Very spacious home with nice pool and hot tub. Great for large family.

Privacy for Everyone We had a few issues for maintenance like a dirty diaper on top of the outdoor screened enclosure, one of the icemakers was jammed, low flow ac coverage in one of the bedrooms, and a broken hot tub timer/dial, but nothing that affected our good time with family. The accommodations were perfect for a large family with no room sharing necessary.

Two families coming together Where do I begin the house itself is big. The rooms are big plenty of bathrooms and showers. The house itself is pretty plain. Not much decorations. The pool was a great part for my kids. The hot tub was also good. The rest was bad. We first got into the house my wife and I. Noticed there was no remote for the TV in the master bedroom right away. We told our host and we did not receive that remote at all. Then we noticed the kitchen sink was dirty not cleaned and there was a dead cockroach in the freezer of one of the Refrigerators. And then the next day, my wife found a cockroach in our master bedroom alive. Then the next day we found another cockroach in the master bathroom now this one was a huge cockroach. Told the host about the problem and all they could say is we’re sorry for the inconvenience. But be in the toppers that we are we made the best of it. Will never rent from up stay ever again. do not recommend this place at all.

Family vacation The house is beautiful, the place was clean when we arrived. The pool was a big part of making our stay even better. We stayed for a week, the kitchen supplies was just for 2 days. We had 13 people so we had a lot of garbage but had to buy garbage bags, face clothes, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap. One bed was broken and we were very impressed they came to fix promptly. It was not fixed, it took a few days but the last night there my neice and her little girl had a bed they were not afraid would fall through. The last morning before we all left for the airport there was a cockroach on the step. All week we did not see any. So hoping that was a one time thing, got in from outside? The manager was very prompt in returning our calls if we had questions or concerns.

The Property pictures appear to be pristine and livable. When in actuality, the bed linens are not washed and some are not replaced from the prior guest. We found human hair and animal hair on all beds. We communicated with the host within the hour of having arrived and let them know unfortunately it was a late arrival and we were told that the cleaning crew would have to come the next morning. We agreed and left the house early the next morning. When we returned that afternoon approximately 7 hours later no one had been to the house to clean or redo the beds. Since we could not sleep in the house, we had no alternative but to leave and try to find other accommodations. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and our family holiday vacation. This was all ruined because Upstay does not clean their properties. Now I am being told that I can only get a partial refund. This is even after reaching out to Airbnb for assistance. So beware Upstay and Airbnb will take your money.

We visit Florida every year on December with my friends and families. Unfortunately we didn’t had a good time this year with this location. 1. First of all this house is runs from a third party company. Had to deal with different personal every day. I never had a chance to talk to the owner. 2. Two days prior to our visit, they sent a list of charges for amenities, including pet charges which they didn’t have their listing. If you are booking this place expect to pay for all amenities including even a grill machine. 3. We paid for pool heating two days prior to our visit. But by the time we arrived the pool was not heated and ready. Kids were disappointed and they promised to heat the pool next day, but it never got heated as it supposed to be. We couldn’t use the pool at all. 3. Parking was terrible, had to call towing company twice. Every time we move out from our driveway some random people come and park our space. It was very inconvenient. I will not book this place again.

Will to respond host. House was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and as advertised. My group had a great stay.

Great Home for Large Group My group stayed at this home for a week and had a great time. Out only hiccup was that the air conditioner was not allowing the upstairs to cool at first but with a quick call we were able to get it cooling. This property is 20-30 mins from Disney which is why we chose it. The house was extremely spacious which even with a big group, we did not feel crammed together. I was concerned about the parking since the booking states only three vehicles could be parked however we had 4 SUVs and was able to park in the driveway. And when they say don’t park in the road, don’t park on the road because a tow truck drives around the neighborhood, even though it’s a gated community with security at the front, starting around 6pm. The garage didn’t have anything in it so that could have also been an option for us if need be for parking. The proximity to a Walmart and many fast food restaurants within a mile proved to be an extra plus.

The property is spacious with a nice kitchen, good appliances, and nice bathrooms. The pool is clean and nice. The setup is very convenient for tourists. The only real drawback we felt was there is a musty smell in the garage which affects the bedrooms above, and about half of our guests suffered congestion with the air being too stuffy for a full nights sleep. There is a television in every room for a total of 10 TVs in the house. The remotes were linked together in such a way that the TVs would come on in other rooms when one guest would select a program. This was humorous, but annoying, so we had to unplug some televisions to stop it. But we really enjoyed a tasty week with the two refrigerators , big stone countertops, and two dishwashers, allowing for some great meals at the house. Shopping is nearby too. We had some stormy Florida weather while we were there, and it seems like the roof didn’t leak!! Overall 4-star rating.

7 day stay. Pool had water filled but was not cleaned. Outdoor furniture was dirty. Our bed spread was full of stains, I took picture before I washed sheets and bed spread. Mattress covers were not washed, chesterfield had stains on it and again, I took pictures. Not one spare sheet set to put on the bed, not a spare blanket as it got cold during the night. The carpet in the room we were in did not get a thorough vacuuming and the carpet itself was very dirty. The kitchen had 4 small plastic glasses, that was it for non glass.. that’s unbelievable considering we were out by the pool a lot and had to purchase plastic glasses and salad bowels because there were none to be found. the kitchen is really badly stocked, we were a group of 9 people and cooking for our group was so hard without some cooking utensils. We were very disappointed with our stay. Please clean up your vacation property. We will not recommend it to others.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about this is stay was great! Upstays response on messaging from the very beginning has been so quick! I can’t wait to stay here again when I have a large group. Thank you again for letting us stay.

