I have to say that my family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like it was pictured. We loved the huge balcony and the master bathroom was amazing. Our host was the best. We got to even check-in an hour early which was great because we were there pretry early. Phenominal communication and checked on us which I loved!

Horrible and completely disappointing and booking wont make it right Positive: That its close to disney but nothing else would not recommend to anyone Negative: The parking garage being too tight, the elevators look all damaged, the room was dirty, broken, completely unsafe for my family and especially children. The AC doesn’t work, there is a vent in the room where you can hear all sounds in hallway and other room. Cords unsafe for kids, floors unfinished so hurt kids feet and adults.

Positive: Apartamento limpo, organizado, confortável e completo. Gostei muito, a ponto de querer me hospedar novamente nas próximas vezes que formos a Orlando. Fui com um bebê de 2 anos, e foi excelente!! Toda a tratativa via chat foi muito assertiva. Os responsáveis sempre dedicados, ágeis em responder os meus questionamentos, e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Recomendo muito.

Positive: Big apartment, great layout and good size rooms and beds. Close to Disney. Negative: Cockroaches everywhere. In and around the kitchen and washing machine area. In the lower cupboards in the kitchen near the bin and in the pots and pans cupboard. A few in the master bedroom. It was horrible. We must have killed at least 20 and the rest scurried away into the broken kick boards under the bench. Light over stovetop didn’t work. Can opener didn’t work. Very little hot water. For an apartment that sleeps 6, after two of us showered there was no hot water left for the rest of us. The hallways, elevators and room smelt horrible all the time. Like a combination or urine and weed. It was so bad. This apartment and building have such great potential with such close proximity to Disney World. It’s such a shame it’s so run down.

Excellent vacation condo in a great area Positive: Great location, super convenient to the common Orlando family activities especially the Disney properties. Plenty of area businesses around for dining and shopping. Definitely need a rental car to get around but there is plenty of parking on site in the covered garage. Common areas were great, pool was very quiet , hot tub could fit a dozen people. Nice little gym and fantastic sauna in both mens and womens locker rooms. 3 Bedrooms were perfect and allowed spreading out after long days. Condo was incredibly clean , had everything needed , very nice screened in porch that was accessible from 2 bedrooms plus the living room. Had to connect with the host for a minor thing and they were very responsive and helpful and the facility employees we encountered were also top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would also return to this property for another Orlando area vacation Negative: No complaints at all

We had an amazing time at Upstay. The host was very responsive when we needed them. The place is so clean. We played pool on the 1st floor in the game room. The pool is beautiful and it was heated. The jacuzzi was so relaxing. My husband, kids and I had a great time. The area is so safe and private. Definitely a place to travel with kids. They loved the Nemo themed room and Disney was only about 8 to 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Хорошее место, просторно и уютно. Для большой семьи или большой компании самое оно. Positive: Отличное расположение! У нас был вид в сторону леса, тишина и покой. Очень большая и просторная квартира. Много места. Мебели хватает на всё. Кондиционер работает на охлаждение и обогрев (заметно шумит). Есть столовая посуда в хорошем количестве. Средства для стирки и посудомойки тоже есть немного. Когда была проблема с сушилкой - пришли быстро и починили (она вскоре снова сломалась, но мы уже не стали разбираться). Из внешнего окружения есть бассейн, есть тренажерный зал и игровая комната с пинг-понг, футбол и аэрохоккей. На машине 5 минут до пабликс и валлмарт. Negative: Вилки и ложки не качественные, ножи тупые. Хорошо что у нас были свои столовые приборы и ножи. Посуда для готовки тоже не очень хорошая, ее мало и нет противня для плиты. Плита электрическая и очень долго разогревается. Была проблема с сушилкой, пришли быстро и починили, хоть она вскоре снова перестала работать по другому, но нам уже было некогда разбираться.

The unit is very comfortable and just as pictured. My girls loved the Finding Nemo themed room and felt like they were staying at a Disney hotel. Gabriel was very responsive and we lived that the unit was dog friendly. The only downsize was that the projector was not working and they closed the movie theater without any warning. The heater of the pool and jacuzzi were not working but the host had previously communicated this information. My daughters still loved the pool and we had it all to ourselves.

I absolutely loved it! The hosts were very responsive! My nephew loved his underwater themed room. The home was equipped with all the required amenities! Gabriel and Ana made the stay very comfortable. I have no complaints. Only regret is I didn’t stay longer! Lol. Highly recommended!

