This property provided us with a perfect mountain getaway! Private, quiet, spacious, a great view, close to downtown, and more!We traveled with a larger party and we all stayed comfortably. More than enough room.We experienced an issue where we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home and the hosts were available, responsive, and provided a quick solution!This is a great property and we would absolutely stay again!
This home is advertised as 10 people and while it has beds for 10 people it certainly didn’t accommodate 10. Only 5 coffee cups. 5 wineglasses. 4 breakfast plates. Outside maintenance was so so. Hot tub was not completely covered when we arrived. Also we had 10 adults ages 29-70. Each and everyone complained about the mattresses. Very cheap and uncomfortable. The master suite has an owners closet that was locked so we had nowhere to hang our clothes. We were there for a formal wedding. We had damp musty towels downstairs that we washed our first day. We brought all this to the attention of the host management company. They were quick to respond and offered to come out but because we were all trying to get ready for a wedding we declined. Just overall a very mediocre experience.
Our stay was awesome! The home was beautiful and Kelly was super responsive. It was a little hard to find, due to it not being on the maps app and all of the turns at night. We had everything we needed in the home, except we didn’t know we had to bring our own firewood for the fire pit. There were a lot of spiders and spiders web, which made the balconies a bit hard to feel comfortable in. Otherwise very spacious, a beautiful view, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The place was beautiful and we had a great view. I only wish we had more time for a longer stay
We were a group of nursing students taking a much needed break! Kelli and the entire team made this trip a great experience. Very convenient location. Great property that was well equipped with all that you would need. Host was very pleasant to deal with. Internet was very fast if you needed to get any work done.

We did not use the fireplace - it was too complicated for a novice like me. We did not use the hot tub (our choice)We enjoyed the quiet and scenery. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place in Blue Ridge, GA. Kelly is a great host—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with from the beginning. Everything was clear and smooth, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is lovely, very clean, and well taken care of. It has everything you need and feels warm and welcoming. The location is perfect—close to town, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there and felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Blue Ridge, GA.
The location strikes the perfect balance—secluded enough to feel private, yet close enough to local shops, hiking trails, and charming small-town spots. Whether you’re looking to relax by the fire, explore scenic trails, fish at Mercier Orchards or simply enjoy time with family, this place was perfect. \nWe were worried about going up the mountain by reading the reviews, but it was fine. We just took our time and followed the directions Kelly sent us. Some of the reviews mentioned the water pressure. We contacted Kelly and she sent someone out to fix the issue on Christmas Eve, which we really appreciated. Great host!
We enjoyed our stay. Had a family of 8 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of space. The only challenge was the lack of water pressure for a group our size. Only 1 shower at a time. But otherwise, it was a great stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.
Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Kelly’s place. Our host was very responsive and the place was beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
The listing was misleading and the unit was not where the pin was on the map! We got a treasure map two days before our stay with pictures so we could find the unit, down a path up a trail through the gate and through the field to the unit. NOT where the listing pin was at!!!!
The cabin was most relaxing and perfect getaway.The location was peaceful and close to downtown. We loved the hot tub and cozy fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , highly recommend!!!
This is a beautiful cabin in the woods. The cabin is close to town for a day of exploring. It does need attention to outside maintenance. We did have to call to have some things corrected. The owners/service was responsive.

While the directions were a little challenging to get to the cabin, a neighbor on the way in pointed the way. House was clean but the ice maker wasn’t working and left us a good size puddle to clean up on the kitchen and of course we had to buy ice. Water pressure in the house was a challenge as there was little to none if more than one shower or toilet was in use at the same time. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay, the location was close to everything but hopefully these items can be addressed for the next guests.
Great cozy cabin for myself and several friends who were in town for a wedding. Very spacious and each room had plenty of privacy! Definitely intend to rent again in the future.
Clean with a breath taking view!We enjoyed our stay very much and host was quick to respond we had issue checking in because wrong code was given.It is very hard to find it so follow instructions given.There was some damage from prior guests that included no hammock, broken drawers and shelves in fridge, scratches on doors.
I think Kelly was a great host always responded to questions. We had alittle trouble with the door code getting into the house but they was very responsive. To help us get in (most likely just a technical issue with the lock) enjoyed the location being right near downtown had a very nice outlook from the back porch. Main issue of you wanna call it that was the water pressure wasn’t very good. But that could be because it’s on a mountain. All in all it was a great place to stay and a great 4th of July trip. Only recommendation I would make is a TV in every room. If you are thinking about booking this place I would. Very clean and nice.
We very much enjoyed our stay! The beds are the most comfortable we’ve EVER had at an Airbnb. Kelly is a wonderful host- very responsive and addresses any concerns quickly. We couldn’t get our code to the door to work when we got there- called the 24 hour number and got a new code within seconds. Hope to come back soon!

