Positive: Very very spacious, perfectly clean and organized. Excellent peaceful location if your main destination is Disney World. Kitchen super well stacked in terms of household utensils. We had a great time! staying at an apt instead of hotel in Orlando brings many good family vibes!! Negative: Nothing I can remember now.

The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable and for what we needed the location was good. Daughter forgot her airpods when we left but communication with the host was great and we were able to get them picked up same day (thank you Luis). Very happy with the stay.

Nightmare Disney hotel Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: I need to get a refund from our stay that I have booked in Florida. When we first got there they stuck us in a room that was not ours it was missing a bedroom and then when I contacted a customer service agent they stuck us in a different room. This room for the entirety of our stay has been nothing but problems. The apartment was not cleaned at all our socks were black when we walked on the floor there was other people's garbage in between the seats of the couches. My son got bit up by a cockroach I have pictures of all of the dirt that we cleaned out of the apartment not to mention the Cockroach and other people's clothing that were left there by a previous booking. My daughter has allergies to dust mites so having a dirty room like that messes with her lungs and I am on oxygen at night and I can't have that at all. The dishwasher had dishes randomly thrown still in it and some of the dishes weren't even clean when we went to use them. There are stains on all of the bedding which I took pictures of as well. There is no help the number that I called is not in service and there is no desk person to help us. the apartment above us is so loud until 2:00 3:00 in the morning that we couldn't even get any sleep. So at this point in time I'm just asking for a refund because it pretty much ruined our whole trip. When shown the evidence booking.com said there was nothing they could do because the condo refused a refund. Contacted upstay which is the company that owns the condo and they told me that they could only offer me $320 for a refund. I paid over $1,900 for a room that I never got and the room they gave me was disgusting and unclean and unsanitary.

A good value for money option for families going to spend most of the days at parks. Positive: Value for money and location Negative: Nothing in particular.

the home was great for a family

A great place to stay just off the beaten path to Disney Parks and other Orlando attractions. The grounds were very well kept, clean and the amenities weren't overcrowded or busy when we visited which was appreciated. We felt safe in the area. Everything we needed was close by (restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc.) The condo itself is located a comfortable distance from the elevators. It has a fun coastal vibe with lots of natural light flowing in from the large patio doors. The open concept of the Kitchen, Dining and Living area was perfect for our family. The Primary Suite is on the opposite side of the condo from other two bedrooms and bath, so we could have privacy. We enjoyed the two patio doors leading to the screened-in balcony. Gabriel and Ana made sure we had everything we needed upon check in and were very accommodating. We were very pleased with our experience.

Just loved how easy it was to communicate and check in with Gabriel and Ana. Just 15 min away from all parks and its a perfect spot with all needs for family. Definitely will book with them again for our next trip!

Upon check-in discovered a kitchen chair broken and a non-working washer/dryer. Immediately reported. Despite clearly informing the management company in advance that NO ONE was authorized to enter the unit while we were away (specifically because we have dogs inside) a maintenance vendor was still allowed to enter the condo in our absence to repair the washer. Upon returning, we found clear signs that someone had entered: the hall light we left on was turned off, the breaker box was open, the oven clock was blinking from a power interruption, and there was debris and disturbance around the washer area. Upstay later confirmed that their maintenance company did in fact enter the unit and attributed it to a “miscommunication.” This explanation is not acceptable. Entry into an occupied rental after explicit instructions denying permission raises serious privacy, security, and liability concerns. The situation left us feeling violated and unable to trust that our privacy will be respected for the remainder of the stay. It also caused distress to our already skittish dog. I was particularly concerned about the liability implications, if my dog had reacted defensively and bitten the unannounced person entering the unit, this could have resulted in serious consequences for everyone involved. This risk was entirely preventable. Beyond this incident, the washer remained unusable, forcing us to spend additional time and money using a laundromat during what was supposed to be a vacation

Loved that it’s pet friendly. Place was very spacious for my kitty and two people. About a 15 min drive from disney which was perfect and host was very responsive and kind. Had a great stay!

Close to Disney Positive: Good apartment, 3 bedrooms, dog friendly. Easy to park your car. I did not use the pool but seemed to be very nice. Good kitchen. Negative: Due to traffic, it might take you 45 minutes to get to Universal Studios. Apartment had a strong smell of curry and carpet could be replaced. Other than that it was nice.

While the unit was very clean, the condo building itself was dirty. The elevators smelled like smoke and were grimy, there was trash left in the hallways, the foosball and air hockey tables were broken and no balls were available for the ping pong table. The trash chute room was disgusting. It was overflowing with garbage so people just left bags upon bags piled onto the floor. The hallways just outside the trash room smelled like roach spray and now we know why. The building is desperately in need of better management and a good cleaning. Ana and Gabriel were very responsive and the individual unit did appear as represented in the photos. There were just a couple of smallish things that we’ll tell them privately and I’m sure they’ll address but it’s fine for an economical overnight stay.

Nice unit but needs some upgrades with more durability Positive: The location is close to stores and close to Disney. They have enough parking and an elevator. Negative: The unit was nice but the furniture was worn down. Couch has big dips in the cushions, the towels were dingy. Our unit door latch and locked was broken and my autistic 2 yr old got out of the door during nap time because the lock was broken you could just push the latch down and go out. My son was in the hallway and a stranger was kind enough to pic him up to try to find where his family was. Thank God for amazing people my son was unharmed and was in good hands for the little bit of time because he is non verbal. The balcony door to the deck had absolutely no lock. I contacted the property and they did send maintenance to fix both issues the next day while we were out.

