We loved our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. The host was very responsive, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was a wonderful gentleman. The location was great, with quick, affordable Uber rides to downtown Nashville. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s place very much. It was easy to access and spotless clean, exactly as described. It was very close to the city center and just around the block from Centennial Park and the Parthenon. This was a great surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the description but was truly a huge plus! We enjoyed an early morning walk each day and ended the day watching the sun set behind the Parthenon - just beautiful!!
The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. We got so lucky renting here and would highly recommend to everyone who’s visiting the Nashville area to stay at this place !
We enjoyed the location. It was near Vanderbilt and the Parthenon. There was a game going on with a battle of the bands we listened to from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable and there was always space in the parking garage. We’ll be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Condo & Wonderful Host! We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s condo while dropping our son off at college in Nashville. The condo is beautiful, modern, upscale, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the Keurig coffee maker, herbal teas, full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary laundry pods. The view is absolutely beautiful! I loved sitting on the balcony each morning with my tea while catching up on emails. We could even see the Parthenon from the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed walking to the Parthenon and exploring the lovely park nearby. The condo was spotless. You can tell the cleaning team takes great pride in their work — not a speck of dust under the beds and not a fingerprint on the windows, so the beautiful skyline views were completely unobstructed. Melissa was a wonderful host. Very responsive

I’m not really one to write reviews. From the start of our check in process we drove in circles. Carrying in our luggage was not an easy process. Then to boot I got into bed and there was stains on the sheets. There was dust on the door coming in, grit in the bathroom, the dyer was wet inside and wash machine smelt like mold, and the refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen floor twice. We spent more time babysitting the place than I felt enjoying the space. Anytime the host needed something it was an instant response in fact if you didn’t respond in mins you would get a personal text from her and then a call. If I needed something and explained my concerns it would be a while before she would respond. Overall, it was unsatisfactory. This was a vacation and the space made it very unenjoyable.
If you are wanting something off broadway yet within close proximity rent this space!! Melissa was so helpful, she gave great recommendations on where to eat and hang out. It looks just like the photos. Plenty of space for 2 couples.

Melissa was very responsive. All instructions were vey clear. The condo was very well cared for and extremely clean! It was nice to have the Mexican restaurant in the lower level-excellent food & margaritas! Appreciated the short commute to downtown & quite safe neighborhood!!
This place was exactly as described. Great location and clean. I traveled with my two adult children to attend a concert and the condo was a close drive to the Bridgestone Arena. I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the cozy balcony. My son was able to keep up his daily workout routine in the on-site gym. Bottom line , this place is great and the host is as well. I will definitely book again.
We loved our stay. We came for a weekend series for baseball. It is walkable to Vanderbilt. It is a short uber ride to Broadway and other great parts of Nashville!
Nice place! There was a dirty wash cloth on the bathroom floor when I arrived and big stain on the shower ceiling. Cleanliness was ok but not great. Nice quiet area.