Good, Not Great This house met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The view is lovely and the locations feels secluded even though it’s close to town. We enjoyed playing the corn hole set provided. The house was very clean. However, there were a few improvements needed. The hot stub was not accessible from the living spaces and could only be reached from the front parking area. The outdoor spaces were large, but the outdoor furniture was poor quality. The kitchen was not well stocked with basic equipment. Most was worn and in need of replacement.
Spring 2026 The building and grounds look like minimal upkeep done . Inside is worn , doors have visible scratches with paint repair needed . Kitch had ok but not spectacular. Wainscoting needs repair . Beds were ok but some without box spring , so very low. Best bedroom is the Master upstairs. Shower heads were plugged … Host was very timely and was responsive. Mother/Daughter Retreat Perfect for a mother/daughter weekend! Plenty of space to gather together for meals and hanging out, but nice bedrooms for each of us to retreat to at the end of the night. We had an absolutely lovely time.
Great stay We really enjoyed our stay. The house is tucked away on 11 acres with great views. We would stay again in the future.

It was a pretty nice stay! It was a little difficult finding it, especially if you go at night because there’s no lights anywhere. Once we finally realized there was a second address that was the correct one, we asked some friends to help guide us through the narrow roads up the mountain to find the cabin. There is a sensitive septic issue so just be aware of that! But everything else was great. There’s a ton of space and the hosts were very quick in their responses when we needed help with issues. I would say it just needs more lights outside just in case you want to get into the hot tub when the sun goes down! Overall, I think it was a great stay.

Post Christmas Gathering This was a great spot to meet up with family from Greenville, Charleston & Atlanta for a post Christmas get together. House was great!!!
We enjoyed our stay. I had a few minor cliches, but calling the help number, those were taken care of. One recommendation, there was a lack of cleaning supplies at the house, such as a mop, dust pan, we had to purchase another roll Of paper towels, because we had a minor spill in the kitchen and had to use paper towels to cleaning up. Not a big issue, but would Have been nice to have a mop and dust pan( er found the broom).
We had an amazing time. Can’t wait to visit again.

Poorly Appointed and Furnished The directions to the property were extremely hard to follow. The house and furniture was poorly decorated, cheep and uncomfortable. Bedding was terrible. Kitchen lacked common items normally found such as a pitcher, only 5 coffee cups, no crock pot or salad bowl. The positives- great TV and nice fire pit. Sorry won't be back here.
SPOT on! Super convenient to downtown. Hosts were incredibly and courteous. The view was spectacular. Great swing on the porch for viewing pleasure. Only wish I had more rocking chairs since we had a party of 10 adults. I was happy to stay in or go out. Be sure to get specific directions to the cabin above and beyond Apple/Google/Waze maps.
The house is very beautiful, it is spacious. You don't need to do anything else outside when you get there the House has everything, Kelly who understood person had everything we needed and a very good person. Respond quickly. I would really recommend it
This was a very beautiful cabin. It really could use some TLC. The water pressure was low so baths for 9 adults was a mess. The refrigerator didn’t get cold but the freezer did work. I don’t like the fact that they charge a NON-REFUNDABLE damage waiver fee after price you pay through Airbnb. Was this cabin worth it absolutely not!! We just made the best of our weekend. With a little TLC it could be a lot better.

BEWARE, confirm issues addressed before you book!!! 1. Propane smell when we arrived from fireplace pilot light on 2. The propane was on empty and past due for 2 years per propane company 3. The AC not working on middle floor. The main floor was warm but the lower floor was 62 degrees. 4. Bugs in drinking glasses, WE had to wash all the dishes to feel sanitary. I recommend putting glasses face down 5. Roach waste on surfaces in kitchen shelves, we had to clean all surfaces prior to using dishes and cooking in the kitchen 6. dead bugs on interior windowsills. 7. Live bugs inside property 8. Weeds in firepit area, so unable to enjoy the firepit 9. Poor water pressure, if someone was doing dishes, there was no water pressure for a shower. Sadly, we had to spend part of our vacation trying to ensure a safe environment for our family. The home itself is nice but it needs some attention. The place LOOKS beautiful and the view is amazing. Setup was great and beds comfortable.
Kelly's property was incredible for our team traveling to the Georgia area, comfortably accommodated 5 guys and enough room to park two very big vehicles. If we find ourselves needing another stay in the Georgia area we will definitely be back here. Thanks again!

