Denise had amazing communication and helped me troubleshoot any small issues that occurred. She’s a very helpful and dependable host.
Great place to stay. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, and the location is excellent as well.
I enjoyed the home and our overall stay. The property was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials needed to prepare meals. My only concern was the checkout experience. The cleaning team entered the home before our confirmed 10 a.m. checkout time and told us we were supposed to be out by 8 a.m. This frightened my children and disrupted us while we were packing. The host apologized and confirmed that checkout was 10 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed the property, but better communication with the cleaning team would have improved our experience.

❌ BUGS, NO WIFI, BROKEN FIRE PIT, NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED… ❌ Horrible experience!! Tried to stay positive throughout our trip but things just kept happening. Check in was at 4pm and we showed up at 4:15pm and a cleaner was still cleaning. They had a group checking out same day as our check in and only had 1 cleaner. Dog poop/vomit remains was on the floor. Laundry was left in the washer and dryer which made us question the cleanliness of all the other laundry because if that stays wet all weekend, it’s not going to be clean. Wifi didn’t work at all, tried to reset multiple times. There was an ANT COLONY next to the bed on the floor everywhere!! Messaged the host and although she was great at responding, there was never a solution. Nothing was done for all of these inconveniences. The host didn’t even know where the thermostat was for upstairs. Shows me she is not very knowledgeable on the property. If you stay here, just know if things go wrong all you get is a response with sorry.
Beautiful home, it’s just like the pictures. Great for families. Don’t hesitate, book it!
