When we arrived we quickly noticed pet urine stains on the carpet, ants on the kitchen counter, stains on the bathroom shower curtain, stains on the couch, and a broken unsafe staircase railing. Sent upstay a message that evening and did not get a reply. Called them early the next day to let them know about everything. They only offered to send someone to come fix the railing. I told them we already had previous arrangements to go out and I didn’t want anyone in the home while I wasn’t there as we had all our belongings there. They did not offer a cleaning service. Was told I’d hear back from someone to discuss what we can do to come to an agreement. Did not hear anything back. Next day was check out day and we wanted to use the pool in the morning before we left. Nope. The pool maintenance was there three hours before our check out time pouring chemicals into the pool so we couldn’t get in. The price & the added fees for pets, pool, and hot tub heater are not even close to worth it.

Amazing Stay!!! It was a very easy process from start to finish. The pool was cleaned daily by cleaners and it always looked amazing! The home was very comfortable and the rooms were great size. Everyone in my group enjoyed there stay! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group

The property is just as the photos show. It is comfortable for 12 people. Our stay was excellent and has the basic and necessary facilities.

Dirty and disappointing Positive: The hosts were helpful and communicative prior to our stay and answered any questions via the booking.com messaging function. Negative: The best way I can describe this is a truly dreadful experience. The dishes were coated with old food, meaning everything had to be thoroughly washed before it was safe to use. The property was dirty throughout with a layer of grime on countertops and stained and dirty carpets. Worst of all, the bed linens were disgusting, with a mixture of red and brown stains that truly made us all feel unclean. Appliances were broken meaning we could not use many of the amenities. The air conditioning unit was temperamental meaning some rooms were unbearably hot. There was an insect infestation issue with insects being found everywhere throughout the property. This was so bad that leaving a single plate out for 20 minutes on the kitchen counter resulted in a swarm of what I assume were ants. We needed to keep all our food in the fridge as it was the only place we could guarantee was insect-free. The pool area's protective netting was damaged, resulting in an animal visiting during the nights. This also resulted in the pool being coated in a layer of insects, but this was often tended to when the pool cleaner would arrive. This has been such a a disappointment as this holiday was l booked for a celebration of a milestone birthday and anniversary, and this place did nothing but cast dark a shadow over the whole experience. I would not recommend staying at this property for anyone in its to current state. I would give this property the lowest possible review, and if I could score it less, I would.

Muy caro para lo abandonada que esta la casa. Positive: Buenas tardes, lo bueno era lo grande de la casa Negative: El precio de la casa no vale lo que ofrecen, la casa estaba muy deteriorada y abandonada, la entrada con el codigo que dieron nunca funciono, tuvimos que llamar a booking, los muebles sucios, duchas sucias y viejas, pisos rotos, alfombra estaba extremadamente sucia, cucarachas en los cuartos, la bombona de gas estaba vacía por eso no pudimos cocinar afuera, pagamos extra por la calefacción de la piscina y nos exigieron que tenia que ser por 2 días porque no puedes pagar 1 solo dia y no funcionó correctamente, me sentí estafada y la comunicación fue terrible, te responden al tiempo y sin resolver ninguna inquietud ni deficiencia. Por eso no lo recomiendo.

All in all really great place loved the area house needs some work and only parking for 2 cars not 4. Other then that loved the stay

Host was extremely nice very responsive always willing to help out and work with us definitely a five star service from him the only problems that we faced while being there was the cleanliness that the house was in all the plates cups and glasses had some type of stain or mark on it there was all sort of trash between the sofa cushions the pool and hot tub was extremely nice we loved it if the house was just a little more clean it would be a 5 start

We waited over an hour for a response with the improper door code while we had groceries in the car. Asked (and paid extra) for the pool and the hot tub to be heated and ready on our arrival day and it was not. Jets in hot tub did not work. Inquired about a refund for four days of heating the pool and hot tub $240 and was told no. Outside trash cans were full at arrival and a raccoon was getting in there at night time and putting trash all over the lawn. House is not very well taken care of. Great layout, but just not very well Taken care of. Very few utensils, pots and pans, not even salt and pepper shakers.
