Great location, beautiful setting, loved the children’s theme rooms and the games room. The host remained in contact throughout stay, issues were addressed immediately. Priced just right for number of rooms and bathrooms. A perfect gem for family fun.

Hosts were great, very responsive to every single question as fast as they could. I got a little lost in the beginning and went to the wrong gate, but they helped me right away. They left my daughter an adorable basket for her Birthday. My daughter loved it. Thank you so much and the house was very accommodating and there were plenty of supplies available. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was fantastic, close to the all of the shops and local attractions. Upstay was very responsive and helpful, providing quick responses to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this property, and the communication from the hosts quickly ratified most issues we unexpectedly ran into. The home was large enough to accomodate our group of 25, and there were no complaints from our family about any of the spaces of amenities. Things to note that don't warrant a loss of star. The WiFi info provided by the host was incorrect, and we went almost two days without access to internet, but we were out enjoying the space and city so much this really didn't matter much. Also, the propane tank provided for grilling wasn't full, so we had to move some cooking indoors. We also had an issue with one of the bathtub stoppers getting stuck, but a quick fix using a butter knife alleviated that issue without having to reach out to the host. I highly recommend this space for large groups or families. We would absolutely stay again.

This was the first vacation using this platform where I was beyond unsatisfied from the start to the end of the trip . I didn’t feel like it was worth the amount of money spent after 4 1/2 hours of complications just to initially get checked into the property . My family waited outside the the original property for 2 1/2 waiting for a late check in , due to the host having delays in cleaning ( no big deal . Sanitation first) . Which then turned into a cancellation from their AC going out . That turned into the property getting switch out for something else that the host found , that ultimately gave me and my family Hell trying to check into . I didn’t feel as though we should’ve continued the reservations with this host but was sure if I canceled that I would’ve lost my money spent . I asked multiple times for some kind of compensation beings I didn’t check in and settle my family into something until almost 8:30pm for a reservation booked and confirmed at 12pm. Highly unprofessional

Reach the house on the first day and it was not ready house wasn’t ready until 4:30 or so there wasn’t any washcloths only towels and hand towels the master bedroom downstairs smelled like piss needs to be cleaned by the bed area lights didn’t work in the pool area or the jacuzzi the beds was really low and uncomfortable which made all of our elderly very uncomfortable and should have comforter sets on the beds and not only sheets

We had a fantastic stay with Upstay as a large group! The property was absolutely amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the major Orlando attractions. Communication from the Upstay team was prompt and professional, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out was how welcomed and at home we felt. The Upstay staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and my family and I made memories that we'll cherish for years to come. One important note for future guests: This has nothing to do with Upstay or the property itself, but be cautious about parking on the street. There's an aggressive towing company in the area that will tow vehicles very quickly, so be sure to follow parking rules closely to avoid any issues. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend Upstay for anyone visiting the Orlando area! Thank you Oriana and the Upstay team, you are great. We'll be back in the future.

With our large group our experience was simply delightful. The property was incredibly spacious, clean, very nice decorated giving not just a lot of rooms, but also individual bathrooms, a rare and appreciated luxury for such a large group. The property was immaculately maintained, and it was evident that our comfort and convenience were the host's top priority. We deeply appreciate the effort put into making our stay memorable. This home was perfect for our VBS youth group. The space in the house allowed us to be together while still having room for privacy.

Girl's Trip Without Internet and Television!! Positive: Overall, the property was amazing. I would definitely come again! Negative: We stayed three nights without internet connection, and no one as business associates that works from home couldn't work due to no internet service. We, as sport lovers, couldn't enjoy sports, the NBA playoffs! Wasn't able to watch television at all!!!

I enjoyed my trip. I was just disappointed that the carpet was extremely dirty and the house was not swept in the living room so my guest had to sweep on the first night of revival. I really do appreciate the communication every time I emailed there was a response so I really do appreciate the communication I would give that five stars. The only thing was disappointed was the cleanliness lack there of from the last guest.

This house exceeded our expectations and I definitely plan is staying here again. Positive: I love the fact that it was spacious, all of the rooms were big and the house was very clean. I would definitely stay at this property again. I also loved the fact that customer service was super responsive, no matter what time I messaged. Negative: The game room was kinda blah, and we arrived in a sprinter van and that was the only vehicle that we had, we literally had to park sideways on the driveway to accommodate.

This house was excellent!! The actual hot tub (not just a jetted spa) was amazing. Rooms were all great and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The host was also super responsive and helpful when we had a question or two. Definitely would stay here again!

Host was extremely friendly… The house was very clean and well kept the one thing we loved the most we had a lot of towels and things that other Airbnb’s don’t have they had extra toilet paper for us so it was an amazing stay!!!

We had a great time at the house. My only complaint was the dirty carpet. Everything else was GREAT

we had a FANTASTIC time at this house. it was clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The only downfall in the community is the tow truck man. my brother was parked less than 10 minutes to unload food from the truck to move to the lot down the street and the tow guy had already began taking his car away.

The house was amazing with a lot room for everyone I recommend this Airbnb and the neighborhood was quite and pleasant

Funeral/spring break Deposit for stay should have been paid at time of booking not at time of check in or on the way, we were driving 10 hrs it made things difficult.. Pool/hot tub took forever to get calibrated to correct temp. But once set it was amazing.. the tvs all didnt want to work took 3 days to get them to work, and we had to use our own passwords. Resort amenities were not the greatest..only a 3 ft pool and cold, and cold hot tub. Does have play ground, sandy volleyball net. Should have been told where to put the trash.

Great Stay, Wish they could have Accommodated a late check out of a Hour . We pay a lot for cleaning fee and still was Required to do some Cleaning .
