Very clean, comfortable condo. Positive: Very clean, great view, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Negative: The thermostat pre- programming and off site control was frustrating. The temp would change higher at 10pm and 7am. Air would cut off if motion not detected. As a result, it was often too warm. I am all for being environmentally responsible. That said, the temp was a constant frustration. The thermostat turned completely off at 9am checkout day - even though checkout was at 10am.
Beautiful condo with modern and comfortable amenities, beds were extremly comfortable, excellent AC and very well stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our family of four for our first visit to Maui. it's next door to the marina where most snorkeling cruises leave, not far from the beginning to Road to Hana trip starting point. It's 20 minutes to Keihi which has most of good restaurants. 25 minutes to Kannapali beaches. The view from balcony is relaxing but you can't see sunsets from there.
Excellent stay! Look no further. The place was immaculate.. clean linens and comfortable beds. They had everything you would possibly need. Centrally located to get around the island.
Harbor location was perfect, conveniently located near shops and especially Ulalani’s shave ice in the Maui Ocean Center. Quiet area and not as touristy as Kihei. Grounds were immaculate and the view from our balcony was amazing. Unit was as described and everything was easily accessible. Using the fans and keeping the windows open was preferable than using the A/C. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time or opportunity to use all the amenities provided. Whenever we had an issue, a response call was immediate, and a resolution was provided. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
The apartment is an absolute gem, super clean & well thought out. Can tell a lot of thought was put into the details to ensure the guests’ stay is as wonderful as it can be. Needless to say we had a great stay! Would 100% book again next time we’re back in Maui.
Great place with fantastic views. Small reef breaks made small waves to add natural soothing sounds. Grounds in excellent condition and the pool was just right to relax in.
This space was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful location right by the water, with perfect amenities for my three-day stay. The location is far enough from Lahaina and Kihei to be quiet and restful, but close enough to be easily accessible by car. Loved it!

We loved this spot. It’s very peaceful and private. The pool was perfect as was the lawn which was a great place to sit and watch the whales. It is located right in the middle of everything which was super convenient. Two things to note. The residents REALLY care about the rules. Our kids were at the pool for a few mins when I went back upstairs to grab something and within a few mins multiple members of the grey-haired anti fun police were nagging. So if you have kids note that they really really care about noise, splashing, jumping,etc. The hot water heater is not so big, so if all four of us needed to shower, one of us was sure to take a cold shower. In the grand scheme of things, those were minor inconveniences. Overall the place is magical. The management of our condo was very communicative and accommodating. We absolutely loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings and overlooking the bay!

Perfect vacation spot! My husband and I stayed here for 9 days in January. The unit was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The king bed was very comfortable with quality linens. It was so calming to have the ocean breeze through the open window. We slept great. The location is perfect also – just a five-minute walk for breakfast, whales and turtles visible from the yard and lanai, and centrally located to most of the island. Loved the pool also. We’ve stayed in many places where the bathrooms are cramped, but not here! There was ample counter and cabinet space, and luxurious towels. The host was great at communication. They checked in the day after we arrived to make sure everything was good, and when we had a little trouble with the TV, they were very responsive. I’d highly recommend this host – they went above and beyond! Maui is beautiful and this is a great place to stay while visiting. Mahalo, Luxe Maui Properties!
We stayed two nights. The unit is super clean and fully stocked kitchen with clean bathrooms, lots of towels, beach towels. The host shared the key to the pool as well. The location is super special with views. The balcony is facing the ocean and Haleakala peak. There are turtles passing in the water just front of the outside lounge space. There was assigned parking and walking distance to the harbor from where all activity boats launch. The unit has AC, hot water and peaceful decorations to relax. The property manager was super responsive and friendly. It is a full apartment with secure lock and in an ocean front neighborhood.
The place was spotless. We stayed with our 1 year old and we could let him crawl walk without any hesitation. View is fantastic. Kitchen is fully equipped. This area is windy and it took some getting used to for us and my one year old every time we stepped out.

We loved our stay at the condo. Everything was as pictured and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities which made it very nice for cooking. They had beach towels and also some supplies to use for the beach. They were very good at communicating with us as well. We saw turtles almost everyday right out infront of the condo. Upon arriving in Maui we had a problem with our already rented condo and we had to cancel last minute. The other person tried putting us in a condo that we didn't reserve & pay for. Upon searching Airbnb for a new very last minute place we came across this beautiful condo. They were very helpful and accommodating with our situation at the time. We were very fortunate that it was available and especially for the 2 weeks we would be in Maui. We are already wanting to stay there again for our next trip with the family. Mahalo for such and amazing condo.
This is a gem, the kind of address you want to keep to yourself. We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing if you want to discover Maui and the incredible views as you are right in front of the ocean are a plus. The apartment is sparkling clean and very nicely appointed. The kitchen is incredibly stocked as you have everything you may need and even more! What also made a difference was that they want to make sure you have the best of time and that you have everything you need. They checked with us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. We also appreciated the Maui cookies and coffee. We can’t wait to be back!
This spot saved our Maui trip!! We originally checked in somewhere else but vacated due to the cleanliness. We had to find somewhere quick and this place was available and amazing! They had a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, even some beach towels, umbrella, chair, and cooler!! We were very impressed with the cleanliness here and it had amazing views. AC was nice as well!