I stayed with them this past June in 2025. I stayed there for about 4-5 days for my birthday, it was so fantastic. Communication was always on point with UpStay. They were so friendly and informative and quick to respond! The place was kept so clean and service to my designated condo was also fast and friendly. The place itself was so beautiful and had so many luxuries. I will be coming back!

This condo is really great ! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and kitchen needs. Most of all is the location to Disney ! We will definitely stay again.

I had an excellent experience with my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Luis. He was extremely professional, responsive, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and he made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The place was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described.

Everything was great. Didn’t have wash rags but didn’t reach out to host about it. We would stay here again!

Positive: O Quarto é bom, espaço, camas, etc. Negative: No dia da minha chegada, após fazer o pagamento antecipado, enviaram um link para eu pagar US$100 como calção. Não consegui fazer o pagamento, meus cartões de crédito foram bloqueados por suspeita de fraude, ao chegar no local, não havia nenhum funcionário, não tinham me passado as instruções de check-in pois não tinha pago o calção (embora tivesse pago antecipadamente), disseram depois de muito tempo que não passariam as instruções de check-in enquanto mas pagasse o calção, cheguei as 17h e já era 20h. Mesmo após o pagamento do calção, demorei horas para receber as instruções, telefone de contato ninguém atendia, estava dentro do carro a caminho de outro hotel quando encontrei 2 funcionários da manutenção que estavam de passagem e me ajudaram. Caso contrário teria que buscar outra alternativa para passar a noite, dado o horário. Total descaso.

Booked this place last minute for a weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it. Super cute place. Decorated nicely, spacious room. Great size screened in Balcony. Very comfortable. Took us 30 minutes to get to the parks.

I would definitely consider staying again. Positive: The location was easy to find, close to grocery shopping and anything WE were looking to do. The covered parking was perfect since we checked out on a day it rained. Amble parking spots. The pool area was big, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was nice sized and perfect temperature as was the pool itself. The bedrooms were all very nice sized, and each had it's own tv. The washer/dryer were full sized. The patio/balcony was large enough. I would definitely consider this property again. Negative: I don't know if I didn't research the property enough or if the information wasn't there but it was a bit confusing once we got to the property as to where to park/enter as there are fulltime residents.It was dark when we arrived due to heavy traffic. Signage could be better as to entrance. It would be nice to have luggage carts to haul in/out. There's plenty of room for a grilling station but there were none, but I realize it could be a liability issue. The living room furniture could use updating, not the most comfortable/supportive for older people. I'm not sure about the security on site, the 1st week we stayed, there were two young boys doing homework, eating snacks, or kicking a soccer ball in the area off the elevators on 2nd floor daily. I'm not sure if they were waiting for a parent or guardian to get home. Late Friday we had a fire alarm due to a sprinkler being damaged, there was some major flooding near the 2nd fl elevators, causing the elevator to be shut down for a short period of time. It would be nice to have a welcome letter when you get into the unit with a little more detail about the facility i.e. is there someone on site to go to regarding any issues? I had some difficulty reaching someone about the noise from the tenants above us, but that was eventually taken care of. Messaging seemed to lag but I usually had a response within 12 hrs.

I spent 9 days at Gabriel and Ana's property and it was a very good experience! The location is very close to Disney theme parks and the main points of Orlando. Furthermore, the space was very well distributed and clean, exactly as in the photos. Gabriel always communicated frequently and quickly. I would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay and loved how close it was to all the Disney parks. Would recommend! The only negative thing to say was the building itself seemed older and the carpet had a smell getting to the room. Of course that is not their fault. But once inside everything was clean and no odor!

Disaster and out of pocket !!!! I was charged four nights at a premium rate the. The refund minus the four premium night Positive: Size and that’s about it wasn’t the property I booked ! Negative: Do not book this property you will be told on arrival that it’s not available and put in an alternative apartment. On arrival we waited for almost two hours in reception to be given a code. It feels deserted with overgrown gardens and only four sun Loungers and one table at pool which we never got to use .If you do not have a working phone you have no chance . We were put in an apartment over looking the bins with broken door locks on all balcony doors deadlock on main door was also broken and latch hanging off. Exposed electrics smoke alarm had not been serviced and beeped throughout the night and then on the fourth day water flooded through the ceiling directly into the top of a tumble dryer. And I had to find another property to stay in myself. Upstay who host the properties are not helpful. I spent one day on the phone and one day packing up and moving ruined my holiday and sadly booking com had no interest as they are just a third party ! I use booking com a lot and hope this review helps stop someone making the same mistake I did !

The place was great and looked like the pictures just needed more attention to the bed sheets and the sofa smells very bad when you sit. Also the chairs on the dining table have stains. Everything else was good and we had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the condo, just far enough from the elevator circulation but easily accessible at the same time. All common areas have been revamped and clean looking. Amazing shaded parking; perfect for the hot days we were staying there! We particularly enjoyed the size and comfort of the primary bedroom and kitchen/bathrooms equipment. Tasteful and trendy interior decor with easy access to wide private balcony! Thanks you so for the stay - only few minutes from Disney!!

Everything was great the location the cleanliness of the condo and right next to Disney! For sure ..but kind of sucks the nice pool was closed for the time I was there after being told it was open then closed 10 minutes later .. but all and all it was phenomenal.