This was a 6 yr in planning to take 5 grandkids to Universal studios. This house made our trip, pool amazing, each kids got their own room, close to everything. Loved the kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwashers and huge island. It could use a bigger frying pan. Had a clich but was dealt with quickly, thank you for that. I have never had an issue renting from VROB and will asways be my 1st choice.

Girlie birthday trip We had 8 ladies (56) converging in Orlando for a birthday. From the minute I started communicating with the rep about check in, it was amazing. We were even approved for an early check-in - which was amazing - because we had early plans and needed a bit of extra time. Walking through the door, we were amazed. Such a clean house with 8 separate bedrooms and great-sleeping beds. 5 bathrooms and a pool - all fantastic.Our ONLY knock would be how the kitchen was stocked. We stayed in to cook our last night and FORTUNATELY brought some of our favorite pans (not knowing what would be supplied) and it turns out it was a good idea because there wasn't much to use. Other than that, ZERO complaints. GREAT HOUSE! Thank you!!

10/10 Recommend This home was everything we needed and more for our Girl’s Trip of 7 for Epcot! The checkin process was easy and even when we had difficulty, customer service answered and helped immediately! The home was so clean that it felt brand new. Way bigger that the pictures gave credit for. BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!! I will book again and again!

House was very good for a group of golfers. It was extremely clean with nice amenities like televisions in each bedroom, numerous bathrooms and large kitchen. Only negative was limited parking ( two vehicles ). Additional parking was available a short distance away.

Amazing Communication Outstanding in every way. I ask a lot of questions and this host got back to me and answered every question and tried to help in every way she could. I will 100% keep this place in mind as my company attends a conference each year at this time. We will be back

Felt very accommodated before and during our trip! House was in great shape and very clean. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would recommend. Neighborhood was quiet!

Home was beautiful. Had a break in. Gentlman came through slider and slept on couch. Called police and took care of it. No response from owner. Had to ask for extra toilet paper & trashbags.

The place was amazing and so where the host ! Beyond accommodating , timely and mannerable responses . The pictures do the property no justice , it was simply and enjoyable memory and time . I will be booking again in the future

There were a few dirty spots and i didn’t like that the pool it hot tub wasn’t included.

Absolutely great vacation and place to stay. Pool was amazing,location was easy to go anywhere. Plenty of excellent restaurants to eat and close to the parks. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I had a great stay at Upstay- everything was comfortable, convenient, and exceeded my expectations. Positive: The house was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub was great! The location was a great asset to many stores and activities. Negative: Their were minor issues but it was addressed quickly.

Nicely Appointed The house is nicely appointed. We had issues with 2 of the beds. The slats are not braced ,so when you sit on the bed they move .My sister and son thought they broke the beds. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. We also had 1 slow draining bathtub on the 2nd floor that was never repaired. We reported it 2x. If you are cooking alot you may have to bri g your own pots and or pans. I went to goodwill for a frying pan. If you are staying for more than a night or 2, you will have to stock up on everything. But that should be expected. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers with a huge island. That was nice!

The property was exactly as described. One of the few places I have stayed in the Orlando area without a lot of Disney-themed rooms and murals, which are not always appropriate depending on the guests. This place, however, was great. Seamless stay, everything worked as expected. The very small downside was the traffic at the gate. But I have stayed in other places around the area and that seemed pretty typical. Not the fault of the property owner at all.

BEWARE AC PROBLEMS UPSTAIRS A week before our stay I looked at the property detail again because I had set it up 3 months in advance. There were 2 new reviews one just 2 weeks from our date of stay who said they had Air conditioning problems and then another nbefore that

Not A Pleasent Stay Where do I begin, I will tell you about what I liked first. The property inside was beautiful. It was clean upon arrival. I like the fact the kitchen had 2 refridgerators. Now for what I didnt like, the upstairs was HOT the air conditioner didnt work for 3 days making it hard for the ones upstairs to sleep. Two of the bedrooms upstairs also had problems with the beds falling apart and we couldnt sleep on them at all. I also didnt like the fact we couldnt use the garage to park our vehicles because they didnt allow us to park on the street or your car would be towed. Our stay would have been better if we didnt have to be uncomfortable for so many days. I wouldnt stay here again for the amount of money we paid.

Perfect! Highly recommended! Will be booking here again next time we go to Orlando. Comfortable beds and decorated to a high standard. The water wasnt very hot for showers but this was reported and fixed within 24 hours. Apartment was spotless apart from a dirty dishwasher which im sure was an accidental oversight and has been fed back. There was a couple of loud parties (one lasted 24 hours) from the houses behind but i think they are from a different gated community so felt there was no point in bothering Upstay with this, was nothing that some ear plugs didnt solve. All in all, a fantastic stay and location for the parks!

Wonderful The property is in a gated community. QR Code for access, the management company was excellent making sure we had everything we needed before and during the stay. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day at the parks.

Place was exactly how the it was described. Very spacious and easy to find. Great stores nearby.