lovely view The condo was beautiful and the view was wonderful and the amenities were great. The only reason for a four was that we had no air conditioning. They came and said they couldn’t fix it till after we left, which was disappointing.
We enjoyed our stay this past week. The location is centralized so its easy to get to both sides of the island. The condo had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pool and it never was super busy. We were able to watch turtles in the evening right out back as well. It was overall fantastic! We did make sure to book an airbnb with a/c, however it doesnt go below 74 and the living room fan can only be set to low. It wasnt the end of the world as when we opened both doors it was cool enough but it did get toasty a few times in the living room.

Gorgeous view, turtles right out front of this well maintained property. Unit was beautiful and well appointed. We used the grills one night which was perfect after visiting farmers market for local ingredients. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and more! Appreciated the personal touch of a phone call to answer questions in advance of our trip and even local recommendations for a birthday cake for my husband. Maui cookies and coffee were a nice touch too. Highly recommended.

Our condo was absolutely wonderful! It definitely looked like it had been professionally decorated:) The kitchen was well stocked as well. The view off the deck was stunning… Mahalo for sharing your home with us!!

We loved our stay! It was perfectly what we needed. We even book a whale tour at maalea harbor and I was pleased to realized we could walk! Highly recommend.
We really loved the Condo the grounds were beautifully kept. The Bay is beautiful. They had everything we could think of for a quiet vacation. Nice little notes and labels. We felt very at home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and etc. We stayed in most evenings. It was quiet and located between all the planned activities. We could easily drive to where we wanted to go. Short drive to the Market. We would 100 % go back to this location.
This condo is exactly what you see in the pictures, I will definitely stay with them again! The views are amazing, loved watching the planes and boats, and the whales and turtles. The condo has everything you need! The owners take pride in their property, very updated, clean, clean, clean! I loved every second I was in the room and was super sad to leave. Coming back in 2 weeks and was sad it was not available.

The place was spotless. Nice layout and well equipped kitchen, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The unit as well as building are very well maintained. Large primary bedroom and nicely appointed primary bath. Same for guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Area generally quite quiet with the sound of waves crashing a lovely way to fall asleep Unfortunately the kids running around the pool in the early morning and the place being along a flight path were downsides. We started out with great communication but when someone parked in our assigned parking space the contact person was slow to respond and offered a pretty weak solution. Luckily the car owner left after we decided to go back out and sightsee since there aren’t any guest spaces on the property. Overall a nice place to stay, especially for an extended stay.

Unit 408 was spotless with updated furnishings. The grounds and pool were well kept and clean. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a small general store close by. Management was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this location and management company.
A perfect property for our family of four. Pool was clean and convenient. Location is near marina where charter boat tours leave from. Short drive to all of the important Maui tourist sites. Parking included. Although it is ocean front, there is no beach, but alternatives are nearby. Loved our stay and would come back!
This condo was just what our family of two adults and two kiddos (10 & 7) needed! The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and whatever else you could need. Nice to have the washer & dryer on property too! The lanai was beautiful and so was the view! Ac was cold and overall everything was cozy and perfect. The location is perfect because it’s only a 13 min drive from the airport and central to everything. We even walked to the hula cookies ice cream sandwich vending machine by Maui ocean center for a sweet treat in the evening when things were closed. It’s a great place for families and the pool is nice to have although we just went Makena’s big beach & Polo beach in Wailea (free parking and showers!) most days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Go out to eat at Tiffanys! It’s amazing! Mahalo ❤️

Great central location, easy to get to airport, Kaanapali or Wailea. Pics matched description well. Note that laundry is not in the unit, it is in a laundry room on the same floor and payment is needed.

Beautiful condo The condo was nicely updated and well stocked. Clean and comfortable. A/C was great. Soft, fluffy towels! The view was beautiful. Situated in a windy part of the island…beach access a few minutes walk-as it’s extremely rocky right out front. Aquarium a block away was great! Nothing else in walking distance-but centrally located on island to drive places. Would have liked some beach chairs and the ability to convert the twin beds into a “king” as we were two couples. But otherwise it was lovely!
The property is amazing. The location is central to the island destinations. The host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. If we go to the island again , we will stay with them again.
This property is a great central Maui location. There isn’t much around but central to all of the glorious things Maui has to offer. The property was in great condition and had amazing views of the ocean and sunrise views from the master bedroom. The kitchen was full of all the necessary amenities to cook a full course meal. There is coffee pot but you will need to supply your own coffee. The pool seemed great, however our kids never were able to get into the pool because of the local residence that were very particular with the times the pool was open and age restriction of the kids (they were not very friendly). Otherwise this was a great spot.

Highly recommend Maalaea Kai 408 Lovely, well furnished and well equipped condo. We were five adults and had plenty of room to spread out. It is very well located, easy walk to all the activities at Maalaea harbor and centrally located to the rest of Maui activities. The property manager was extremely responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property.
