Nic was a pleasure to host Easy and quick communication

Michael, was a pleasure to host! The location of this place is great. It’s on a canal with lots of wildlife and a short walk to the beach. The layout of the house is nice too. The house itself needs work. The cabinets are peeling, the master bathroom floor is coming up and the shower is moldy. The listing stated there were bikes and there weren’t any. When we reached out, they said it was a misprint. The pool was dirty and a full, heavy trash can was left for us to put out. The couches were dirty as well. Ami sent someone to clean one of the couches but never to take the trash or clean the pool. There was trash on the grounds as well that we had to clean up. We sent photos and nothing else was done. This property has great potential but the management company is doing a terrible job managing it.