Me and my family needed a getaway to rest and reset after the loss of my brother and this was a great place of peace. Enjoyed our stay.
Loved this stay! It was wonderful for feeling like our group of friends had room to spread out but also had the ability to have communal spaces for meals and hanging out. The kitchen was stocked very well, including a Ninja blender which came in handy for our house of cooks. The fire pit was lovely and had a place to chop wood if you felt so inclined. Hot tub was refreshing and the master bathroom shower was a fan favorite! Only suggestion is listening to all of the comments about a small rough patch in the road before you come to the driveway, luckily all of our vehicles were AWD or 4WD. The surrounding towns were great for getting coffee from Yellowbird or stopping in at the Vineyard and the Apple Orchard. Hosts were extremely responsive too. Definitely recommend :)
The cabin as such is just like the pictures, it is very nice and the main room the view is amazing, quite spacious for 10 people we went. The fire pit and the jacuzzi were a plus, the parking is super spacious too, they have many kitchen utensils, in general I loved it. The only thing I would like to tell you so you don't have to go through what I did, if you can't go in a 4x4 or at least a tall car with power, don't go, the last 5 minutes to get to the cabin were an odyssey because I had the brilliant idea of not listening to advice and get in my mustang and I almost got stuck halfway, it was horrible so I don't recommend that kind of car or any car that is short. Besides that I think if I remember correctly on Friday we had music on at 7:30pm and the neighbor in the back yelled things at us with a megaphone very rude by the way, but it didn't really bother us anymore. But everything else perfect thanks for welcoming us in your home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our mountain top stay! The home is lovely and well appointed. For our large family of 10 we were able to all eat together and play games at the beautiful round dining table! The outdoor spaces are equally great! Once you get to the top of the driveway (4-wheel drive highly recommended) there is a fantastic outdoor space with a picnic table and plenty of room for corn-hole and other outdoor games. Plus there’s a gorgeous wrap around porch and pristine hot tub! Our host Kelly was responsive and check in was a breeze. We give our stay two thumbs up and 5-stars!
the place was beautiful, definitely could not have gotten up the driveway in a car though. the lay out if the house was perfectfor multiple families traveling together either kids. we enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.
This was my first cabin trip and I’m happy to say it won’t be the last. The cabin is perfect for families with little ones. I also loved the fact that there were plenty of space and different features around the cabin to enjoy. I especially enjoyed sitting out back on the porch swing and enjoying the picturesque view. My only issue was the gravel road leading up to the house. We had some challenges getting to the cabin. I drove a Honda Pilot and it took us a few times to make it up the hill. I HIGHLY recommend driving AWD or 4WD. Other than that everything was perfect!

If you are looking for a scenic and serene cabin then the home and surroundings speak for itself. The home is well apportioned both inside and out and is a quick drive into town for supplies or sightseeing. The house is spacious and feels bigger once inside, our group of 9 had more than enough room. The views from the porch are stunning, and we even had a family of deer visit each evening. The town and surrounding areas offer plenty of outdoor activities and small town shopping. The communication with the host was superb, they were responsive to our needs. ***Of note, the road leading up to the house is unpaved and is quite uneven until the driveway. Our SUV had trouble reaching the top in rainy conditions, we were fine when the path was dry. A small car would have trouble making it up the hill. With a few minor improvements this would be a 5-star stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Had a wonderful stay with the whole family at Kelly’s cabin! Her space was nice and cozy while still giving everyone the privacy they needed! Kelly was extremely responsive to messages both before our stay and while we were there!

The cabin was beautiful overall. However, if you do decide to rent this out take a bigger car. The hill to get up is very steep and only the top half is covered with actual pavement.

Weekend Get Away with Friends Unfortunately, this was our worst stay we have ever booked through VRBO. When trying to find the cabin the address we were provided did not lead to the location. You had to be sent separate directions. The rental company’s number was not given in the rental information for assistance making it difficult to call during a time of panic (thinking we were scammed). Once we arrived at the cabin, the hot tub was broken and no one communicated this with us even though we were told it happened a week prior to our stay (we booked four days prior to our trip). The grounds were not well kept. The yard was full of weeds and overgrown grass, making the outside amenities not enjoyable. The air on the main floor did not work for the two nights we were there, even after calling the rental company for maintenance support. On the day of our checkout, when we went to put our trash in the bear locked can it was full old trash and covered in maggots. All complaints and pictures have been sent to the rental company (Home Team Vacation Rentals). Every time you call you get a different representative from the company who is not local. I will never book a rental through this company again.