The place was worth the price floors and walls were thin heard kids running the halls all night they should also add in description no bath towels only hand towels that were extremely to big to use for bathing but other than that no other complaints beds were soft and rooms were clean

The location and price was the biggest positive. Positive: Location and value. The swimming pool, pool table, ping pong table in the lobby were nice and the corn hole boards by the pool were fun. Negative: The check in process was not easy. I booked the trip 1 day before check in, last minute trip - got the instructions while I was at a Disney park on day of check in. I did the verification literally while on Disney transportation to my car. However, I didn't get the link for the check in portal until I was already in the parking garage at the condo for about 15 minutes. Then the portal would not work....it would not load the instructions, condo # or key code. I tried calling the number listed on the email and it said the number could not be completed as dialed. So to say I was in a panic was an understatement....we had traveled all night, at the park all day and was sooo ready for a bed! Finally I forwarded the link to my husband and it would open on his phone....we have the exact phone so I don't understand the issue. The link on my phone never worked, but if I opened the link from my husbands phone, texted the link back to my phone, I could get in. Very complicated - thankfully, I didn't give up! The condo was dated, but worth the price. It was clean enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable, but we had to wash all the dishes we used as they were not clean in the cabinets/drawers. I would stay there again, but wouldn't pay anymore than I paid.

The apartment is big and have everything you need. If you are going to Disney, that is you place. And the cherry on top for me is that they allow pets!! 😊

Great place to stay whether you're on vacation or waiting for your closing on your new home. Close to Disney and mush shopping without being in a busy and noisy area. We would highly recommend a stay here. Great accommodations, great area, and reasonably priced.

The worse experience Positive: I didn’t like anything about the property it’s not worth the high price there charging Negative: There’s no one working on site to help you, they don’t provide wash clothes and don’t let you know ahead of time. The Air went out I let them know day before the ac was making loud noises for 2 days they said it was nothing they can do until I leave. The floor was tearing up by the entrance soon as you come in. The lining inside the tub was peeling. The grounds is nothing as described online. The worse experience out of over 20 years of traveling to Orlando often through out the year the parking in the garage is not good. You can mess your car up trying to leave out or come in it’s to tight of space

Found the unit decent, but poorly maintained! Reasonable stay! Positive: Good facilities, good location reasonably priced Negative: Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival, no plugs for sinks made it difficult to wash dishes, no electric kettle as per listed items available, we were a party of 6 but only had dishes, glasses and cutlery for 5 people, there were no mop to clean floors, toiletpaper holder missing in one bathroom, hot tub was not operational for the entire 2 weeks of our stay, elevators often had dog urine all over the floors! Gym hours was only open from 10am, no early acess! Property was good value for money, nice facilities but just appear to be badly maintained! Management promised to provide plugs for sinks, but did not materialise!

Totally awful. Couldn’t even stay there but was charged. Negative: This was a last minute booking. We were not told they would be testing the fire alarms. Okay, no big deal. We arrived late at night and they would be testing in the early am. When we arrived and turned on the lights cockroaches (TONS AT DIFFERENT AGES AND STAGES!) I am from Florida so I’m not afraid of a roach, but when there’s so many they scatter…into the floor, the closets, and behind the very dirty area where the washer and dryer are located…it’s NOT okay! They were in the bathroom, the hallway, the kitchen, and going in and out of the cracks of the floor! We didn’t even stay an hour and should not be charged for this! Other companies stand behind their customers. Why is this okay?

Staff was super friendly and replied almost immediately to any question. If you are looking for a clean place to stay wi Positive: Room was nice and spacious. Negative: Mainly outside of the unit. Hallways smelled like weed and urine, area for pool is not very inviting and has 2 lounge chairs and a couple of tables to sit at. Was awkward with multiple people down there.

Would love to come back! Positive: Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Condo was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Loved the screened in balcony. Negative: Lounge chairs in pool area need repair. Only a couple were fully functional, most broken at the top or missing legs. Garbage bins in pool area and parking garage were overflowing.

I must say that the host is very fast in responding to our outreach. My stay was peaceful, barely heard any noise from adjacent neighbors. Bldg was easy to locate and check in and out process was super easy. The place isn’t as lit or as bright as it featured in the pictures. I find it rather dim, but that’s just me. Perhaps some prefer a dimmer ambience. The kitchen has the basic set up, however, if you plan to eat in often, be prepared to bring all condiments. Some developments are not fond of keeping opened condiments for sharing. Overall, I would say the stay was pleasant.

The apartment was brilliant, extremely clean and close to everything. Gabriel was a great host and was always helpful and quick at responding to any questions. Would 100% recommend!

Since we were only there for 1 night, the price of the unit was fair, however we felt that the cleaning fee was quite high. It may make sense if we were there for several days or a week, but far too high for less than a 24 hour stay!

The place was clean only a couple of spots that had dirt smudges. Check in was easy and any issues I had Gabriel responded in a good time frame. In the description before arrival it says Netflix is included it is not you have to have your own Netflix account to watch. It is a little bit distant from some of the malls and other attractions but overall I would recommend! And if I ever come back to Florida this would definitely be a place I would keep in mind.

El anfitrión responde rápido, lo que es muy útil, nos gustó el sector porque es tranquilo y relativamente cerca de todo en vehículo, el departamento olía a desinfectante, lo que para mi está super, es amplio y cuenta con todos los artículos básicos. Lo recomiendo 👍🏼
