would absolutely stay at again. Kitchen is fully stocked with tools and appliances and I was happy to find plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Michael and Jill were very responsive and want you to have the best experience. My only concern upon arrival was the fire station across the street, but to be honest we really only heard sirens twice and it was never an issue or something that woke us up at night, so don't let that scare you at all!! The location was great, 2 blocks from the hotel our friends were at and just a 10 minute or less walk to Broadway. The front door was not the easiest to close and lock properly, would take a few tries each time, but there is a back door you can use instead and it was not a big deal at all. The upstairs guests would have loved an extra trash can in the room or sink area, as the only one was in the actual washroom, so you could not use it if someone else was in there, but again not a big deal at all. Overall a great home!!

Nice place, it is next to a busy highway and a fire station. We couldn't hear the traffic much but we could the sirens. This location was not walkable to other things for us because we were not able to walk the 7-10 blocks to the attractions we were wanting to see but it was within a mile or so of where we were going and there were things to do near us. We like the fact that gated parking was available first come first serve. Only one time were there no parking spaces available inside the gated area. The stairs are a little steep to the 2nd floor.

Great place in a good location allowing ability to walk everywhere in the city. Only negative is the area is a bit noisy (traffic and fire station nearby).

Fun stay in Nashville! We were in town over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the furniture in the living area was different from photos but still had plenty of room. Very walkable. We had a great visit!

The house is in a great location: walkable to broadway but far enough away so you aren’t right next to all the noise. Michael and Jill were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Vikings Game 6 of us came down for the Viking game. Came for a long weekend. This place was perfect 6 blocks to Broadway and 1 mile to the football stadium. Locating this place and parking was easy.

Location is amazing, walkable just a few blocks down to Broadway. Gated parking, felt very safe. Right near a fire station, so expect some noise during the night/day however, it was nothing that wasn't manageable. Hosts are responsive and super friendly! The unit definitely has been loved and use some touchups, but nothing that would be considered a 'major' issue. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Would consider staying here again in the future.

A convenient and safe walk to the main strip. Plenty to do and plenty of even closer, walkable places if you want to avoid the busy area. Would stay here again!

I do alot of air bnb and this was not one to write home about Positive: It was fine… close to Broadway Negative: Right next door to the busiest fire station in Nashville! Tones and sirens went off every 15 minutes

Football game weekend We had a good stay during a football weekend. This location is close to downtown and Nissan stadium. One thing to know is the street in on a hill. Straight up hill back to condo from downtown area. Great secure location for parking is nice. Clean and well stocked.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Michael & Jills’s place. The location was perfect only being a 15min walk to Broadway. The gated parking was great as well. Would book again!

Very walkable to Broadway and surrounding areas. Quiet street with coffee/convenience stores nearby.

Wouldn’t have let my dog stay there Dark, poor location (busy street close by) bad odor in bedroom, totally misrepresented. We left upon entering and of course they didn’t refund. Total waste. Might work for a frat party.

the space itself was wonderful. very close proximity to Broadway street with all the honky tonks and restaurants: 5 minute drive, 20-30 minute walk. the host were very kind and informative, they had a binder listing all information and they also had recommendations listed along with some info about price, if it was walkable, how recommended it was, etc. very nice area, very nice host. would love to stay here again when we visit nashville.

Nice and convenient Townhome was great. I booked this place for me my sister and a friend for a ladies/ convention week but, unfortunately, my friend had to cancel at the last minute. It is conveniently located to downtown Nashville and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the convention center. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and shampoo. The only negative was there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms. We had to do a quick trip to a convenience store but it wasn’t a big deal.

We stayed two nights at Michael & Jill’s place, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The condo was clean, comfortable (shout out to the extra blankets for comfy movie-watching!), and walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the generous supply of Keurig pods was a really nice touch. We had plenty of comfortable sleeping places for our family of seven. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Location! WILL BOOK AGAIN! Clean, safe, comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better! Parking was easy and I loved that it was in a gated area. Excellent communication with the property owners. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Good place, as described, really excellent location. Close walking distance to a load of sites, bars, venues etc. I particularly appreciated the multiple coffee-making options!

This house is managed by a property management company - not a direct owner. They are coming up with additional rules, terms and additional fees. If you book your house and they confirm even if you decide to change your plans within 24h .. they will refund only half of the money … and AirB&B won’t help. Terrible !

Overall great place to stay, 5 minute Uber ride to downtown. Wish they posted the additional charges at the beginning of their listing but my fault for not reading all the way through.

2 days in Nashville This was a first time trip to Nashville with my husband and his sister and her husband. The property is clean, walkable to Broadway. It worked out perfect for our time there. I would recommend and stay again. You park at this property and never have to use your car if you don’t want to. Host communicated great through whole process. Please be aware that you are staying close to everything so it is a bit noisy. Ear plugs at night solved the problem!

We enjoyed our time in Nashville. All the instructions were extremely thorough and very clear. They had recommendations for where to eat and what to see which is very helpful as we aren’t too familiar with the area. Thank you again for being very accommodating hosts!!
