We loved the location and the space. The beds were super comfortable and we all had our space. But... it's in need of maintenance: flooring popping up, touch up paint, the dishwasher doesn't work, the carpet on the stairs was stained & FILTHY. Our feet were black the 1st day. The dryer kept shutting off. The space itself was great, but it needs a deep cleaning & some maintenance.
Great place!! So close to the beach, literally a 5 minute walk and the pool was so nice too! Definitely would stay here again!
Everything went smoothly since the check in , house was clean. They respond fast to any questions you may have, good location. Overall satisfied .
This place was great! Just recommend getting dishwasher replaced it looked bad on the inside.
Very perfect place to stay we were able to have all our family under one roof. We made lots of memories and was easy access to beach. I loved every minute of it. Very quiet and just perfect place to stay and Home away from Home.
We were a large group and made it work and were comfortable! 10 adults, 5 kids and one dog.😆 This is a great spot that is at a great location! We set up our canopy’s at the beach nearby the bathrooms and it was a 8-10 minute walk to the Airbnb. There is two parking spot available in front of the Airbnb and extra public parking at the street which worked out since came all in four vehicles. Towels and beach towels. I recommend bringing laundry detergent to wash if it’s a long stay and if you are many guests. We would definitely stay here again! The kids were all so Happy with the pool as well.

The location was walking distance to the beach. The pool was close and a nice area. Could of used more towels and couple more blankets, luckily we brought 4 blankets with us. The Dryer would work half the time. We would have to restart it 3 or 4 times in order to get our clothes/towels dry. They had a repair/maintenance person come and reset the dryer and it worked for a day and the next day it started shutting off before the items were dry again. They only had 2 towels in each Bathroom for showering (6 total) and had 7 people. So we had to wash towels every morning after getting ready. We also paid an extra $125 for the hot-tub and it was only set to 99° ... so that was a bummer 😕
Nicely decorated and spacious for our group of 11. We did some cooking and there were plenty of utensils to use. The location to restaurants and such was convenient. They provide beach towels which was also nice. We did have some pretty significant issues. -There were bags of dirty linens left behind by the cleaners but the management company didn't seem bothered by it. -The beach is very close but not easy to get to since there are no sidewalks. It is a bit dangerous walking on the side of a busy road with kids. -Make sure to check the hot tub before you pay for it. It was filthy and oily when we arrived so we were never able to actually use it. They said they would send someone to clean it but no one ever showed up. I kept getting the answer (we will check on this for you) with no resolution. -They only give you 1 very small bath towel per guest so we had to use the beach towels for showers and do laundry quite a bit. -All beds were loud and squeaky. I would not stay here again.
Everything was clean and comfortable. The community pool was nice and easy to access. Parking is right in front of the door so unloading loading was a breeze! There were plenty of comfy beds too.
We were delighted by this unit. It was beautiful and fit our needs well. We loved the layout as it did not feel crowded at all. Three bathrooms is a big plus. We also loved the proximity to the beach. Our only recommendations are to go with higher quality paper products ( paper towels and toilet paper- what can I say, we all agreed we prefer softer and its a super easy fix). The hot tub was great, although a bit sandy. Be sure to check and adjust to desired temp as it was only 93 degrees when we went to use it. We would also recommend having a couple blanket throws for the living room on chilly evenings. Overall a lovely stay. We would totally stay here again.

The rental was exactly as described. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. We loved having a private hot tub!
Great location. Close to beach and family friendly restaurants. The townhouse itself was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies.
